Only go here occasionally since it changed from Brunswick Circle. Inside carpet not really clean but drove home and then I looked at my rims- grimy on every wheel! Drove 14 min back to have them correct both. The guy covering for mgr nice but I paid $16.04 (basic full wash) for this and an hour of my day.

Have been coming here for about 6 years, both under the previous owners and now the new. I absolutely love this place! It's the only place I get my BMW's washed. They do a great job in and out. The cleaners are courteous and professional, and consistent! I get the monthly plan which is a money saver, especially if you have a dark colored car.

I've had the premium unlimited plan for couple years now and couldn't be happier. The paint on my truck brilliantly shines even after the rain. The guys drying off wipe each spoke of my wheels which seems unheard of nowadays. Simply a great car wash at a fair price.

This is temporary, I leave this mark only to catch your attention. Gotta say this visit is NOT as good as my previous visits. Here's why I reduced 4 stars this time, one for each issue 1, I understand for eco friendly purposes your place is reusing the water, but dirty water? No... I have dirty water spots all over my door windows and windshield 2, it is a great service to take out mats, but when you put it back, this time you didn't put it as it were. I have one original mat and an all weather mat on top of it. And it has holes to ensure it's not slipping. This time you guys just randomly put mat on the other one. I have to re-organize it by my own. This issue has never been occurred before 3, yes I don't have a big room in the car. But this is not an excuse for pulling my passenger front seat all the way to the front and forget to pull it back. 4, I understand it's Friday and you have a heavy customer flow. The SOAP water is everywhere. Your guys were wearing anti slip boots, this don't bother you. But when you drove out, the Soap water leaves on the pedal! I had to borrow a tissue from a kind lady, wiping it out before I can drive safely. So, I'll revise my rating after my next visit, but this time, I'm not satisfied.

Horrible experience. Gold package and extra for mats about 30 dollars. No attention to vacuum at all barely cleaned the inside of the car. If you bring it up to their attention they may or may not do something about it. Depends on how busy you are. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask questions. Be your own advocate when you come to this please, they will not take care of your car unless you stand up for your self. I

I'm thrilled! Being cheap, I went with the basic full-service car wash. I appreciate the vacuum and dashboard cleaning service. Well worth the cost! The employees paid attention to detail and were extremely thorough. I will certainly visit again!

They are an average Car wash, they are not bad but they are far from the best, this was my first time here and probably the last, i bought the highest package and the rims were not ever cleaned, the lower side of the doors were left full of water spots, the inside of the car was dusty in a lot of obvious spots, front windshield still has some dirt on it, based on the other reviews i guess the owner is going to blame me and make excuses and say i should have asked for a manager, but i dont believe i need to ask for a manager to get someone to do their job which is clean a car the right way, my final conclusion is they have you pay 28.99 for the best package and charge you an extra dollar per mat in the car and do a sloppy job and if you complain they clean it the way they should’ve in the first place, an average place and overpriced.

I bacame a wash club member and now i’m camceling It. They don’t even dry the car right. The water then drips, making your car dirty within minutes after spending 20-30 min waiting to get your car washed. And the inside is mever cleaned correctly. My seats, i always have to go somewhere and caccumm it again, as well as my dashboard. You might as well wash it yourself and save the time. I’m definitely canceling my membership

I would always pass by this place and see lots of people there getting there vehicles washed. I recently purchased my dream truck and took it there for my first wash and although it looked good it didn't look great there were spots that was missed during the washing and drying phase I had to point out for them to clean off. For the price I paid I should have been able to do a walk around, hop in and go.

I was compelled to write a review after visiting...If you care about customer service and a clean car for the price that is charged this is not the place to go. 1) To pay $25-$30 maybe its me but i would expect more than literally a few individuals to speak and comprehend english. 2) With owning a white car it is obvious to see when my car is not clean. I usually wash my vehicle myself and if i have the time id rather go to to my favorite hand wash car wash. So if my concerns are not in line with yours this is the place for you. The name should be changed to Trash car wash......... I saw your reply Mike and wanted to take the opportunity to reply to you directly. After I addressed one of your employees that was either stupid or unable to comprehend english…. I then spoke to the young man with glasses and yes I was visibly upset after my initial failed attempt to communicate. The manor in which he addressed my frustration was not one that I am accustom to especially in the service industry. If I was to match the perceived ignorance I would have been taken away in handcuffs. This is my second and last time patronizing your establishment and I am more dissatisfied than the first. First, your employees are the face of your business and communication is essential. Second, cleaning automobiles is your business if your ability is less than 100% maybe that should be reflected in the price. Lastly when you are busy above normal capacity and cars are backed up to the road way to get in. I’m not going to wait for a rewash or visit again for a third time. I’m sorry you feel my review was childish but I will close with an adage or two for that matter. "First time shame on you Second time shame on me” and “If you don't stand for something you fall for anything" I wish you the best and good luck.

Bent my antenae tossing it into the truck then didn't screw it in all the way. A van behind me had the tire taken off the rim then they gave her a hard time when she asked them to put the spare on. Cancelling membership. Just not worth it considering how the truck looks after. Better off finding another car wash to join.

I had terrible experience in this car wash location. This afternoon i went there with front side of my car with full bug stain. Before they took my car into machine, i asked the guy, whether to soak it before. He said it will be clean by machine. Then when the car came out, all the stain were there as it is. Then when i complained to the lady who sit in counter, she gave me an advise that if any sticky stain, you have to go to hand wash center. So i asked her, if you guys knew this beforehand, why you didn't advice me before and telling me after i made the payment. She keep on repeating, machine washed your car and you paid. After sometime she told me there is no manager here. So gave me a his visiting card. Then when i dialed that number, realized that it is store number which ring in front of me. They just don't have any business ethics or customer care. Please stay away from this place.

Drive past TRAX everyday coming home from works and decided to stop by for a car was today. I got the, top package, the platinum package for $24.99. Exterior was cleaned, interior vacuumed. I really don’t see the difference if I got the lower packages to the platinum package. My dash board, center consol and cup holders didn’t seemed to be much cared for during the cleaning process though. Figuring getting the best package everything would be spotless, not just wiped over once, but everything can’t be perfect. Will be coming back next round about and seeing if it’s better or worse.

Been coming here for quite some time. Most recently they needed reminders to vaccum out the trunk (when the package clearly details a full c a.s r vaccum). Otherwise, I needed to wipe some extra things down myself. So-so rating.

I wanted to try their service but I made a mistake coming here. I don’t really leave reviews that often but I feel I need to leave this review to this place. I am not satisfied at all. When I got off the car, the man didn’t mention that I have to pay extra so when I got to register, I was surprise because of what they are charging me, my car is a compact SUV & it’s not even big. In other car wash place they won’t charge you. I don’t mind paying more for as long as the service is good. But it’s not, it really sucks! They did not wipe the car nicely, they didn’t clean the interior of the car and also the trunk. I ended up wiping my car. I won’t go here anymore. I would go back to the other car wash in Easton Ave. Somerset because there service is excellent and worth it!

Ever since I joined the unlimited plan my car is always spotless and I always get nothing but praise for how clean it always is. I won't say it was terrible. I'm just disappointed because I paid close to $30 for the platinum service (second highest offered) and they didn't bother wiping out any of the cup holders, side pockets or even the middle console. Plus the dashboard, gearshift and steering wheel were still dusty. If this is "platinum" I'd hate to see what the basic service is. I'm not expecting detail type service but the interior cleaning was sub par for what I paid.

Looks like my car was just sprayed with water. Got the platinum package. The car's tires are hardly shined. The windows are not clean at all. The cars are parked very close when they come out of the wash. If a door is opened all the way your car is definitely getting scratched. The workers were not serious. Two of them were having what looked to be a door battle with my car and someone elses. One laughing at the other. Then there is a small scratch at that same spot. They are more concerned with finishing the wash than anything else. Overpriced. I went there because you would think with prices like that you'd get good service. Wrong!

It’s good. I have been to other car washes that have more equipment and more repetition of brushes, but good quality wash, and people are nice here and the wash is well worth it. You get to sit inside the car which is a big deal for me, I do not like when anybody else touches my steering and sits in my seat who has been God knows which car and where it's been. Walter and his team here are very helpful. Edit: Thanks for the update Mike. Yes I am on unlimited Wash Club.

It has been about two months since I signed up for their full-service membership. I have been there about 10 times so far and could not be happier. The membership cost was about $36/ month for unlimited wash. I rated Trax car wash by the following criteria: Cleanness of car wash area: 1 star/1 star Politeness of staff: 1 star/1 star Price: 1 star/ 1 star wait time: 0.9 star/ 1 star quality of wash: 0.95 star/ 1 star sum of rating: 4.85/5.0 I understand that wait time is because of high volume of custmers that they have some times but this could be an issue for someone who needs to get in and get out really quick and that is why I did not assign 1/1 to it. Also, although I am extremely satisfied with the quality that I get for the price that I pay, sometimes I feel they spend time and clean everything inside and outside of the car BUT inner door kickers. Overall, I think Trax car wash is the best car wash I have visited and I highly recommend to get their membership if you think you would go 3 or more times a month. Had my cousin come to the carwash with me to wash his cars. One of the employees scratches my cousin's car while pulling the car out to be dry. The carwash employees gave my cousin a really hard time to pay for the damages that they cause to his rear bumper. They did a very good job cleaning the inside of my car and amazing job on the outside. Before I drove in, my car was dirty on the inside and had accumulated a few scuff marks on the outsude. The Trax attendants cleaned the inside of the car thoroughly, did a great job on the outside, and even managed to remove the scuff marks. I paid $14 plus tax and then left a large tip after I saw the time, attention, and results that I got.

Have not been at this place in year's for same reason I will never go back again. Decided to give them another try but to their luck they failed again. About hour ago I went to Trax figure I will try one more time, pulled up got one of the expensive packages they got I believe it was called The Works it was $28+ package. Kid up front was nice it looks like they renovated the place I was bit exited in hope they are not same old money grabbing management as before. At the beginning I noticed they only vacuum driver side the passenger side seems to be having trouble the gentleman was trying to clean vacume. OK not a Problem stuff happens I'm not going to be making big deal as my car went thru car was I noticed wax was not applied ok again I was not going to make big deal. Than it came something they call heat wax that was not applied I started to get bit upset. Than rainex application didn't go off than I was upset. I decided to talk to someone first Employee that passed by me I stopped him and asked him it was younger kid in his teenage years I said I got the package and I have noticed non of the applicators didn't work so what am I getting for $30 I paid for what is difference between you cheapest option and most expensive. Kid said oh we are haveing difficulty with applicators. Than I realized what a scam they are. So I asked kid if you guys know it's not working why are you selling those packages. He said he understands and if I want I can just pay for regular car wash. I said no I will not pay for anything I wanted what I asked for and if you can't deliver that than I don't want anything. It's not my fault that they are having issues and they are aware of it and still sold me package that they knowingly knew they can't deliver. After disagreements I decided to be a bigger man and one with morals and not to bring my self to management level and no business morals I agree to pay $13 for their regular package. After waiting in line I noticed two gentleman in front of me pay $20+ and another one got same Package as me $28+ and they took their money like it's nothing. So I will tell all if you decide to go there check all applicators and make sure you are getting what you paying for if not question it but I will chose not to give money Leach scum bag of a management any money. Unbelievable. This is the time I wish google have 0

Did a okay job- I went so I could have the inside of my car vacuumed out and of course washed. I drive three dogs all the time in my car and wanted it vacuumed out well, I paid $26 for the platinum level and I still see stuff that should of been cleaned.

PROS: -Very hands off. Pull up and let the staff do the rest -nice workers -water guns inside for kids to shoot at cars going through the wash. Great idea -inside of the car was cleaned very well CONS: -slightly expensive. No wash under $11 -front of the car was still very dirty after the wash. Although the point of getting a car wash is to have a clean car afterwards, I couldn’t bring myself to take away more than one star for this because it may just be dried on there and has to be scrubbed to come off. -HOWEVER, the hood of the car was left with some kind of spot/smudge on it. After the wash, I assumed it was just a water spot and going to dry clear. But it didn't. This picture was taken about an hour and a half after the wash. I took away another star for this -car was returned to me with passenger seat pushed all the way back, my hazards on, AC changed to “front” and the fans all the way up. Not worth taking away a star for — just more of an annoyance. If anything I would just remind the staff to not mess with settings within the car that are unnecessary and if they do, to return them to how they were when they’re done
