I started a monthly subscription in February 2017 with them for $55/mo for unlimited washes but I never tip because they just wanna pull your car in and rush to get you out of the lane. I watched an episode of “Monk” where he was disguising as a car wash employee. He was taking his time washing everyone’s car and the supervisor told him “the faster you wash someone’s car the more money we (the company) make”. When I seen that I instantly thought of Canton Car Wash. Shoot sometimes I gotta chip in and help clean lots of spots that the workers miss. I remember one time back in July 2015 one of the workers had stolen a bottle of liquor (Grand Marnier” from my car. Once I realized it I told management, they reviewed the camera, seen it for themselves then had someone to go buy me a new bottle and gave me two free car washes. If it wasn’t as convenient for me I would’ve been canceled smh

Gas station car wash machine is $8-12 each time. At Canton Car Wash: I have a monthly...it works out to around $2/ day or $12/ week for SUV. I can wash my car up to 4x /day if needed so there's great value here. Plus 2-4 courteous people wipe down/dry exterior/clean dash, console+doors/ vacuum and clean windows+ mirrors. This must be how it feels after women get their nails done. I love it. Treat yo self!

Thieves. Gifts cards magically disappeared after getting a inside and out wash. Called them but they claim cameras didn’t show anything. Whoever took the cards left the gift card wrapping paper in my glove box. Wouldn’t expect anything else from a Baltimore car wash.. if there’s something less then one star it’s this place.

The employees will, they're always happy, smiles everywhere and they seem to look forward to helping you. Professional, Yes in a car wash, do a great job and if there's a blemish they take care of it with a smile. In and out in half an hour with a clean and shiny car you're proud to drive. They're membership is a great deal. I could go on and on. Just go there you'll see, Just go.

Quality is an issue for me they use to be really good but now it’s quantity over quality!! Waited 10 mins for tire shine, towel marks in the window I’m not sure what happened but they really were amazing at one point!!!

Felt very devalued as a customer. It was my first visit and I explained them that. The guy taking my money just stood and looked at me like I was speaking another language. So, I took a quick look at the sign and told them “full exterior”. Once again, he didn’t acknowledge me and just stuck out his hand. I gave his my card and he took it inside to run it through a card reader inside. After, he brought it back and didn’t say anything. The car wash went easily, but after there’s not very much of a drying system and my car was left with a lot of suds/water. Overall, not satisfactory for the price.

This is my go to place however the service level has decreased. I have a monthly membership because that is the only way to go. I would suggest people go with a membership if going there. The need to have a manager on duty that monitors the work flow. Today wasn't a good day of service there. I will hope it was just an off day

When this place first opened they did a great job, but the quality I got yesterday for a$45 platinum wash was terrible on the interior. Things were wiped down so fast that you could see finger drags in the dust where the cloth never touched. I had to get my family out of the day again to re-vacuum many places. Worst of all the entire dashboard wasn't even touched! Which I didn't notice until after I left because I was busy fixing other issues. Zero pride at all in the work, will not be back.

I get my car cleaned here often. They do a great job for the money you spend. I love this place. My last visit I asked the cashier about a spot remover and she called and had them remove it. My only complaint is sometimes they rush to much and don't get everything up.

Today they cancel my membership because I have black on black suburban also have water bottle in rear. Manager Chris he assume it’s commercial because it has water bottle in. My vehicle total private and personal use doesn’t not have any commercial tags or any transportation relates sticker or logo. Honestly one of the worse experience ever deal with this car wash. I have my personal three cars and forth will be my wife car. I will make sure I will cancel all those membership as of today and dispute all charges because once I sign up they encourage me to have membership. Personally not recommended and will not ever come back to canton car wash again.This place is rip off.

I come here every day and they didn’t clean my suv properly from inside and outside , normally when they pulled my suv outside , every day I was using there Cleaning cloth to clean the suv myself inside and outside, Canton car wash staff told me I can’t use there cleaning clothes no more for clean , every time When i come here service is very poor . I wanna say please improve your service or otherwise let us use your cleaning clothes to clean the suv ourselves .

I just literally bring my car to wash in canton wash they are so impatient to my car and rushed in 5 mins. My whole car still look messy and dirty as I just brought in. I’m so disappointed this place and they told me “ they didn’t say any sorry but the lady told me you have to understand that today the weather is 100. Job was done on time/ didn't get a call when car was finished but it was ready when I went to pick it up. Reservation super easy to make/ having the loaner car was excellent/ job was well done for the most part. There a couple of stains left on the floors mats - but overall was good.

Got on line at Canton Carwash, Ponca St. Told the guy I wanted a good job on the interior, what should I get? He says get the Platinum, its half off cause you have a hybrid. Great, I thought. I was in a rush when the car was done and saw later that they didn't vacuum the hatch area AT ALL. And, the front bumber had dirt all over it. For what was supposed to be the PLATINUM job, a little hand rub for resistant stains shouldn't be too much to expect. I felt scammed...I would have paid full price for an actual good job, but the guy said its half price for hybrids all the time...like they're environmentally conscious. SOUNDS GREAT TO GET A DISCOUNT BUT I'D RATHER HAVE A DECENT JOB INSTEAD.

First time here!! Got the $37 wash and inside clean. The inside looked pretty good except they messed with ALL the seats and didn’t put any of them back. The plastic piece around the drivers seat isn’t secure and it was way off and we had to fuss with it to get it back to where it belongs. They did a TERRIBLE job on the rims! Would have been better to leave them dirty!! I wish we hadn’t been running so crazy or I would have had them do them right! It’s a great premise and we were in and out quickly. I’ll try again and update my review!! I’ll have to try for better pictures.

I have been a member for 4+ years with multiple vehicles. The service for several years was impeccable, but recently it has been slow and poor quality. Although I need the service to get my cars washed, I wish the people that used to work in Canton were still here...

When I first moved to Canton a few years ago this car wash really did and outstanding job. The staff were motivated to make sure each car was cleaned appropriately and they were extremely kind to customers. Over this past year this car wash has rapidly declined. They no longer do a thorough job, staff does not seem motivated to make an effort and both interior and exterior washes are lacking. When staff becomes less motivated it usually comes from management down so I hope management can see that there are plenty of issues happening at Canton Car Wash with not much solution to satisfy customers who pay a monthly fee for washes.

Had to go thru hoops just to become a member. I had to have mine and wifey's car and be charged first for THAT wash before i was able to process the membership. Rip off! Honestly if there is another company in my area, i will immediately transfer.

I do like this place a lot, they do a decent job for the price but unless you are actually right next to a location, are an Uber driver or something and will actually get your car cleaned like every single week DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let them talk you into the monthly membership. Not worth it unless you are getting your car cleaned very regularly. The employees are always very nice, the atmosphere inside is clean and comfortable, they have free WiFi and are dog friendly. My only complaint would be that they desperately need felt or something on the bottom of their chair legs. There are constantly high pitched horrible metal against tile scraping sounds every time anyone moves in the chairs. Over all worth the money, just not the membership.

I was excited about the $55 monthly unlimited, because it seems like a really great deal, and it would be...if they actually did a thorough job on your vehicle. Nearly every time, I've had to ask for someone to come clean something that was barely touched during the cleaning. There are signs that say, "Want your trunk cleaned? Leave it open." Twice this week, I've left it open, and twice it wasn't even touched. I asked someone to address it today after I got the car back, and someone courteous and quick did a great job vacuuming it. Every time, the staff have seemed fine with retouching something that was missed, but I hate to even have to ask. If you are OK with a completely mediocre wipedown and vacuum of your interior, then the deal might be worth it to you.

It's a pretty nice car wash, but nothing special. My first time there, I was pretty confused and the staff just kind of stared at me, I guess expecting me to know what I was doing. If you have a dog, I would suggest going to a self-service car wash because they left a lot of hair behind. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but better. They are more built for speed and not necessarily thoroughness. Moral of the story, if you just need an outside cleaning or a light detail, they're perfect, but if you need something a little more thorough, try elsewhere.

As the company gets more customers, the service has gotten worst. Im so not one who leaves a review; however, Ive consistently obtained bad service. Each time I bring my vehicle, I have to request an other detail bcuz they never clean the inside or the outside of rhe vehicle currently. I have to request that they clean the 3rd of my truck, wipe the dash board or the water stains. Currently searching for a new company. Save yourself the headache.

I had a great experience at the Canton Car Wash (Canton location) and Heather was especially cheery and personable and answered all of my questions. I usually turn down the unlimited car wash service but I just had to try it out since she explained the benefits so well. Highly recommend!

I go to this location once a week while commuting home from work. It's fast which is a plus. Have to make sure your tires get the liquid shine and your car gets a fragrance upon leaving but other than that the staff is great.

Lackluster at best! Seriously considering canceling my platinum membership. What’s the point of unlimited if the vehicle is still dirty? My rubber mats are completely socked which is really fun while driving, water marks all the way around the vehicle and I told them to power wash my rims which didn’t happen.

Terrible customer service. Poor-quality wash. Happened to me 5 times now that I’ve paid the extra $5 for hot wax and didn’t get it. Today was the last straw. Took 3 times through the wash for them to finally get it right and apply the wax.

My first time and last time, back of my car was not washed it was still dirty, they did not wipe the inside panels, my windows are smeared they didn’t clean carpet. They have the nerve to tell me come back tomorrow because it’s too busy really now you won’t see me again not for $37 for this BS I’ve gone to other carwashes and paid less and they did a better job.

I really like canton carwash. I am able to get in and out of there normally pretty quick. It is a car wash everyone who do offer detail service. If you wash your car twice per month the monthly service pays for itself. Especially during winter months to keep the salt off after snow. If you are looking for detail every time you go this is not the place for you. However if you understand the difference between carwash and a detail. It would be my recommendation to join there monthly service plan.

I have the wash subscription because my car is hated by the entire bird community; I’m sure the carwash see me at least twice a week for an express wash. I enjoy the detailing service every other month and the best part is the attention to detail and customer service; if something isn’t quite right they fix it on the spot no question. I like the Canton location enough to take my girlfriend’s car there also. Pro: quality of service, service options, value Cons: appointment availability and busyness (weekends are terribly busy)

I visited this morning and was not pleased at all. I paid $37 and the inside of my car was still dirty when I got in, looked like they ran a vacuum over half of the floor but not all of it and didn’t even vacuum the seats. Clearly didn’t wipe down the dashboard or any of the interior. I could have done a better job with a $1.50 vacuum at the gas station and a handful of napkins. Will NOT be returning.

Quality of service is below average, definitely not a 5 star rating. However Im more upset with how the cancellation policy is setup. I’ve tried now for 2 months to terminate the accounts due to relocation, but it can only be done online. You would think this would make it easier but with each attempt it claimed that they’re having difficulties and to send a request to be contacted. Never once has anyone contacted me, I had spoke to the manager at the Abingdon location and he stated online cancellations is their policy. I would just like to end the membership.

I've had issues with the Canton car wash (in Canton) prior. We were getting ready for a trip so I wanted to get my truck cleaned prior. This trip was a pleasant surprise. I purchased the wash & wax special for $60.00 which was supposed to be a "quick wax" which took well over a hour and a half with only one car in front of me, which was being done when I first arrived. Overall they did a good job this time.

I have been coming here for years and I can say the level of service has fallen dramatically. I come in on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no cars there but it took almost 45 minutes to dry and vacuum my car. Meanwhile employees are huddled up having personal conversations. My car had dried on its own by the time they got to it. This was on a day with not many cars.. I am truly considering canceling my membership

This is an old style belt slap up against the vehicle car wash. It felt like the car was being punished instead of being washed. For 21.00 dollars I thought the wheels would have been cleaned, but that was not the case. I had to take the car home and clean it. The three stars are for the lone guy standing in the exit lane who did a good job of getting spots off of the body that the machine missed.

Too much money to get the car back dirty often, clean up your act, get it! When I paid 40 or is it the 35 dollar package, i expect atleast my car on the outside to be clean all the way through. The vaccum jobs are always half way done, feel like dam. that is like my 5th time and it always doesnt meet my expectations, wish you could, i would keep coming back.

I have been here many times before and never had a problem until today. Granted they were busy with a last minute rush. But that is no excuse for the poor service but I got. The girl directing people into the car wash was barely doing her job. I know my vehicle didn't sit properly into the pullers. Coming out the other side I was directed to be a 1 which was ever packed with vehicles. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes I was directed to Bay number 2. I was just outside the door and I was amazed to see a number of employees standing around one of the carts laughing and carrying on. Remind you they are very busy at this time the whole parking lot was full vehicles. After waiting up about 15 more minutes I was finally able to pull forward so they can finish cleaning my vehicle. It took them another 10 minutes to accomplish that. In that time period another group of employees was by another cart having a conversation and carrying on. I also noticed an employee following her friend around trying to have a conversation with her while she was working. This employee had the nerve to lean back and rest up against my vehicle as it was being cleaned. Upon getting my vehicle back I noticed that the seats removed and not put back. The rearview mirror was moved way out of place. The floor mats we're not put back properly or hook to the brackets then they belong on. The floors in the seats we're not vacuum properly. Also the inside of the windows are only half clean. I honestly could have done a better job bucket washing my vehicle. It's a shame at the prices that they charge the vehicle's aren't cleaned to a higher standard.

Paid $42 for the platinum wash + hot wax and my car was hardly any cleaner than when I brought it in. 1) The interior was left extremely dusty 2) there were bird droppings left on the exterior and 3) the interior mats were soaking wet. Upon leaving, I asked the car wash attendant to go over the exterior one more time with his cloth, which he did, but still left many marks on the car. Not all what I expected for a $42 service. Brought this to the attention of the management. I gave two stars because at least they were responsive, however, they were not willing to reimburse for the service. They gave me a gift card, which is not at all helpful since I do not live in the area and certainly do not want to revisit this business.

My first and last time! $20.00 spent when I usually do myself for $6-$8 and clean and spotless. The crew did not clean my interior adequately nor my wheels thoroughly just threw on patch spots of armerol without wiping down brake dust inside my '22 inch custom wheels. My car is White Also noticed a black scratch mark on my bumper after driving thru the wash. I was visibly upset after the crew member said "your all done!" I'm thinkin dude what did I pay this money for?!!" Got home and re vacuumed and wiped missed spots myself! Feel cheated! Smh!

Worst car wash ever. ****DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE WASH AND YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE TO GET PAINT DAMAGE**** I put my brand new truck thru their car wash four times and now I’m starting to notice a lot of superficial and noticeable scratches on my truck. I spoke with the owner, the one who drives a base model Mercedes Suv and he stated that his state of the art car wash does not scrach vehicles and that the scratches where there already there which is a lie. I only drive my truck every once in a while other than that is garage kept........PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOUR JUST PAYING FOR THE LOOKS OF THE PLACE AND THEIR ILLEGAL WORKERS.

Save your money and don’t go for the premium package. My hood is cover with the strains of hot wax I paid extra for. No one wiped down the hood, side mirrors or section of the windshield were the wipers don’t touch after my car came out of wash. When leaving I thought it was just water I could wipe off at home. Nope. Set wax. Lovely. Now car is streaked and I’m having to hand rub down all the parts they missed. $42 Wasted.

Poor service at the Abingdon location. I have 2 unlimited memberships for 55.00 each. I paid for an express wax job an additional 30 dollars and received a very poor job. When brought to the attention of the young lady that told me she was the manager, she said the job was done and there would be no refund or any other resolution. I sent email to what I thought was a different person to register my complaint, only to be told the same thing. I was sent a copy of a video that cut off before the part where I said I had to point out the dirt that was left on the car. That was disregarded. No refund, no offer to redo the job. I just cancelled both memberships. I suppose they would rather lose 110 buck a month than make good on a 30 dollar job. If you use the car wash DON'T pay for any extra services. Bad experience, so much so that I have never posted a review of any business before, this is my first.

Had my mothers car detailed there and got the car back 4hrs later then they said it was supposed to be completed and the car had wax residue in every crack and crevice. Had to spend 2hrs re-detailing the car myself! I took my own vehicle there for a normal carwash and had to finish cleaning my own car with there rags, as did the guy next to me. This place is horrible!

I paid $45 to get it clean in and out and they didn't clean the inside. they did not vacuum the inside, did not dry the car fully, they left streaks on everything. I do not recommend this place. if you want a quick and dirty wash, I know that's ironic quick-and-dirty wash, but that's what it is quick and dirty. it is not clean at all and you do not get your money's worth. Service today was horrible and the manager would not refund my money for poor service. As a customer if I am happy with the service then refund my money. I lived in Butcher's Hill and have washed my jeep since CCW opened. I washed my pick up truck and my mercedes. So I was shocked when the manager refused to return my money for uncleaned windows and very sloppy tire service. I mean armour all everywhere but on the tires. I notice the windows on the drive towards home. I gave them a pass. I drove further and made another stop when I noticed the rims. So I returned to CCW to share with the manager and request my money back. Only to be told no and we can fix the problem. Nope I have to go so refund a portion and the manager shared no again. I now live in Ashburton so I drive to Canton as a loyal customer amd the jeep can only be serviced at certain car washers. Canton Car Wash will no longer be a provider. So double check your service because CCW does not stand behind there service. Consumers beware. Better business be up next. It's hard to find good service.

Terrible really. After spending $ 31 on a full car wash, we could have done a better job at home in less time. We have to point out after the interior was completed that trunk has not been vacuumed at all. Staff was unhelpful just trying to turn around the cars quickly. Very very disappointed and will never go there again.

Was here the other day and one of the workers, Corey, really went above and beyond! We have a fairly new white car that has for a long time had a really bad red scrape on it from scraping against a wall. Without being asked, Corey spent extra time on the area (which we have been totally unable to remove on our own) and we can't believe the difference! It looks so much better, thank you!

Could not be more disappointed with my experience. Got a "platinum service" and shelled out $37 for an automatic car wash and a quick and dirty vacuum of the interior. Everything took them about 2 minutes. There were still crumbs and other things on the floor of my car. I came home and vacuumed myself. I will not be returning. I could get the same service by going through an express carwash at a gas station.

I’m really disappointed, to say the very least. Booked online earlier this morning for a 4pm Full Exterior detail (as stated per website: Platinum full service wash, clay bar, compound, polish & wax, wheel detail). Arrived at the wash around 3:40pm. Went through the wash and left my car with the staff. We decided to wait at the wash while the detail was taking place. We waited, and waited, fully anticipating to be there for 2 hours - in which we were. All staff we interacted with were very nice and accommodating, some unprofessional, but nonetheless. The greater that had originally put us through the wash approached us as we neared the 2-hour mark and asked if we had gotten an update on my vehicle - I told him no, and he went to check. He arrived back and let us know the vehicle was done and they were pulling it around. At this point, it had gotten dark outside so I pulled out my flashlight to inspect. Water spots cover the vehicle from top-to-bottom, glass cleaned irregularly and poorly, spots of polish/wax still untouched, swirl marks everywhere, blots/streaks/drips of product not touched. The vehicle had NOT been compounded nor clay-barred. Maybe a decent hand-wax? Sure. But I didn’t pay $150 for a hand-wax, I paid for: Platinum full service wash, clay bar, compound, polish & wax, wheel detail. The greeter that I mentioned earlier consulted with his manager and told me to come back tomorrow (since they were closing in less than 30-minutes) and that they would rectify the situation and make it right. We shall see.

If I could give 0 stars!!!! These people have no idea what cleaning a car means. Pretty much like everything around here this is just a business. You are in and you are out even though your car is not cleaned at all. For $28 plus tip I would expect at least that my car would be vacuumed ( the main reason why I went there ).Nothing was done!!!! Basically you just pay for a very bad done waxing of the interior and nothing else. Even from outside the car was full of wax spray at the doors. Tacky!!! And when you speak up, first of all no one apologizes and then apparently you are blocking the way and have to move. At the end they give you a gift card to use there again. Thank you but I am not coming back to waste my time!!! Dear owner- your employees never smiled and they kinda have an attitude and the service is not at the level of the money you pay. The only great service was from the young guy ordering the coffee.

This place was horrible! Got the full service 37$ interior/ exterior wash. Car was rushed through, inside was not properly vacuumed, dirt around and under carpets, trunk was not even vacuumed even though I had popped it as instructed. One of the guys saw that it was still dirty and proceeded to re-vacuum it once I pointed out the status of my unclean car. There were streaks of brown dirt on the back door that had not been wiped off (how do you not see that?). The interior of the front windshield still had streaks on it and old spots that never got wiped in the first place. Also, I had taped the front passenger seat controls and told them specifically not to move the seat back, as I have a baby seat installed right behind there that could get damaged if the front seat goes into it. When I got the car back the front seat remotes had been untaped and the seat jammed so hard into the infant seat that it had put the base of the baby seat out of alignment in the rear. Mind you this baby seat was very challenging to install in the first place, not to mention that it can damage the baby seat if the car seat hits it too hard (as warned by the inspector at car seat inspection station). I also noted on the interior, the driver door had small holes/dents where the door aligns with the body of the car. Almost looked like the cleaning hoses they used were scraped or dug into the soft interior too hard. I am very meticulous with my new Volvo and feel like I would have noticed these cuts before!!!! The only reason I didn't call the manager over this damage was b/c my car had just been maintenanced at the dealer recently, and so I wasn't 100% sure that it was done while cleaning, and I would hate to put blame on an innocent party. But given the fact that the service today was horrendous, I wouldn't be surprised that this damage was also part of their doing. I wouldn't recommend going to this place ever again, unless maybe you just want a quick automated car wash (good luck with that!)

Let me start by saying that I really like Canton Car Wash - but I have some reservations that I really should mention. Pros: They are close to my house and they offer half off the Premium Wash for hybrid / electric cars. That makes it as cheap as the wash that only cleans the exterior! Cons: I have experienced smeary spots - or patches that were uncleaned altogether - when I have the interior done (I know they're always incredibly busy so it's not really the fault of the cleaners). Lastly, it's not a "touchless" car wash, so the brushes *could* affect your paint job. Basically it's a good, close place if you live in or near Canton, but be aware of the caveats before you go.

I just went through this car wash and I should have listened to previous reviews. Went through the machine and I still have bird poop on the outside of my car - that’s even with the car wash employees toweling it down. I have WeatherTech floor mats and they hosed them down and put them back in - I got in to see pools of brown dirty water in my front and back seat. When they vacuumed they didn’t get in the areas between the seats. I ended up pulling into a gas station and doing it myself - though I had just paid $40 at this car wash. I won’t be returning.
