Ryland and Caleb arrived today exactly when they said they would. They got dog urine out of the carpet and made sure the carpet was clean and sanitized for our newborn baby that will be here soon. They even deep steam cleaned our couch! Our now clean carpet really makes the whole house feel and smell fresh. I highly recommend this very professional team. I’ll be calling them again after winter for some spring cleaning!

I work for a private school and have been hiring Father and Son to clean our carpets for a couple of years now. Every time they've come out, they have been prompt, professional and friendly. We have a lot of spills, grease spots, etc.. that stain our carpet on a regular basis (and upholstery). Just today they came out to clean a pen explosion that had pooled ink on our NEW carpet and sat for 3 or 4 days. I couldn't get it out, but they did! So happy about it. Home Depot didn't put a lid on tight enough for a gallon of paint I had just bought and when I set it down the cans lid popped right off spilling about 1/2 the gallon total. As much as we tried we could not get all the paint out from the carpet. We called Father and Sons and they were extremely helpful in advice to keep it from hardening and spreading until they were able to make it out to assist and finish the job. When Chuck and Ryan arrived they immediately went to work and they did an AMAZING JOB. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the professionalism they had. I will be a repeat customer for all my cleaning needs.

I have a potty training toddler that has wreaked havoc on my carpet. Father and Son answered the phone on my first call and when I expressed that I needed my carpet cleaned immediately for Thanksgiving because another carpet cleaning company kept falling through, Father and Son worked hard to squeeze me into the schedule. This is the 3rd time (maybe 4th) Father & Son's Carpet cleaning has come to the rescue. My cats urinated in my son's closet while we were gone for a couple of days and the smell was terrible. (Yes, I know, the litter box needs to be kept up better...it's the kid's job and they are splitting the cost of the carpet cleaning for not keeping it cleaned out!) This was not the first time a pet of ours had had an accident and I knew this company could get the urine out the first time as they had in the past. I used to try to get it out myself but could never quite get out all the smell and soap associated with pet mess treatments. It would take me hours of re-treatments & still no success. James and Hebert came out within hours of me calling and completely erased any evidence of cat urine. They were polite, clean, and wiped up any residual water left on the tile by the front door. On a previous visit, I had Father and Son's come out for carpet stretching and cleaning in addition to tile cleaning. Everything went well except for the travertine tile/grout cleaning which didn't seem to come clean. I called them back and they came right out to do it over. After trying to clean it for the second time they realized that the previous owner had sealed dirt in and unless it was stripped it wouldn't come out. I gave him the go ahead to strip it and I was blown away with how good it looked. I sealed it myself the next day and was very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company for all your carpet and tile needs and will continue to call them any time I need our carpet or tile cleaned.

These guys are amazing! I was transporting 30 pounds of succulent pulled pork that I made on my traeger and It spilled all over my seat. I was left with a full belly and a gnarly grease stain - the solution to the full stomach was to wait for 30 minutes, the solution for the grease stain was to call Father and Son Carper Cleaning. I’ve never seen such a good job! They custom made a formula specifically to clean up the stain and it’s good as new! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend them.

The receptionist I spoke to schedule the appointment was very helpful and willing to provide me multiple quotes depending on the extent of service I needed. They were also able to squeeze me in with short notice so I was able to have my carpets cleaned between tenants. Orrin was our Technician and was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He walked through the house with me to identify any sections that may need additional treatment. He spent a lot of time reviewing what treatment would be used and what to expect once completed. He even sent me pictures via text while he worked showing the extra effort he took upon himself to get our carpets as clean as possible. The carpet looked great! He continued to explain their process and why their product is better than everyone else. Simply AMAZING. We called up Ryan in dire need of a carpet cleaning after we had our friends puppy over our apartment...needless to say the puppy destroyed the carpet. Ryan and his coworker were over here the very next morning. A four story apartment was not a challenge for them. They hauled all of the equipment up the set of stairs and got to work. They deodorized the carpet first to get rid of the smell. After they were finished the carpet looked better than once we first moved in. I have dealt with a lot of other carpet company's but none of them seem to deep clean they only steam the top to make it appear clean. Ryan deep cleaned our whole carpet. They got the spots out that Zerorez left! I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and they left a big dark traffic dirt spot in the middle of the room and told me there was no way to get it clean. There were some bleached spots on the same carpet, so I called Father & Son to fix them. They returned my calls and were easy to schedule. Eddie immediately noticed how the carpet was NOT clean. They fixed my bleach spots so they didn't show PLUS he came back and cleaned all the dirt that Zerorez left. The carpet looked new! I wouldn't have believed they could get it that clean. Eddie & Ryan were great! They are very professional and helpful. They took the time to make sure everything was well done. These guys care about quality and doing a great job. They are the only carpet cleaner I will call from now on.

I never write reviews but I just had to this time. This place is amazing! I’ll try not to write a novel but you gotta read this… I’m sort of a clean freak and I bought a remnant of carpet 3-4 yrs ago that was too light to have two dogs. A real no-brainer there! Anyway, to try and stay ahead of the game, I was having it steam cleaned by Stanley Steemer about every two months. I have a big area rug in front of my fireplace and when my carpet was only a couple of months old, I moved the rug to vacuum under it and noticed the delineation between clean and dirty under the rug and immediately called Stanley Steemer to come out and professionally clean my carpets. When he first got there, he told me under no circumstances would the soon-to-be clean carpet ever match what was under the area rug. He said there would always be a line, but he’d do his best. Let’s skip ahead three years.... even after having the carpet cleaned every two months like clockwork, it was getting uglier and uglier and started looking gray. Out of sheer desperation I decided to just try someone else and see if there was any way an improvement could be made, however slightly. I was looking up places in Google and happened upon this picture of a bunch of guys lined up against a white van. They seemed like a dependable bunch and I loved the company name so I made the call. I called and spoke to Eddie at Father and Son Carpet Cleaning. I told him my dilemma and said I doubted anything could be done but I was willing to try someone else just in case an improvement could be made. He asked how much I was spending at SS and I told him typically around $200. So now get a load of this, Eddie tells me that he will clean my carpet upstairs, the big area rug, my carpeted stairs, my entire family room downstairs, and a hallway for $250! So two days later, here they come. I would like to note here that there was never a time SS arrived on time. They would give me a window of four hours and they called EVERY time and said they were running late and it would screw up my whole day. So enter Eddie and Josh. These guys show up a few minutes EARLY! Not only that, they come into the house and shake my hand and are as kind and gracious as any men I’ve ever met! The first guy, Josh, is a big bruiser and a teddy bear of a man! The second guy, Eddie, (Yep, the same guy who answered the phone) is a peach. He said he came because he likes a challenge and wanted to prove to me that the line could be removed under the rug. I pulled the rug back and showed it to him and said that there was no way they could ever get it back to the original color. He said he was going to try and I went down to my office to work. An hour and a half to two hours later they are done and I walked upstairs, and I’m not exaggerating here, there is absolutely NO line where the rug was! I actually started to cry… I know, right? There are some women out there who understand.

These guys are awesome! My dog had a major accident on our white carpet throughout a whole room in the middle of us trying to sell our house. We left them a voicemail at 9PM and they were here the next day at 10AM. Not only were they very quick to respond and move into action they cleaned to carpet very well. I had the worst experience with fathers and sons carpet cleaning. I found them on KSL and I usually have good luck going that route, (NOT THIS TIME)! I called their office and told them what I needed done, I asked lots of questions about the service. I was quoted a price and scheduled an appointment. Long story short they called me that day 3 times to change the price! (who does that)? The price got higher every time. I finally told them that if they didn't take responsibility for the price they quoted me the first time that they could leave! After the rude treatment on the phone I was handed to I guess an owner who then tried to fix the situation. He ended up taking the origional price that was quoted. The carpet cleaning was good, but the tile cleaning was terrible. Learned a lesson that day.....

This was my first experience with Father and Sons Carpet Cleaning. They exceeded my expectation. The Carpets look great. I told them to do whatever was necessary to make them sparkle. I don’t know what magic they used but the carpets look almost new. There were also a few damaged places where the cats had scratched under the bedroom doors and it looked a bit torn up and ratty. They had a subcontractor come to repair the cat damage. Any sign of damage has just disappeared. I highly recommend these guys and I will be calling them again.

I was sucked into a Comercial for that company that is spelled "the same forward as backward" until I read all thier reviews. I called Father and Son instead and WOW! Super friendly, very efficient, asked me loads of details, desires, and set acceptable expectations. I had a sick dog and my carpet was beyond gross. They acted like it was old hat, went right to work THE NEXT DAY! I called they came and I literally have gorgeous carpet again! My landlord and upstairs neighbor was "Anti steam" believing the adage that it will make carpet more suceptable to dirt, and not really all that good. He (after seeing my floor) had them impromptu clean his 2 rooms hall and stairs. They Father and Son guys didn't even blink. 1.5 hours of work and 2-3 hours of drying and I am still amazed at what an AMAZING job they did. Great price also...so good I tipped them! If you want quality, honesty, and a great experience call these guys! They do corporate office work also....I am a fan for life now.

They were AMAZING!! had them clean the carpets, the air ducts and our dryer vent! Eddie and Ryan were even good sports about cleaning the disgusting dead bird out of the dyer vent system. Very professional and kind. Would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys!
