I cant believe how honest the professionals are in BG AUTO. I came in from the referral and I am amazed how nice and patient and understanding the owner was with me. The other mechanical shop gave me the estimate for $675 dollars. When the mechanic checked my car it was $45 fuse and the problem with my car disappeared. I am the customer of BG forever . This place is GREAT! We took my son's car here for a bumper replacement. They gave us 2 options to choose from. We thought the bumper needed to be replaced but they said the damage was not terrible and could be repaired without having to replace the whole bumper as long as we were fine with the 2 excising scuffs. Even the estimate for a total replacement was $200.00 less that the other place . You have a repeat customer in us as we have 4 cars. Thank you for being a stand up operation. I will highly recommend you.

The insurance company wanted me to goto one of their repair centers and after the repair place gave their quote, my insurance company considered my car totaled. By all means it wasn't totaled, so I had the nice people at BG auto take over the project and for an affordable price, they repaired my car, basically back to the way it was. very good service! efficient and professional! i came to the store and told the manager that my car can not start. the manager sent the truck to tow my car immediately. i changed the battery and brake here, the product they use is high quality! when i pick up my car, i found they not only repair it and even clean it, which is really a surprise! the store has everything, repair, service, car wash, used car... the price is really reasonable,only 22 for oil change, the best price i ever see. next time if you need to change oil, why not try here? believe me: after the first time, you will be loyal to BG. Went there last Saturday for a car wash. When I got to the location I was a bit intimidated by the new management and faces but as soon as I pulled up to the menu I was greeted by one of the new employs. He was polite and explained everything in detail of what they were gonna do to my car and how much it would cost me. No BS but an honest professional opinion. After they had taken my order i went inside and the service only got better. The environment was cozy and the register was concise and friendly. The waiting time was minimal considering the amount of people there and before long I was gone with a car that looked better than the day I had bought it. I recommend to all!

Rude and unprofessional. Alot of reviews on here seem phony. Read their Yelp reviews. Place has gone down the drain with new owners. I was cleaning out my car prior to having it detailed, when I was approached by a disgruntled lady with big hair. (Im assuming she had some management role in this establishment). Before getting me and welcoming to her shop, she immediately asks what I'm doing there and why I'm using her trash can. She implys that I may be dumping drugs on her property... regardless of her previous experiences that is no way to treat a customer. Very nasty attitude this person has. I've been a customer for 6 years for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs and sadly I will no longer be going back to this place.

Very kind and professional. Got me in immediately and got my car back rather quickly. I only give 3 stars because we talked about a price. I told them the price of a different place that I thought was ridiculous. This other place quoted me $1000. BG Auto said they could get it done for $750 and this was after looking at it. It totally $942. I know other things come up but this wasn't cool. :-/
