They did an average clean. Staff did well in the bathroom's but then 2 hours in they were saying we need to hurry so they can leave in 20 minutes. I paid for 3 hours and got 2 hours 15 minutes worth of cleaning. Also when they first showed up they asked what I would like them to do...shouldn't this be discussed from their management before coming as I spoke with them when making the reservation? For the price you can find better. Not what I was hoping for when paying a premium. Will look for someone else next time. Update: after reaching out they did give a full refund based off of pictures provided and also offered to come back for free to try and win customer loyalty. I update this to a 5 star based on good customer service and trying to fix mistakes. And also putting the customer first. Thank you.

Candace M Owner. Gives her own company 5 stars should tell you something. The other two ratings 1 star. .. My relationship started out with Personal Touch Cleaning Through Groupon.. I should have known.. After the first cleaning it was fine. The second cleaning was just simply done bad. Laundry not done kitchen counters not wiped down front of dishwasher still filthy. I complained and was told that the work was done by a new person. Little compensation only to say from now on I will only clean your house myself. Her husband John cleans carpets .. The first time while I was there he did a good job ..I ask that he cleaned the living room and the bedroom again $100.00 . After he was done there were still stains on the carpet. After not receiving the requested photos stating that he must have just forgot to take photos of the completed job. I asked if the carpets in deed were cleaned and she said they were. I was told that if I wanted him to come back he would need another $75.00 OUCH ... I had Ames Carpet cleaners come clean all the carpet they charged $125.00 for all the living room hallway 4 bedrooms and OMG guess what? the carpets are clean and the stains are gone.. .. After calling Ames they sent me photos of the carpets cleaned. I was told If the carpets were just cleaned within a week they were not done well. Brings me to the my last cleaning experience .. Scheduled to have it done . Confirmed the time and date by text.. and now a no show .. No call nothing .. I find out the house was not cleaned .. Call Candace only to find out she had NO IDEA the house was not cleaned when scheduled .. Even though Candace promised me that she was the only one to clean my house from now on. She said she would send a crew right away. .. Within 90 minutes of hanging up of the call my brother arrived at the house to do his normal walk through .The crew was already gone and was no where to be found. Please explain to me how a 2400 square foot house, four bedrooms, three baths, three car garage. bed linens, and towels washed, dishes washed and put away, all bath rooms cleaned disinfected, floors washed. All the assigned work areas that were to be done as per the agreement were completely done in less than 90 minutes. My brother called me to say the counters were still dirty , the floors were not mopped among many other things. called Candace to let her know I told her I was not happy and I was not paying for the service .. She threatens me with a law suits .. .. Telling me I was getting a good deal. OMG a good deal . Cleaning half a house, possibly putting dirty bedding back on the beds or folding the sheets and towels up and putting them back just to get done.. Explain to me this Based on the inspection of the washer and dryer alone . Why was the washer BONE DRY and the DRYER STONE COLD within minutes of doing a load of wash. Never did they do the laundry as they said they did.. NO WAY One BIG total lie. Unbelievable .... "The cats away the mice will play" Do not trust this company in your home. They will not clean and will charge you. Look elsewhere.. "I promise I will be the only one cleaning your house from now on" DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY CLEAN ANYTHING FOR YOU. Your response is absolutely false.. Greeting you with a hug.. Is not what I would call a free feel.. Whats next a cry of racism. This is from the guy who was nice enough to let you use my house, pool, spa etc. for a birthday party for your daughter. I should NEVER have allowed that to happen. This is what happens when people try to be nice to you Bottom line you did and do a terrible job. You were to clean the house as you were contracted to .. You don't decide who, what, when, and how the house was used .. Just clean it . all of it .. You lied about the cleaning job .. You lied about the carpets being cleaned .. While the house was empty. You were caught not doing your job and are now trying to back your terrible work up with crazy accusations .. Typical so typical ..

Very well priced, professional and accommodating. Had them perform a move out clean and the realtor even asked for their contact info because of how nice and clean the home looked for the buyers. Would not hesitate using again.

This was my first experience with these cleaners, and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I was referred to them by a colleague and it was awesome. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they were able to clean our rental house while I was at work, and the work was amazing! I honestly think the house is cleaner and better looking than when I first moved into it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great price and wonderful service!
