This is the worst car wash in the valley- I will not be coming back. There is always a problem here, the vacuums are weak, the foaming brush doesn't work, and you pay a premium to use this inferior equipment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

The automatic wash is never actually open but there's no sign out front to tell you that so you have to pull off the highway to find out. Also they never answer their phone.

The automatic touch-free wash is a joke. $11 for a GOLD wash, and my car came out *maybe* 50% cleaner than it was before I went thought it. Go to Edwards instead.

Best self service car wash in the valley hands down. Low prices and great equipment. I've been using this carwash for the last 13 years and have never had an issue . Recommended.

The vacuums were good but when I went to wash my car it was terrible. I was in the last bay at the end and only 2-3 of the settings worked. I spend a good minute or two trying to figure out why nothing was working. The bush didn't work and the only settings that worked were "soap" and "rinse". Maybe the express bay or the middle one work better but the third one was terrible. The one nice things is you can use your credit card and get as much time as you need instead of paying for cycles with quarters.

The maintenance of this facility is awful. Credit machine is down far too often, soaps and other chemicals are either empty or not working nearly every visit, and the touch less automatic wash needs to have a full service break down to replace nozzles and the 3 arms that hardly rotate. It is shocking how busy this car wash is and how little the owners seem to put into it. Hopefully things will get better but for the past two years it's always the same half ass approach. Best wash near by is the one in Edwards called the Diamond wash. Better off driving 10 min to get much more reliable service.

The car wash stalled out on my wash and they tried to not refund me. Only refunded it once I started raising hell. Multiple occasions the dollar machine has ate my money, their credit card machine has been broken in one of the bays for over a half year, and their vacuums are hit or miss. If I ran this business I’d be disgraced. One decent car wash in the valley and this place would go under.

The auto wash was broken and one of the wash bay's brush didn't spit out any soap. I was forced to use the sprayer and brush together to try and clean my car. It took twice as long which meant I paid twice as much for a car wash that was only 1/2 effective.

Most of the time you'll have to wait your turn for the self wash bays. Credit card machines go down regularly. Mat holders don't hold mats well. Inexpensive.

My friends were telling me that the car wash in Edwards is better, but I disagree. As someone who lives in Avon and goes to Vail on a regular basis, not only is this car wash a better location, but the water jets are stronger. It was much easier to get the car clean here than it was in Edwards. The machines take both cash and credit cards. They have a bill changing machine, but I can't confirm if it was working or not.
