Not impressed, not professional, and all they wanted was my money. If you try them don't see a Nurse Practitioner wait longer and see a doctor. They never return phone calls even if it's your MD calling. They "couldn't find" my medical records or my MRI (the NP blamed "the new girl") and when I was prescribed medication and had a severe reaction I called their office to report it, it took over a week before they returned my call (and then that was to reschedule to prescribe something else). No. There must be someone more compassionate out there.

Bridget from billing and the lady who works the front desk are ridiculous. I called because I was assigned to jerrica as a pcm through my insurance. The clerk couldn't answer any questions or set an appointment and transferred me to billing. The billing lady told me she wasn't a pcm at that clinic which is fine, but she should know that I cant just go to another clinic with tricare. Then she just hung up on me. She was so rude. Sorry jerrica, but I'm not going to any of your practices with such incompetent staff.

I highly recommend this clinic. I have been going for 3 years now and I can't be more thankful to have April Simpkins as my doctor. She really takes time to listen to my concerns and tries to find the best medicine to help with my condition. I have been fighting a desmoid tumor for 5 years and I feel like she has been right by my side trying to keep my pain under control. If your looking for someone that cares and will work hard to help you I highly recomend her!

Recently, I started to see Dr. Dan Davenport of Utah Pain and Rehab to work on some inflamed elbow and displaced rib. In all the years I have never seen a Doctor of Chiropractic work with such skill, display such knowledge and work on my sore back with such healing hands as Dr. Davenport. Not to mention, he is a really nice human being and the office staff is just terrific.

I've had back problems years and have tried every kind of therapy there is. I've been to several massage therapists and Sheena is the best. She is skilled and knowledgeable, she understands what activities or habits cause the pain and educate you on the source of pain and techniques to manage it. I have just started seeing Dr. Whalen for Chiropractic and acupuncture. He explains everything thoroughly, I left feeling better after the first visit and he has a reasonable treatment plan. I didn't feel the pressure to come back several times a week for months, like many chiropractors expect you to do.

If it hadn't been for this place and Dr GG I'd would probably not be here now. My pain was so bad from nerve pain damage from thyroid cancer surgery I couldn't take the pain in my left side of my head no more and herniated discs in my neck nerve pain and back. Great doctors and nurses.

The people here are really uncaring. My grandma has been on a migraine medication for over 30 years and one of the “doctors” cut her off of it cold turkey and refused to give her any refills. The woman also told her that there was no norco in her urine sample, even though she takes that 4 times a day. My grandma got treated as if she’s a drug dealer and was told they could get the DEA involved. Then when she called and spoke to a manager, she was told that the norco actually was in her urine (obviously). This place is an absolute joke. My grandma had to go without her migraine medication for 3 weeks because of them. And they couldn’t care less. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

Dr Davenport is wonderful! I went in having headaches every single day that I had no relief from for almost a year. Within 2 treatments (of 6) my headaches were gone! I have been feeling great ever since. Dr Davenport is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this center! All the staff was friendly and it’s a very nice facility!

I have been going to both doctors here and also two of the massage therapist for over three months. Everytime I have gone I had an amazing experience. They all were so happy and very kind. I never had to wait and they were so understanding if I was running late. I have never felt so good. They were able to take my neck and back pain away. I thought I was going to have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. They were able to heal both areas and I feel so wonderful today. I can actually bend over and tie my shoes without any pain anymore. I'm able to look up in the sky without pain in my neck. When I started going to them I thought it would be impossibly to feel the way I do today. Thank you so much to all the staff for making this possible.

DO NOT GO THERE!! I was a patient since 2009 with Cathy Harmston. When I started she was great! Helped out so much with everything going on. I have ms and that was my reason and lower back pain. Then about two years ago she got worse and worse. The facility is awful! All they want is money, money, money!! Then they book so close together back to back patients your wait time is at least an hour. The topper was about a year ago and we were changing my meds around and she told me to please call if any problems and we can look at something else. After a week it was not a good switch. So I call and I get told sorry she can't help you! You will have to wait tell your appointment! So upset. So finally I get to my appointment and I told her it is not working out and she goes off!! I only see cream of the crop patients now. And if your not perfect and you call in I do not want that kind of patient. I was blown away! She switched me and told me to call if it does not work then she throws this holier than thou act!! I saw her for 5 years!! Anyway, I left that clinic and found a new doctor and clinic and I have been so happy! The new doctor even said she has no idea what she was trying to do and it would of not worked at all! It was if she wanted me to fail. I looked at above comments and it sounds like she did this to others. Please do not give them money! Go to another provider. If you would like to know more and where I go now. Let me know!

I was only treated with narcotic pain medicine for one condition that the NP just seemed to just grab at from my many conditions. Very sudden and strange like, I might add. I instantly felt uneasy by her reaction. There was no real treatment plan with no real goal.i gave this a try and my next 4 monthly appointments I repeatedly expressed my condition was worse and the meds were actually causing my condition to happen more frequently and I may not be able to take narcotic pain meds. After she stated that there's other things we could try, she still made no changes. She also had no mention in all of the notes in my chart since seeing her for abdominal pain when that was my main source of pain and treatment. I believe she was using my spine problems and MRI from 5 years ago as my diagnosis and reason to treat me with opiates in her computer system and billing. If my overall health, quality of life and improvement was in their best interest then I have to wonder why all areas of my pain weren't addressed and why didn't they offer the other services they provide!? that really could've helped. I have come to the conclusion the "specialist" must only be interested in fast paying short visits dealing drugs

First off, why is Utah Pain & Rehab still using a photo that includes the best Dr they ever had & has not been there for over 3 years now? On the Utah Pain & Rehab website they are still using a staff photo that includes Dr Obah, who was the best Dr they ever had, seems like false & misleading by Utah Pain & Rehab. Absolutely avoid if you are seeking true pain relief with a solution. This practice is owned by a Chiropractor not a PHD or MD. There are practicing Drs & Nurse Practioners. But knowing the owner is just a Chiropractor should scare anyone.

From the time I that I walk into Utah pain and rehab seeing Sages welcoming smile lets me know that I am in for the treatment of a lifetime. Not only is she pleasant and 100% professional, she has a complete knowledge of the Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage area. Sage also finds a way to make your schedule work for you. Dr. Whalen and Dr. Davenport are also professionals in their fields. They make me feel like family. Then there is magic Myra whom gives me the best massages that I’ve ever had. I am also a patient in the Pain Management building at Utah pain and rehab. My nurse practitioner is Orean Turner. Orean is a professional in her field as well. She has monitored my pain meds and my levels of pain to where it is under control. I am also about to become a patient of Natalie whom is the therapist that I had a session with before I was treated for pain management. Natalie was on point and so professional that I felt as though she would be a great therapist for my needs. Everyone here is experts in their fields. That is just the tip of the iceberg. The entire staff treats their patients with so much care that when I leave from the Utah pain and rehab I feel like a completely new person, from my mood to my entire body. For the first time in years I am able to workout again, and I actually look forward to it. I would, and do recommend Utah pain and rehab to friends, family and strangers. I will continue to come here for as long as they will have me!

For over ten years this clinic has played a significant in my recovery. I went from needing many medications and fighting cancer (near dying) to being nearly medication free. This clinic has provided me the help and support nessesary over the many years of attendance. The clinic owner has even offered to help in my recovery with a personal request I made many years back and I greatly thank him. Horses helped me quite allot so thank you greatly and in part I owe my life in part to the treatment this clinic supplied to me when things were at their worst. I’ve been going here for a little awhile, I have not had one good experience here. Terrible experience, never gotten anything done. Guessed on my diagnosis, would never complete anything they were ever asked to. Was told to get an MRI, asked for them to send the prescription to a location where they do them took weeks of following up to get it done. Never got my medication in time, waited weeks for them to figure out what’s not being done. Honestly terrible communication throughout the company. Would wait days for call backs, waited so long I have to call them when they say “we’ll contact you in the morning” I have never had such a terrible experience at any place like this. Definitely, added a lot more stress and pain. When I expected to handle pain management. Definitely would not recommend, seems like they care more about their paychecks instead of actually helping and caring for their patients. Maybe it’s because I am younger than most of their clients and they didn’t take my pain seriously. Very upset with the entire experience.

As a massage therapist/ movement specialist I am very careful with who I trust my body to as it is my "tool" to help others. I have several injuries due to gymnastics and other sports. Dr. Davenport teaches/shows me stretches, positions to better my body or my clients when ever I ask, he has a TON of patience because I ask alot of suggests, I love knowing things!! lol He is always willing to take his time to explain anything that his clients ask about, I've seen him take the time repeatedly. I was so impressed with Dr.Davenport and Dr.Walhen that I have recommend several people come and see them & their massage team. I also love recommending them because they work with and don't over recommend treatment (they don't push you to come in, they will see you when you can get there). They also will work with your insurance take flex spend & health savings accounts. I know that being able to bill and accept insurance is a huge benefit for my clients who need chiropractor care and/or massage.

I have always been a believer of chiropractic benefits especially through out my career as a ballerina. Recently I was in a car accident and after a week of excruciating head aches, stiff neck and non stop back pain I went to see Dan Davenport. He and his team were amazing at getting me scheduled and doing a full work up to ensure a thorough recovery. After just two weeks and a few visits, the head aches are gone, my neck has significantly more mobility and in general I feel so much better. He took the time to check it out, and explain what the likely cause was. He showed me some exercises that I could do, and recommended an inexpensive tool that is helping with the pain I was experiencing. Thanks again!
