Don't use a credit card. The initial cycle is fine, but when you swipe to add more time you barely get a minute before you have to swipe again. By the time I would swipe my card and get to the other side of the car I had to add more time.

I take my dog here one to two times a month. I like certin smelling soap and foamy, so i bring my own. I really enjoy the clean facility, also that it's easy to get in and out. Nice clean dog in 15min! Reasonable price considering I don't have to clean my whole bathroom at home, and blow dryer/vaccume makes it less hair with the brush at home.

Did a fairly good job washing my somewhat dusty car with a few bird-drops on it. My advise: Use the $8 auto car wash, it's the cheapest with drying. Don't trust their coating, I examined the surface of my car after the wash and do not feel anything you can call it coating. The water drops left on the car doesn't show any sign of hydrophobic surface. Take your own coating spray (I use TLC) and microfiber cloth, park your car at the back after the wash and apply your own coating. So your car is clean and not hot, and some water drops left on it can help when apply the coating. Oh did I say USE YOUR OWN COATING?

My wife was harassed by someone I believe to be the owner. She was throwing trash out of her car away before washing and he abruptly comes up, grabs the trash out of her hand and lectures her about spending money first. This guy lacks professionalism, integrity, and common sense. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Decent place to wash your vehicle. Used both the drive thru and self serve, no problem. Didn't realized it was a manned facility until a guy handed me a savings code on one of my visits. I get done what I need to and being able to use my card instead of change is helpful.

*** UPDATE*** I called to notify them of my issue and they sent an upgraded coupon in the mail to make it right. I will utilized it and give them another chance. I appreciate no hassle customer service! -Don't bother. It would be a better automatic wash if I threw a glass of water on my car. The auto wash sprayed my car with soap then stopped & said all done.

It's a rip off. The soap takes a minimum of 30 seconds to start to come out, and then it another 30 for pressure. I'm 15 dollars into this wash and all I did was spray brush and rinse, I don't dare to vacuum out my car here because I would like to be able to afford to put food on my table this week... not impressed at all.

The pink soap STAINED MY SKIN and shoes. Spent almost $10 in the self service bay and my car was still dirty. The soap brush is half the size of a standard brush. 2 of the 3 token machines didn't work and the first bay I pulled into was malfunctioning. Had to take my car to a different car wash to get all the dirt and soap residue off. Still trying to get the pink dye out of my skin :(

I have been using this place for all my car cleaning needs for the past three years, when I went in there today one of the "employees" told me that I wasn't spending enough money for the space in the trash I was using. He complained about my business and I will never spend my money somewhere I am treated like an inconvenience. I can't believe the terrible service and attitude I received today. I will NEVER go back.

A word of warning: the pre-wash setting produces a blue foam that permanently stains clothing. I just ruined a pretty shirt on its second wearing and some favorite pants. And my hands are blue, too.

Always adding money Please change your payment system so I can complete my car wash and then get charged for the time I use. Having to stop and reswipe my card every minute does not work and is why I won't come back. Other places authorize $10 and and then charge what you use. I'm there to wash my car - not limit my spending. Sometimes it takes longer to wash than others

We've used this carwash many time. this time in stall 1 there was no pressure or soap. The attendant on shift came out to confirm then gave us counseling to move to another bay and wash again! Great customer service!
