Don't waste ur time tried numerous times always have to take it back because the car is still very dirty and the last time I went the guy was very unprofessional when I told him for 20 dollars the car should be clean go to duds and suds for 10 dollars they make sure it's clean and they provide better service and that's there low end car wash

Best place in town for a quick wash, if you dont have time to do it yourself. The place is hit or miss though with who is doing the pre scrubbing and the wipe down. Sometimes Im left extremely impressed with the guys taking off the bugs and nastiness. Other times, its kind of a joke "one pass with the brush". The wash does well, and clearly uses good products. The wipe down is either superb, or I have a ton of water spots. Literally no in between. One dude will only wipe the areas you can see in the mirrors or with your eyes from the driver seat. Which is lame. All in all, I frequent often.Though sometimes I leave shaking my head. What are ya gonna do?

Nice car wash! They have free vacuums that work great! Really neat automated ego friendly mat washes that works really well. I bought the $18 dollar wash (most expensive option) and it worked great! Had a fair bit of mud on the truck. Only things is if you have a lot of mud I suggest giving it a bit of a power wash first at a do it yourself wash.

This car wash left my car with a few spots on it that weren’t there before. I wasn’t super pleased with this car wash I heard this car wash wasn’t as good as the other car washes in town but I went and tried it for myself to see if the word being spread was true. Well it turns out it was true what I was told. But the man wiping down the car afterwards was friendly at least to people. Hopefully the quality of car washes improves over the years but for now it isn’t recommended for a good car wash.

The carwash does a great job on cleaning your car. The vacuums have very little suction. There is one guy that works at the entrance that looks super mad all the time. The other employees are nice and seem like they want to be there.

Fairly decent service I drive a large SUV and most of the time when I leave there there is still mud on my vehicle or several other streaks on my car but I usually have to go back a second time speak to the manager and they always try to make it right

I am a monthly pass holder with two of my vehicles. I wish they would keep one lane open for pass holders only and one for people paying by cash or card, it could really speed the process up when they are busy. the carwash is great and the employees are thorough.

I have the monthly pass... Buncha kids running the car wash for the most part. Equipment breaks quite a bit and they don't bother to dry the chrome off your vehicle... That's car wash 101 type stuff.

Drove from base last 2 days only to find out they were closed. There phone number doesn't work, vacuums are hit and miss and matt machine been broke for well over 2 months????Pay for 2 memberships up until now. Go down the street there phone, vacuums and wash works....

FIVE stars for free vacuums. $10 wash leaves something to be desired. Didn't remove bird doo doo from side of car. Still some dirt remained as well. Great they do hand pre-wash and wipe down after, but should run the vehicle through again if it isn't fully clean at no charge. Room for improvement!

I've had the Grand Champion membership for a year and a half now and growing disappointed with this place. It always seems at least one of the brushes are inoperable, and they seem in no hurry to fix them. The spot free rinse use to be legit, but now it seems like regular water. Alot of the brushes look dirty/deteriorated and needing replacement. Last, this is just a minor annoyance, but lately they do not open on time instead opening 10-30 mins after their posted time.

Mechanical car wash with hand power wash beforehand, and hand towel dry after. Washes start at $7 and go up from there depending on the options you choose. Vacuums are free, but you have to do the vacuuming yourself. Overall a nice carwash, and my preferred choice in the area.

Absolutely horrible. The 1st time I went thru, I could actually smell the mildew in the car wash, it was sickening. My Jeep Liberty was tossed around inside the wash like a rag doll to the extent it knocked over a bottle sitting on the floor. At one point the jarring was so bad I thought I was going to come out of the rails. When we exited, my daughter got out to check my wheelchair ramp, which the car wash has a special sensor to adjust for, the brushes had actually bent a metal retaining clip that according to manufactures specs is supposed to handle up to 400 lbs of torque before failing. Well it's failed twice now & that clip is permanently bent out of shape. Irresponsible response from the manager & was told only option is to cancel my membership, duh!! Grease Monkey has always been my favorite & I'll definitely be going back there.

Clovis, NM Location: Worst car wash ever! Rated 1-Star as I was required to rate this to submit my review. I went to Clovis Champion Xpress Car Wash at 3101 North Prince Street in Clovis, NM. Paid $18.00 for a Grand Champion Car Wash. Went through their car wash, the car was hand dried and I drove my happy self home after a great day of shopping with a friend. Got out of the car and the bird $#!£ is still on my back window!

Bought the best wash that was offered $18.00. Went through the car wash and only one of the soaps was applied not all of them that I should have got with the $18.00 wash. I told the manager that I did not get everything I should have for what I paid for he said for me to keep my receipt and I could come back and get a free wash anytime so I said ok. My vehicle got fairly clean without the extra soaps I should have gotten so I left and went and got my other vehicle which actually has the monthly wash plan for $45 a month. Upon arrival I pulled up to the kiosk and pushed the help button as I was told to do so the manager could open the gate and give me my free wash. After waiting about 7 minutes he finally comes out I show him my receipt and he tells me that I can not bring a different car to be washed for my free wash it must be the vehicle I had previously. This makes no sense at all a free wash that is owed to me should not be unoffered because the vehicle is different. So I was denied my free wash because I was not in the same vehicle. Not only will I never do business here again which I did on a weekly basis but I also canceled my monthly wash plan. I would recommend this car wash to no one they are not honest and do not honor their word. I highly recommend their competitors The Key Car Wash and Washpoint at Grease Monkey. You guys lost a good paying customer and I will be sure to tell others not to do business ever at Champion Xpress Car Wash.

I have an suv and it never gets the back of my car clean. When the man drying it just wipes the dirt what a disappointment and never said anything. Then I thought well I will try them again so I took my grandson pickup there and it left so much dirt on it and they just wiped the dirt what a mess. So I called the manager and he told me it was normal. It is not normal I suggested that when it came out and Pat saw the dirt he should have suggested we take it back through the manger then again told me to just deal with it. I paid eighteen dollars to have a vehicle that was still dirty. Will never go back. And the manager should be fired go talking to people the way he does. That is not how business should be ran

So after being overly excited about having champion open and then going and buying the VIP package with them I am more than disappointed and dissatisfied! I drive a 2015 Mercedes Benz so of course I asked allot of questions.. like will the brushes damage my new car that only has 20k miles on it? And how often can I come? I was then told by Matt (the mgr) that their brushes will not harm or damage my vehicle and I can come twice a day if I needed to. I was more than thrilled at first . After a month of using them I began to notice massive swirls not only on my sleek black panels but all over my paint. I attempted then to speak to someone who then just brushed me off and said he would just refund the remainder of the month and cancel my subscription! I begged to talk to someone in charge and/or have them call me back. But no one has ever called. He then had the nerve to tell me to go wax it myself , at that point I took him outside so he could physically see the damage on my car and basically said O WELL! I would not recommend this business to anyone if this is how they handle their customers and what they have damaged! Now I will say the men that do the actual washing and drying were always amazing and they definitely deserved every tip every time!

Damage to vehicle when attendant lost control of brush throwing it across hood/windshield and slamming on other side of car incident on 9/13. Filed incident report with site manger Kevin Bell and advised to obtain two estimates and to have them in by 3pm on the following Monday, and issue should be resolved by payment for repair by that Thursday; I had estimates in early and then heard nothing. Husband called several times and left voicemails and text messages for Kevin Bell he did not respond until 9/30. He stated that the corporate office was holding a meeting the following day and he would contact them and call us that same day...he did not. I called and left a voicemail for Kevin Bell on 10/3 that he had failed to follow through on a single statement and that I expected a return call by noon the following day...I did not receive one. I have now left a voicemail for the regional manager Katie Sargent 10/7 stating I expect a return call today as of yet hours later nothing. In addition this company is now Zips Car Wash not Champions. Zips posted their new lower fees and twice now I have been charged the higher price of $45 rather than the posted price of $35. Horrendous customer service. Next step small claims court! Update: after leaving a second voicemail for regional manager finally received a return call from her. My claim appears to have been processed and check should be sent out this Thursday for damage. Claims their “sign company” “jumped the gun” and the new prices shouldn’t be posted. She states she will call me tomorrow to ensure that my membership has been cancelled as the second charge took place after cancellation. Also, Kevin Bell finally called me and left me a voicemail after being spoken to by his regional manager. Update: Did get a refund for higher than posted and after I cancelled for the monthly fee. However, after hearing nothing today about a tracking number or delivery of check that was supposed to arrive at this location today. I called regional manager Katie Sargent at 4:30 MST for both her and I left a voicemail. She did promptly return my call but has no tracking number not confirmation that check was actually issued or sent out. She can’t do anything until her accounting office in Arkansas opens on Monday. So a check that was supposed to be issued last Thursday and sent out for delivery today (a month after damage occurred) is still in the lip service of approved, but we don’t actually know if it’s been issued or sent even after it should have already arrived. Update: Finally more than a month later I received my check for damages; but not so much as an apology from site manager Kevin Bell, not for the delay, not for the run around, not for failing to follow through on a single thing he himself said he would.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that our antenna came off during the process. I didn't know to take it off before going through. But they put it back on for me and we're very nice about it. Have gone through twice now and both times my car was not cleaned thoroughly. There is a guy that towels your car off afterwards and he didn't say anything either time about how my car was still visibily dirty or offer me a rewash. No point in paying $7-18 for a wash that doesn't get your car clean. Go elsewhere.

I was so very impressed with these guys! I drove up in a super dirty pickup truck, caked mud all over from recent rains on our ranch roads. I had a stock trailer with me that I unhooked. Two guys spent probably 20 minutes hand spraying the truck all over before they let it go in the automatic wash. Didn't charge me a dime extra. It was apparent they wanted me to be pleased with the result, and I sure was! This truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it! I will no longer spend $$$ on self-car-washes; I'll take our vehicle here, from hereon out. They really impressed me. Best bang for the buck, hands down.

Got stuck in the wash, equipment broke. I could not get refund and they didn't even offer to rinse my sud-soaked car! I do like the vacuum amenaties and the machine for washing floor mats. Comparable in pricing to others in town. I use them about half the time.
