I used to be a loyal customer here, but their management & quality of staff has completely gone downhill. I've given up on them after several attempts. The staff smells like marijuana & it is obvious they are all using at the workplace (even the managers). The managers are part of the problem & do not take ownership in customer satisfaction. I pay $40 for cleaning & tip generously only to constantly have details overlooked (interior windows, sides of seats, etc). And you are "shamed" if you ask them to redo. Today, I asked why the back was not vacuumed & "Kyle, the manager" (who I doubt is the manager) said, "oh, you didn't pay a dog hair removal fee". Are you kidding me? Go down the hill & do not help promote bad owners & bad management who do not deserve the rates they are charging.

This place is the worst. I paid $13 for the top exterior service, as the rep assured me rims and tires would be done. After the fact, they tell me I have to pay extra for a wipe-down, rims and tires service. So, the rims are still dirty and I proceed to wipe them myself. I then get a lecture by the manager! If I wanted a Chevron type carwash I would of went there. Apparently, $13 only gets you lies here. Who doesnt wipe down your car? I have never been to a carwash that doesnt wipe down your car and rims. I didnt use their tire dressing, either. What a joke.

Sad attempt. I paid for the most expensive detail.... I doubt i could tell the difference between that and the cheapest detail. The carpets were "shampooed and gone over more than once." Yet i was able to vacuum quite a bit off of them. The dirty mats were placed in the back on the clean boot. I was able to wipe quite a bit with just a damp rag. Leather on seat were cleaned next to dirty cloth, no attempt to clean the cloth was made. A detail in my opinion is more than putting on armour all and shining the wheels. I wont be paying for anything extra ever again. Disappointed to say the least.

I recently had a ceramic treatment detail service performed. The staff was very accommodating to my schedule and did a good job. I had very high expectations and all concerns that I addressed were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner by all staff.

This place kicks butt over most other places. They cleaned the inside of my truck, they got everything. They missed one spot and I pointed it out, they took care of it right there on the spot! They are worth the price. Waiting room and bathrooms are clean and comfortable.

Their customer service is poor to say the least. Their idea of vacuuming the inside of your vehicle is hoping the wind blows out the crumbs / dust when they open the doors (if they do that).

Staff is friendly but I always have to point out details that are missed. For $30+, I shouldn’t have to ask that windows and door jams are wiped clean. Very frustrating as a customer at this price point to have to be part of the staff and assure the job is done right.

Generally I think they do a good job but definitely lack attention to detail. Twice today did two people tell me my car was ready when it wasn’t. I was about to drive off and noticed the back window hadn’t been cleaned. They were apologetic and cleaned it off. Later on I noticed the inside of the windshield hadn’t been done either. For a 35 dollar car wash you think they would try a little harder. Disappointed.

Just had my Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed with a hand wax. I was expecting it to be done well for the price, with me making a few swipes here and there after. I was extremely pleased with the detail. They got all the dog hair, goober and the mats clean. They even cleaned out the rubber cup holders spotless. They exceeded my expectations. The car is gleaming inside and out. Thank you ECW&D!

Horrible customer service - they didn't clean my boyfriends car and when he asked about it the Manager told him to "kick rocks" and then kicked him off the property. They charged $110 - they didn't vacuum the car, didn't vacuum the trunk, there were several big dirt spots all over the windows and doors, the floor mats were rolled up and thrown into the back seat, they completely bent the license plate - with so much more. I do not recommend this place!

Extremely unreliable. Either not open during stated hours or only open to exterior wash. Average work if you do happen to show up when they decide they're doing interior cleaning.

Got the interior Detail and wanted to shop local even though better deals down the hill. Looked good at first but continually finding what they missed... Forgot ceiling, windshield(inside)and under rear seats and cup holders. I keep feeling buyers remorse after finding new spots untouched and that's why I had to comment.

The pricing "menu" is completely misleading. I spent over $30 on a mediocre wash, then had to pay for vacuuming and wipe. Apparently $21 gets you a hand towel dry after you drive your car through the carwash yourself. That's it? No vacuum? Nope that'll be more money if you want that. They separate all services to be paid like ordering from a menu. Be careful! I should not have given this establishment another chance. 4 years ago one of their interior cleaning crew wiped so hard it broke a button off of the inside of my driver's door that controlled part of the seat adjusting system. They stuck it back on but of course it was broken and fell off before I even got home. My car was a Mercedes Benz S550, the button broken required the whole mechanism to be replaced costing me almost $250. They would not help compensate for this incident whatsoever. I'm actually surprised they still have customers.

Sam buffed out not only some superficial marks but also some white scratches that had annoyed me for months. I had no idea that could be done: it's a 10 year old Volvo, black, hard to keep clean of course, but he did a really great job.

Dropped off my car and ended up waiting in the nearby Starbucks for 4+ hours (not even kidding) because they forgot about my car. I called in after 3 and they said they “ran into complications” nobody touched my car until I called.

Terrible experience...Don't trust them with your vehicle! First you will receive a poor quality detail service for $250. I asked them to tidy up a few items on the exterior (literally 2 sap drops on the hood, that the detailer said he tried to remove, yet the supervisor cleaned and re waxed the spots in a minute) Interior was pathetic and quickly finished, I left knowing I wouldn't be back for that service again... Here's the worst part, the detailers broke a part and the car wash won't accept responsibility, apparently they believe once you leave you're on your own and if they slid one by you, too bad for you! Know this now, do not frequent this place for service, or you may end up as another victim of poor business operations.

Kids did a good job, however don't pay for the detailed clean because they do not pay attention to detail. I had to pull out small pieces of trash, re-wipe the insides of my doors (product was dripping), and will have to detail vacuum myself. I would have been just fine had I gone with the $20 option.... that would get another star. I tried to share a little frustration with the lady who checked me out and she just didn't seem to care... no apologies, much less a thank you. I often find people generalize customers in Evergreen and clump everyone into that rich, snobby characteristic. I worked in retail in Evergreen... and dealt with quite a few privialged people so I understand how frustrating people can be in this area. But I am not that person, I paid more money thinking I would get some detailing and instead, get to do that myself. Unfortuante.

Don't be misled by the young people working there. Campbell Stayden and Shawn are both young guys, but they are very professional, friendly and do good work. I had my headlights rejuvenated and some body paint I got from a garage bender removed. They did a great job both times.

Someone keyed my wife's beautiful 2015.5 Platinum Volvo XC60. I thought, at least $500 at a body shop. Instead, I took a chance at Evergreen Car Wash. I got a top-of-the-line car wash, then they treated this terrible scratch. It was beautiful. I couldn't believe what a great job they did removing this scratch. Not to mention the great interior job they did. The cost? $39 for the great car wash, both interior and exterior, and $60 to get rid of the scratch. I gave a $15 tip on top of this cost. But when I saw how great the scratch removal was, I gave the guy, who did the work, another $20. It was worth it!

We've been here multiple times with multiple vehicles; always disappointed. Their attention to detail is horrible. Center console was barely cleaned. Floor mats were dripping wet and not in the right places. Ended up with me using their rag to finish cleaning my car. Will never go there again!

Nice people, good pricing. Maybe their hand-detail is great, but the drive-thru does a very mediocre job. Old equipment? The wash on 6th & Santa Fe in Denver does a considerably better drive-thru...plus,free vacuums.

This place has the potential to be great but like most places in small mountain town is challenged with finding good staff. They need to invest in upgrading their tunnel as it is very outdated feeling. They a pretty expense and for that you should have more of a modern facility. I hope they can upgrade and get good people to stay there then it would be excellent.

Worst customer service ever, and stupid over priced, we ended up leaving without even getting our car washed. The guy who checks in cars was totally unprofessional and insulting and argued with us for not getting upgraded detailing then said we should always plan to be there for an hour for a basic car wash where they clean the interior windows and vacuum and don't even wipe down the seats. He then yelled at us "homeys" and "papa bear" as we drove away. You have permanently lost our business.
