Our house was a complete disaster and Chardene made it look new again! I also liked the cleaning supplies the companies uses, they smell very good and did not bother my allergies! I will definitely be hiring Cottage Care to come twice a month to keep it sparkling clean! Would recommend to anyone drowning in dust and clutter! And they didn't judge my messy house or me!

They arrived late, but the manager gave me a discount. Took her a long time and the job was pretty good. There were a few areas she missed when wiping down and dusting. I'll use them again, but not a 100% satisfactory job.

Missed the entire kitchen and laundry room. Also left a lot of dog hair on the carpet. Also, overcharged me. The manager did come back and clean the two room and dog hair. She also refunded the money she overcharged me. I am going to give it one more try.

Chardene’ is just amazing ! She does a thorough job and includes special touches. She tidies up our sofa pillows and cleans our sofa doggy covers. (No one else ever has!) We come home to cool patterns in our bedroom carpet. I try to keep my husband off them ! We have a lot of hardwood, and she makes it look like new ! She is so kind and positive. We are so lucky ! Cottage Care is great about rescheduling issues, which I really appreciate. Over the years we’ve had lots of cleaning ladies. Chardene’ is the very best. We appreciate her, and Cottage Care !
