Cleavers deserves and extra credit star because their food and service was sooo good! All of our friends are still in shock by how great our wedding food was, "Best wedding food ever!" and "Those tacos." were common comments throughout the evening. My husband and I did not do a taste testing because it did not work out for us to do so, but I now wish we had just so I could have another one of those AMAZING tacos! We would without a doubt recommend Cleavers for all catering needs!

Tyler was more than happy to go beyond the traditional wedding fare and create a unique menu designed just for us: Pork Banh Mi, Naan Tacos, Mac'n'Cheese, Ceviche - all of our favorites. I was nervous when my daughter told me they were going with "Heavy Hors-d'oeuvres" as their wedding reception meal. I was worried the food wouldn't be well received and that there wouldn't be enough to satisfy our guests. My worries went unfounded. The food was plentiful, delicious, well received, and enjoyed by all. Thank you Chef Tyler for giving Hannah and Chris the unique and outstanding food experience they wanted for their wedding. We worked with Tyler at Cleavers for a wedding on August 9. Since we are from out of town, all communication until the wedding was via email. I cannot say enough about how responsive Tyler was to every request regarding the reception dinner ... from venue to menu planning to pricing. We did not have a chance to sample any of the food beforehand, so we relied on other posts for reviews. For the record, the positive reviews were 100% accurate. The food was beautiful and delicious!!! And the servers were very professional. We had plenty of food and heard RAVES about how delicious the food was. Without reservation, I give Cleavers a 5 star rating!!!

Tyler is exceptional! Easy to work with and aims to please. Could not have been easier to set up a rehearsal, food tasting, and plan a wedding dinner. Food is out of this world! Pork, chicken, vegetables...you name it, it is all delicious! The Naan Tacos may be the best thing I have ever ate. I most likely will not be able eat a regular taco again. Really just top-notch. Highly recommend Cleaver's for anyone's catering needs!

We hosted an unforgettable private dinner party with friends a couple of years ago. Tyler created a menu which was unique and absolutely fabulous! He served us a 5 course meal, each plate was paired with a wine or cocktail to compliment the food. He educated us on each wine and his rationale for choosing it along with recommendations for other wines. It was a wonderful night full of friends, great food and wine, and one we all look forward to doing again soon.

The smells and visually pleasing display of the exquisite hors devours prepared by Cleavers last January almost competed with our Open House. As our donors arrived we could tell by their reactions that the project had met their expectations. What exceeded those expectations was how we were able to make them feel when we served a delicious buffet and beverages that Tyler and his staff prepared. We were very happy with how fresh and tasty everything was, the variety of offerings for different palettes, and the amount of food he provided per person. Tyler was easy to work with and listened to what we were trying to accomplish. He delivered in so many ways and provided excellent customer service from planning to clean up. We will be catering with Cleavers again.

I have been to several events that have been served by Catering by Cleavers, and to say that they are the best actually does them no justice. When you walk through the door and are greeted with the delicious smell of their food, you know that you are in for a very memorable experience. Personally, I believe that the way they prepare their meats is second to none. The Chef once made a steak that he had in a sous vide the entire day and then seared the exterior to perfection before serving. It almost literally melted in my mouth with how tender it was, and the taste was better than any other cut of meat that I have had before. If you are looking for a great catering experience with extraordinary food, there really is no other option that compares to Catering by Cleavers.
