I LOVE Dr. Terry!!!!! She is the best ever!!!! I The staff is wonderful and very informative. I called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance. They told me the only insurance they were in network with was BCBS and they verified everything through the insurance for me! I feel amazing and able to do things I couldn't do before going there. I recommend anyone needing help or just wanting to stay healthy, GO SEE DR. TERRY!!!!!

I waited for 45 minutes and finally got to see the Doctor, he put me on the table for another 45 minutes, then he left to see other patinets, after 45 minutes, he came back to stretch me for 5 min. So basically I waited for 1.5 hr and be seen for 5 min. And they billed me for 130 dollar for the 5 min, when I questioned why it's like this, the lady in the front desk told me because other patients needed more time. That;s why I needed to wait and being ignored. Very good reason they gave me.

They are lucky that I even give them 1 star. DON"T GO TO THIS FACILITY . DON"T LET THE SMILES FOOL YOU!!!*** They will start sending you bills after you paid co-pays. Also, they never told me they were out of network with my insurance company and I kept coming for treatment an paying co-pays. The office manager basically called me a liar as she said they always tell patients when they are out of network...NOT IN MY CASE! I would of never continued therapy...would you???? Instead of working with me, the office manager kept covering up her self and repeating "we always tell our patients when we are out of network" NOT ME!!! She was not patient, very rude, arguing back...when is the policy "customers are always right" theory at this place. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY****** This person will kill this chiropractor business. Dr. Terry is an amazing person and healer, but she really needs to hire someone with more compassion and not someone ready to argue and cause this bad review, lost patients, and non-payments. I was ready to pay and willing to do what I need to, but not with a so called "office manager" with a BIG attitude. Dr. Terr, please look out for your patients and reputation. Get rid of that office manager!!!

Receptionist laughed if I asked if they did memberships instead of per visit, jokes on her I will never go here
