Highly recommend. Tyler, the owner, is quick to respond and easy to contact. I’ve had the fortune of Hannah cleaning my apartment twice and she did a wonderful, thorough job (which isn’t easy especially for the floors given old uneven hardwood and cat litter) and as others mentioned, I was 100% comfortable having her in my apartment while I was gone. As an added plus, she’s great with dogs and cats! 5/2019 update: unfortunately I have to change my review to a negative. While Hannah is great, the customer service completely fell off to non-existent. Reminders as requested were not sent and while I will take some responsibility for not putting in my calendar, I travel a lot and it shouldn’t be a lot to ask. Tyler’s response to lack of his follow through was completely indifferent, and tone implied that I was in the wrong and must have received them. No indication that there was interest in customer satisfaction for a client that had been using once monthly cleaning for the past 6 mos. I noted date of most recent scheduled date-yesterday-and once again no reminder as of the day before. I emailed to ask what time to expect Hannah as none had been given. No response. I can’t recommend because of this and will no longer be using their services.

Called Pristine Cleaning and had luck with an opening in just two days time. I have never been so relieved after a phone call before. Two days later Lindsey, Celine and Hannah cleaned the entire house perfectly. They were all very kind, professional, courteous and amazing at their jobs. Lindsey scrubbed the refrigerator of all the food stains and scrubbed all the grease stains and burnt food out of the oven. I’ve never lived in such a clean house before and I can’t thank these three ladies enough for their hard work. I highly recommend this service to anyone no matter the state of chaos your house is in they can turn it into something beautiful again.

Terrible job by this company and their staff. They didn’t even clean all my windows. One of the staff used the same towel he was cleaning my windows with to dry his sweat. I called Tyler right away to tell him the job was not done right and my windows were not clean and he blamed it on my windows. Hanna, Jenny, and Joanna came over to do the initial clean on my fairly large home. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so fur is everywhere. Additionally, a fridge magnet stuck itself to the bottom of an oven tray the night before and created a smelly plastic disaster in the oven when we tried (briefly) to roast some food. The team took it all in stride and kept a super positive attitude all afternoon. They sorted out the oven, and had our place spotless by the time they left. It took a little longer than they expected but they didn’t cut any corners and got done. I paid for the initial cleaning and I feel I got more than I paid for from this group. They were all very professional and cheerful throughout the day. I’m glad I found you guys. Fantastic job!

Hannah and her 2 teamates did a thorough job of cleaning my place. They are very hardworking and dedicated. At one point I glanced into the bathroom and one of them was on her knees in front of the toilet cleaning away. Kudos! Also, this was the first time I had met them and knew instantly that they are honest and trustworthy people. I left the house for about 2 hours while they were working with no concern whatsoever. I hired Tyler to clean the inside and outside of my 33' long glass room. The glass extends all the way to the roof-line. He did an amazing job and for a very reasonable price. He also inquired if I wanted my roof top solar panels cleaned, which I had not really considered. After talking with the owner of Maine Solar Solutions and confirming this was a good idea, I gave him the go-ahead to clean them. The difference was obvious even before the sun came out, and they production has increased. I can not recommend him enough.

They did a very thorough cleaning including the extras like cleaning under area rugs and the outdoor mats. The the floors looked fantastic. The best part for us was that that they used natural cleaning products which are better for the environment and for people's health. Tyler does a great job communicating and encourages feedback if something isn't to your liking.
