Dr. Jesse Trombla was incredible at helping my rib and upper back pain! It was so bad that I had a hard time breathing! He was professional, took the time to explain everything to me and after my adjustment I felt 100% better. I could breath and I had no more pain when sitting or bending over. He thoroughly explained my treatment plan and what was causing my pain. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I needed immediate attention for a sciatic nerve problem and lower back pain. I called their Overland Park Office and was able to get in the same day. The staff was very professional and helpful. I received a very good massage by Darby that worked on my sciatic nerve and lower back pain to relieve the pain I was feeling. I also received an adjustment by Dr. Connie Chipps. I did not realized I was so out of alignment. I had two other massages and adjustments at the office on Vivion Road located within Gold's Gym, Kansas City, MO and my medical issues have been resolved. I am very pleased with the care I received and I will be glad to recommend this clinic to all my friends.

I have been coming to The Health & Wellness Clinic for a few months now for massages. The massages are wonderful - not too firm or too light. The massage therapist always asks if there are any particular areas needing attention, and listens well. Everyone there is very kind, friendly and professional. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. An AMAZING SERVICE and a GREAT TEAM, from the receptionists who cordially call you to remind you about your appointments and greet you at the lobby always with a smile and a nice ambiance, to the massage therapists and Dr. B., the Chiropractor, they are all very kind and make their patients feel comfortable. A very special THANK YOU!!! to Dr. B., who is by far, the best chiropractor I have ever had... and I have met quite a few! He is compassionate and sincerely committed to helping his patients. He also loves research, so if there is an uncommon condition he has not seen before, he will do diligent research and everything in his power to help. Went here for chiropractic care after being in a car accident not too long ago. They worked with my attorney and insurance company to take of everything so I wouldn’t have to add that worry onto my already full plate. They really helped me and gave me the tools to keep living without pain. I was treated at Grandview but they were able to accommodate me at their Overland Park location when it was convenient for me. I really appreciate everything they’ve done and would definitely recommend to family and friends

With what has happened to me, while being a client has enlightened my knowledge of what health and wellness is by having consistent appointments. i feel confident in the ability of the staff to help me regain complete mobility and remain a healthy soon tp be 63 year old individual. I have been coming to the Health and Wellness Clinic since 2015 after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. The care I have received since that time has been exceptional and is what continues to bring me back. The staff are caring, honest and personable. While no business is perfect, the owners of this best (Drs. Jay and Connie) strive to make sure your experience is one that meets not only your expectations but their level of excellence as well. Can’t say enough about this place- you have to try it for yourself. Btw: Special shoutout to Hallalah- she is a great massage therapist and even better person. Having her there has been an essential part of retaining me as a return customer for the last 4 years.

It was an "okay" experience, my husband was suppose to get the "deep tissue massage" and I the trained "medical" masseuse (since I have chronic back pain problems) but for some reason they switched us and he got the medical one and I got the deep tissue, they finished almost 13 minutes earlier not the full hour for me, my hubby wasn't even out, and we paid for 60 min, that wasn't really ok with me, but I didnt complain, I just won't go back.

Everything about this clinic it's great. You walk in to an amazing smelling happy environment to be greeted by friendly receptionists. I was in a car accident and they've been there every step of the way and treated me wonderfully. Dr. B is a character that really cares about his patients and the message therapists are just as good. Does not even warrant a star. Literally just left after thoroughly explaining my background and reason for being there. Not only did the tech? Dr? NOT introduce himself, he literally started in about "legal options/package" they offer. Despite my saying I was not interested. Note receptionist very low key told him before we went to exam room that I did not want to proceed with legal action, he still asked me and again to which I said no...yet he proceeded to push the topic vs. hey let's see how we can help you feel better. I left immediately. No treatment received. Terrible. Unprofessional. Very Insincere.

The people are great. Amy is an awesome massage therapist. Dr Connie was also very good and very kind. My only major complaint is their phone system. No one ever answers their phone when you call in. Ever!!! That is not good customer service to me. I was needing to cancel an appointment with one of them and called every number I had, plus emailed and called a cell number I had for someone there and not once did I get a live person! To me that makes a big difference. Another time we went for our appointments and no one showed up for it from their office. I tried calling all over and couldn't reach anyone then either. Wasn't till a week later that they finally returned my call! Sad! Very sad!

The receptionists are extremely nice and the facility is great for massages. It used to have a great chiropractic staff but the current doctor is terrible from my experience. He has only caused me more problems with my back and neck so I would advise going somewhere else. Still great for massages though.

Very nice place and super sweet receptionist. good membership plans, but there is a rude therapist. signed up for the membership and got judged because of my skin. It was assumed I did not know english and got faces made at which i found unprofessional and rude. I will return since I paid the membership and signed the contract but will definitely changing therapist.

I recently stopped in to the Health & Wellness Clinic for a brief look around. I was greeted immediately by Dr. Trombla and was given a full tour of the clinic. Dr. Trombla was friendly & knowledgeable, as I had only brief experience in the chiropractic world. I later received an assessment and adjustment, as I have chronic headaches, and could tell a difference after just a few short sessions. I highly recommend the Health & Wellness Clinic for all body aches and pains, and for general well being!
