Twice now we've paid $15 for a car wash and some of the brushes don't even work. They don't rinse your car so there is still soap foam dripping down the side. They say "it's not finished unless it's dried", but what they mean is "let us rub the dirt we didn't wash off over the clean parts of your car." We are done and will going somewhere else. Not worth it.

I had selected the wrong wash after I had already inserted payment. He quickly came over and corrected my mistake. They all did an awesome job on my truck and had compliments through our journey afterwards. We live far away and come down once a month from the mountains and now every time we go down to the Springs we will be driving thru their car wash. Thank you to all that was working Oct 26 2019... Their prices are competitive, but their equipment is old, very seldom do all their stations work, and the system does not rinse well (always leaves a residue of soap when you exit).

The car wash is.ok. The guy whi scrubs your car doesnt do the lic played very well. And they dont dry it well they get main spots but if you want it thorough if have to do it yourself. The detailing outside looked good but the inside was kinda crappy . I do a better job with a lint roller.

Let me be clear—I don't mind paying for a vacuum. What I detest, however, is unethical, BAIT AND SWITCH marketing. There is a very large, conspicuous red sign attached to the front of the building that simply says, "FREE VACUUMS." I saw the sign and decided to pull in and vacuum my car for free. As soon as I started, I was approached by a gentleman who informed me that I would either have to buy an $8 car wash or pay $3 in order to get my "free" vacuum. Hmmm... Last I checked, the definition of "free" according to Webster's dictionary is "not costing any money." Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but $8 is money. And so is $3. Yeah... News flash Mr. Owner – you need to take down that big red sign immediately, or I won't hesitate to file a complaint with the BBB. Because you can't just lie to the public like that and continue to get away with it. Have a nice day.

Horrible! Don't get your car washed here. Paid $20 for some new scratches, soap left on the truck, employees didn't dry, just watched me pull out to the vacuums that didn't work. Terrible service! Didn't know what I was getting into I guess, as I pulled into the self serve pay, went through the beat up your vehicle strips, brushes, dirty water and then pulled out to employees just looking at me like I was just to move on I guess. My dog could wash my truck better. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WASHED HERE!!!!!

I've been coming to this wash for years. Anytime I've ever had an issue the staff or owner corrected it promptly. The only mix ups have been small corrections to details washes, a few spots missed and corrected or a rewash when my truck was a but dirtier than usual. I've had them detail and wax my Dodge Challengers and they've done an impressive job every time. Even if you just need to pull through for a wash and vacuum it's easy and a great deal. In my opinion the best car wash in town.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THROUGH HERE!!!! Girlfriend took her acura through here last week and now the front hood is covered in scratches! Very noticeable huge scratches. Again please do not take your car through this car wash. If you read this review please pass this on because no one should experience the frustration of getting their car damaged from a car wash.

Not worth the $24 charged. A drive thru at the gas station would clean just as good. Wheel wells, bumper, and side rails didn't look like they were even washed. Tire dressing missed on half of one tire. Inside included vacuum and dash wipe, no windows, cup holders, or dash front. Manager yelled to get the truck moved as other vehicles were coming out regardless if truck was done or not. Had to go home and finish washing and cleaning. Won't go back.

UPDATE: Although it took me going to Google to review the business, I have to say that the business owner did contact me and refunded the months of over-charge. He also provided his direct cell number for me to get in touch with him. I appreciated having that available, and I did call him, and did not hear back. However, the bottom line is that my credit card refund was processed and it's all good. I would encourage the management to hire an operations manager to get their systems in place to improve the customer experience. The car wash itself is great! PROBLEM: I moved out or state at the end of July, so I cancelled my monthly auto pay for unlimited washes at the end of June. The service rep assured me that the auto pay was cancelled and I would no longer be charged effective July 1st. They have continued to charge me monthly and I have been unable to get anyone to even pick up the phone there, much less return my call after I’ve left messages on the (unprofessional) generic voice mail for their posted number. Ultimately I’ve placed a fraud complaint with my credit card company, they have refunded months of payments, and the investigation is underway. What a disappointment! I like the guys there and got a decent wash but now that I live out of state I cannot just stop in and complain in person. Horrible management does not take care of the customer experience and is essentially ripping customers off with this lack of attention. Buyer beware.

Worst experience ever, guy was condescending and rude to me, I grant you I don't know much about my car but he was just horrible! Then i purchased a car wash, I specifically asked if it included vacuum and cleaning the inside he said yes but the inside still dirty and not vacuumed. Such a disappointing experience

FALSE ADVERTISING! They advertise for free vacuums on the side of their building but what they really mean is pay for a car wash to use them, or pay to use them. I was planning come back tomorrow for a car wash but I will be going somewhere else instead.

Took my car in to get washed before trying to sell it. The worker approached my car and showed me a poster of a few options, the most expensive one being $37. I asked him what he recommends to clean the inside, outside and dash and he recommended a $47 option that was not on the poster. I agreed. After an hour wait, I picked up my car. It was still filthy inside. They hadn't cleaned the cup holders or change holder in the middle. There was still dog hair on my dash board that was supposed to be "shined" and there are still leaves in my door jams, What a disappointment, waste of time, and waste of $47! DO NOT GO HERE

Very nice people. Great self- serve carwash or you can choose full service. Bought my dad a detail for Christmas and he cant stop talking about how nicely his truck turned out. Excellent customer service. I'm often greeted by friendly staff even when using the self-serve machine. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure what people are complaining about. First free vaccums doesn't mean u come and sweep your car and not use the services provided. Second I would hope they charge different prices for different services. I take an $80,000 Audi thru this wash and have for over 2 months with 0 issues. Maybe people should try tipping the employee washing and drying their vehicle if they want above average service. Keep up the great job guys and ignore ignorant reviews.

This company gave me a price of 25.00,(originally 50.00) before starting the work for a basic oil change because they were having a 50% off for bringing them a new car. After the work was done the bill was 39.00. They said it needed a special filter. Mechanic that normally does oil changes states they are full of scrap it doesn't take a special filter. I feel this company scammed me.

I waited to write this review for 6 months hoping that there would be a solution to my problem, but here we are. Last summer, I had a membership to this location for 3 months while I was home from school in Colorado Springs. IN July of 2018 I was moving out again so, I spoke directly to an employee who told me she cancelled my membership and that I was all good to leave. I notice in December 2018 that I’ve been charged for the membership every month since. So I call and explain the situation to a very nice girl on the phone, and she tells me that employee who I woke to in July messed up multiple accounts and there would be no problem getting me refunded as they can see I haven’t used my membership since July! she takes down my number and tells me her boss will get back to me within the week. 2 weeks go by and I call back and she says the manager is busy and will call me back, taking down my number again. Another 3 weeks go by and I still have heard nothing, this time I call back and the girl working gave me the same line that the manager is busy and refused to let me speak to him. About a week later I missed a call from “the manager” and he left a voicemail saying he will help me take care of this. I have called probably 20 times without getting a response from this man!! This is the worst costumer service I have experienced, avoid any memberships at this car wash.

My husband still thinks I traded it in on a brand new used 2011 Escape that looks and smells better than it has since BRAND NEW! <3 Comfortable, helpful, fun and my detail was done in what I would consider MEGA record time. I recently came here and figured I'd get the most expensive wash you can buy... turns out it's the worst wash you can buy it says it will clean your tires extreme shine I mean that's what I was buying for my tires to get clean .my rims... nope not even close don't even try it.. I ended up taking one of their rags and having to wipe it down myself... don't be me and buy into The Mirage of something that's not going to happen.. and don't even waste your money going here .. worst $15 ever spent

It is a great drive through car wash. $12 always seems like too much for a drive through, but life is expensive these days. The free vacuum is great, IF you get one of the ones that work. Today I had to move the twice to get one that would vacuum up some crumbs. Dirt and small stones, you can forget it.

I only went here to get my car detailed before selling it. Unfortunately the hour wait turned into a 1.5 hour wait and then the cleaner they used on my window seals streaked the inside of my windows leaving an awful residue that took me awhile to get off. Also, whatever they sprayed to clean my console seaped into my clock screen leaving permanent water marks. I don't often leave poor reviews, but they did an awful job and ruined part of my car.

Pretty disappointing. People are friendly lobby is great, but I paid $37 for a car wash which is supposed to include a mini interior detail. When they told me it was ready I walked over to it and literally It only looked 1/2 Washed. The good and entire driver side were still dirty. So he half assed wiped it all down. Basically it looks like I went through a five dollar gas station drive-through car wash. Then on the inside they did not vacuum the back of my jeep at all and the backseat was literally only have vacuumed. I took 2 vehicles in one I washed and one I had them wash and paid 25$ for full service and the one I washed was cleaned in and out. The one I had them wash was gross. It was not vacuumed or wiped out at all. I told them that i wanted to come later and have that one detailed so i guess they thought that they would get it then . I will not have any vehicle detailed here ever. If you cant even get a full service job done why would I give you $150 to detail my car. Very poor service. The lady inside is very nice though.

Car wash scratched up my rims, when I pointed it out to the manager, he told me that I am a liar and that he washes BMWs and other expensive cars every day and never had a problem. The car wash itself is terrible, barely washed anything of off my car. The guys that dry the car afterwards do a terrific job and leave a bunch of smudges on your vehicle, not to mention all the swirls I have on my paint after taking my car there. Don't go there. Love your car!!!

I took my husbands truck in which hadn’t been cleaned or detailed in several years outside of your run-of-the-mill drive thru gas station car wash. They did a phenomenal job. They took off years of grime and build up on the interior and the outside was pristine. I plan to take my brand new car there and have them take care of it. The service took a little longer than expected but it was because of the sheer amount of dirt build up in the carpet and seats. I didn’t mind waiting. The staff was pleasant the entire time and very respectful. I would recommend this to anyone who would like a full service wash!

Really disappointing experience! I had to come home and really vacuum my car. Wish I could post pictures. Cashier was reading a book and only helped me after she finished her page/paragraph. Paid $22 for basically nothing. No scent added, things in car not wiped down....and detail guy told me to tip him, not others in tip jar. Would not ever recommend this place.

Our dog had an accident in the care. The next morning I took it here and they charged me $119 to detail the inside of my car -- took all day. When I got the car back they had not shampooed the seats and the car smelled like fresh dog poop. They did not even bother to put air fresheners in it. I took it back the next day and talked to the manager. He agreed it stank and was not properly shampooed. I told him I wanted a refund or at least a partial refund and he said no. He would "go over it again" but no refund. You are wasting your time and money if you go there.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get my upholstery cleaned but they were slammed, so I made an appointment for the next day at 9am. Unfortunately, I forgot the appointment but I called, told the nice lady there my mistake and she said it was ok and to still come by. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and asked if I was the woman who'd missed her earlier appointment, I was immediately taken care of. I waited for about an hour and twenty minutes but it was worth it. My seats looked great!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! One of the employees stole my wife’s Iphone that she accidentally left on the front seat when she was getting our baby out of the car so that she could pay for the wash. She was on the phone with me via bluetooth when she pulled into the car wash. She ran back out a minute later and her phone was GONE and TURNED OFF. The Manager was a jerk and only said that they didn't take anything and they weren't responsible. We filed a police report and I left my info for the owner. To date, he has dodged the whole situation and hasn't returned my call. We just had to buy her a new phone which means that a $20 car wash cost us $600.. How low do you have to be to steal from a young mom with her infant?

Carlos and his crew did a superb job on an interior detailing of my car. Complete interior detail including the removal of an excessive amount of pet hair came to $65; two other detail auto companies, one at DIA and one in Colorado Springs quoted me over $200 for this same service. Unkempt for a reason … if you're brave enough to venture here, you'll notice the grounds suffer from total neglect. I suspect it is because people have discovered they do a terrible job and stay away, so they can't afford to take care of their property. Or, it could be they simply don't know what clean looks like. I pulled out planning to give them two stars, as I paid for a package that included tire shine, but they didn't do it and told me they would for a tip. I also still had dead bug remains all over my windshield. Then I got home and saw my front grill was still so covered in bugs it looked like it never had been touched. Find another place. They don't know what they're doing and don't seem to care.

DAVID IS DISRESPECTFUL AND DEFENSIVE. DON'T GO HERE! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! BAD BUSINESS OWNER! I have been a customer for almost two years until last week. I had an unlimited car wash plan that I canceled on October 1st 2014 because I sold the vehicle at the end of September. Evidently they continued to bill $20 for months Oct-Dec until I called to have them try and cancel it again. Unfortunately, the owner David refused to refund me for those months saying "he trust his employees more than most customers" AND IT WAS LIKELY I NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL. He also implied that I could just be lying. Anyway long story short, the owner is unprofessional and disrespectful. He offered to give me a $60 gift card after calling me a liar and disrespecting me which I refused and said I never want to use their car wash again. I also told him cancel my current plan on my new car. I told him I would tell everyone I know about this and he said he could care a less. So far I've told over 40 friends and shared this on facebook with 150 people. One friend already canceled his wife's membership due to my situation. David is a very foolish businessman. FYI....I filed a complaint with the BBB, and issued a charge back through Visa.

Just paid $37 for Victory Lane and Matts plus. If I could give zero stars, I would! Door jams, still dirty, interior not vacuumed, dash not wiped, had to ask to have trunk vacuumed , no bug and tar remover used on grill, hood, or windshield. WTF did I just pay $25 extra for? Getting my oil changed here was the worst decision I have ever made. A proper amount of oil was not put in my car and the engine seized. The multiple mechanics who have looked at it have all agreed that there is no way possible way that the shop did their job correctly. I have tried to work with the shop to get their liability insurance information, because they ruined my car. The manager is a jerk and unwilling to provide the information and stated only the owner has it. I was promised a call multiple times from the owner and am still waiting to receive it. It has been over two weeks now. I continue to call and am told their is no way to get in touch with the owner. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. THEY CANNOT COMPLETE THE SIMPLEST OF TASKS CORRECTLY.
