I am very dissapointed..I have been using this car wash for years. Today waiting on my car to finalize I noticed the lady working in my car was pulled off to work on another car. Then a truck was moved ahead still watching my can then abandon by any help. Hating to complain, I did. I went to a lady standing at the counter and told her what I noticed. With a smirk she asked a few questions and stated it was ready. It had been ready! Made to feel like I was lying she said it was called how do you miss that while noticing all the above. It did not happen but blame the customer!! Not the place it used to be......

I had a great experience until the owner came over and scolding the employee (I think his name is Garrett) for taking too much time on my car. I had an older Jeep Cherokee that was totally filthy on the inside, and I didn't ask the kid to do more, he just did his job cheerfully and cleaned the hell out of it. They were slow at the time, so the employee explained to me if they were busier they wouldn't have been able to pay this much attention, and that is completely understandable. But, there were no other cars backed up to be finished out, so the kid spent a little more time on my car than he should have. So what? The employee was doing a wonderful job taking great pride in his work when the owner came over and put on a nice little rant. I later tried to explain to the owner how great a job he did, but the owner told me to stay out of it, that it was between him and the employee. I'll give you 5 stars if you apologize to Garrett. Extremely rude. They got busy after all that, shouting ensued, and I left the place stunned. I gave Garrett a $10 tip before all this took place. Glad I did that beforehand!

Having to rewash the car myself after the poor quality. I would recommend washing your car yourself before you take it to get waxed. If not you will get the same end result I got shinny dirt on your car.

While the service so far has been good, when I make sure to tell you that it is my first time, you could at the very least tell me how things will work. And then when I complain about a person smoking around my vehicle, that is definitely not a cue to light a cigarette on the way out to see who was smoking around my vehicle. Update: I wrote that while I was still fuming over the nasty cigarette smell that got in my car from the worker, and at the time gave it one star. I was very angry and decided it was best I leave. When I got home, I realized just how dirty they left my truck. So not only is their customer service very much sub par, their cleaning abilities rival my 4 year old granddaughters. I will definitely not be back!

Service is lousy! I go in to pay and when I get to the counter I have to say good morning twice before she even acknowledged me, she was so busy with her cell phone... Then once the car was ready the tires weren't armouralled and there was bugs still on the front of my car.

When my car was particularly dirty on the inside, I got the manager's special and was happy with the interior job. My car had recently been cleaned, so today, I selected the $25 wash. Granted "super" vacuum was advertised for the special, but regular vacuum should have done better than this. My mats don't appear to have seen any suction and underneath the mats certainly didn't. In addition, the seats, dash, and console did not get more than a hit and miss dry cloth job. The inside windows did not get the attention they needed; fingerprints and smudges were still visible. The exterior was okay. I'm very disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but if I do come back, I won't selecting a wash less than $30. A $10 vacuum it yourself place is a much better value than the $25 paid for the service received today.

Let me start by saying every time I go to Lee's magic tunnel I always got great service my car was always clean floor mats were always clean everything was clean perfect until it wasn't I went and spent $ $20 and when I got in my car I drove down the street my windows were streaked the dashboard was still Dusty there was still dog hair in the floor it did not look like anything had been done unfortunately I had to get back to work so I didn't have time to talk to management however it seems like to me that if you're going to charge $21 or $20 or however much you charge then that car should be spotless especially if you're paying 20 something dollars so unfortunately I will not be back

Always do a great job! There are several options from which to choose. One can get a complete wash (inside and out) plus a wax, or just an outside wash. We recently took our vehicle that was covered in pollen, and they had it clean within minutes. Highly recommend!

I called Lee's to see what I needed to do to bring my car in for a seat shampoo. I was told that while it was crowded, they could take my car and I would just have to pick it up tomorrow. Upon arrival, Lee's was backed up to the street. I called again because I wasn't sure where to park my car. The woman on the phone informed me that "they can't take you anymore." So I essentially wasted an hour of my life to get to this place and back only to be told that I couldn't be seen (even though I was told on the phone that I would be). I won't be back. Ever. The guy outside marking cars was nice and apologized for whatever chaos was happening with the women working the phones.

The workers seem to do a good job; however, in my opinion, it's the quality of ownership that is in question here. I opine, that owners of a company share a responsibility of treating their workers like human beings regardless of their circumstances. From what I've gathered, the minority employees at this company are treated VERY badly and disparately.

Not impressed, I got the 32$ package and it was not worth it at all. When I first arrived I completely felt rushed when I was looking to see what I wanted. Then when I went inside to wait on my car I noticed that they threw a blanket I had in my backseat in the window and the lady who was cleaning my back window only did half of the window cause she put the blanket up there Which makes no sense why they would put the blanket in my window when they wasn’t cleaning my seats, so I went out there and I asked can I put that in my trunk so she could finish the other half of my window they said yes but she never came back to do the other half. Plus I had smear marks all over the other windows and my car from them re using the same cloth that they used on another car even though it says they use a clean one for every car! When they was done with my car I was asked to look it over to see if they missed anything which they did and I told them but nothing was done not even a sorry! So I will never come back here, cause for 32$ for the little they was supposed to do was ridiculous!!

Got there just after 8:30 this morning. Asked to have the entire interior of my van vacuumed and armor-all. Got the manager's special for $27 something. Sat there for about 45 minutes and got home to find that only the front seat area was done. There was loose leaves still on the floor in the back seat area, and they did not even touch the back cargo area (see photos). This place used to have a good staff but service has been slowly going down hill over the last 6 months. Now they have people that just cut corners every chance they can but still stand there waiting for you to tip them. This is the last straw so you just lost 6 vehicles that I would bring up every 3 months for the past 4+ years.

It looks really good right after their done, but wait 2 hours and it will look like crap. I got the wash and hand wax, plus tires, and the only part that still looks good 2 hours after is the tires. The rest looks really bad. Plus, they didn't touch the top of my car. A wasted $32.00

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I paid $150 for their Complete Detail and it was complete alright. A complete fricking mess. I had my car at Lee's before 8 a.m. and was told it would be 4 to 6 hours. At 2:30 I called and was told it would be ready at 4:30. I told them it would not be 4:30 and they asked "well when do you need it?" I mean, how stupid can you get? I told them I needed the car now! I got to Lee's at 3:30 and the floor mats were so wet the carpet in the car would have soiled. I now have floor mats scattered throughout my apartment that won't be dry anytime soon. As I was checking the car out better after I got home, I could tell Lee's Magic Tunnel did a half-a$$ job. I've been using them for just car washes for 30+ years but they will not get another penny from me for anything. This company needs to go away. They are way past their usefulness and worth.

If you drive your car onto the rail and your being directed by the employees and damage occur during this process they tell you that they are not responsible for the damages because they didn’t drive it. I would have given them a 5 star until today. This is my last visit thanks for nothing

The best car wash I have been to ever. I came here with a curry spilled all over my truck and with a sad face. There was this older guy who welcomed me with a smile, took me aside talked to me and he said he ll figure it out if I leave the trunks carpet there with him. Came back next day, it was cleaned and he ozoned my car and he also fixed my front broken bumper which was not even part of hi job. Wait for it he even cleaned my car and the carpets. I was worried about being ripped off, guess how much have they charged me, “$25” as I wwas student. I love them, they understood the student money problems.

What happened to this place? They used to be rock-solid, now the prices keep going up and the quality of service keeps going down. Two visits ago, I found my window tint scratched. On my last visit, one of the crew was smoking his cigar while working on my car. Don't let the owner's response fool you [the word you’re looking for is “strict” BTW], the smoking employee was caught by TWO of his bosses, not that they did anything about it. Which goes to show the *complete lack of integrity* by the present owners. I'll have to make time to wash my car myself again...

Beyond unimpressed and disappointed. I was referred to Lee's by a few people to get my Jeep Wrangler detailed. While my Jeep was not the cleanest by no means (reason I took it to get cleaned) it was NOT caked in mud nor had it seen mud or been off road in over a year. I had been unable to get it clean (interior) on my own. I asked for the complete clean up package and received less than half of what that service calls for and cost! There was wax left on the Jeep wasn't even wiped over in multiple places (see pictures), black plastic door handles had wax left on them as well as the front bumper, the mirrors have visible mud left (see pictures), the freedom panels weren't even removed and cleaned fully there is mud still in between the roll bar and the door on both sides (see pictures), passenger side head rest was cleaned but not the drivers (see pictures), right in front of the gear shifter wasn't even wiped over (see pictures), the windows seals weren't cleaned (see pictures) and the passenger side grab handle has visible mud left (see pictures), trunk was not cleaned (see pictures). One plus is that my Jeep smells great but the bad out weighs that by a mile, because now I have or have already finished the job I paid this company to do. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place for anyone.

I have been going to this place for years... You can't beat the car wash prices. The staff will sometimes argue with each other but that doesn't affect your car from being nice and clean. Overall, this car wash is very convenient if you need a quick wash and don't want to do it yourself. Also, they offer hand washes, detailng, etc.

Great service and attention to detail. $31 manager special carwash and interior cleaning well worth it. Lisa did a great job! She took her time even though they appeared to be busy to me. The smell of the cleaners used on the interior could be way better though. Febreeze needed afterwards. $31 for what was done was well worth it. Other places charge way more for a full detail and dont do half as good of a job. Facilities dont look like much. Could use major remodels/upgrades. But service makes up for it. Will recommend and return! They also support the local community and give back! Big plus to me! My only complaint is employees smoking while working around vehicles anywhere the choose. Should have a smoking area out back away from vehicles

I use Lee's for their basic wash and inside cleaning/vacuuming. I've always found the workers to be nice - I'm nice and respectful to them and I get the same back. I do tip for the guys that do the bulk of the inside work and they are always so appreciative. I'm glad they got rid of the lady that worked the cash register (she ripped them off major and was a jerk). I can't comment on how they handle complaints because I've had none.

The little "owner" guy is extremely rude, uncaring, untruthful, unapologetic, and took ZERO responsibility for damaging my car seat during one of their expensive details. The only one who showed any kind of concern, acknowledged that they broke it, who was nice, and tried to fix it was his son. It took $190 out of my pocket for repairs and they have lost 4 long time customers. Lee, carry on with your unprofessional and poor customer service ways. Paid 39$ to have my car washed cleaned on the inside and hand waxed. They were supposed to call when done and did not. Then when I get there to pick up my car no one could find the keys. Everyone kept telling me to go ask someone else. Like I know who everyone is and where they work. Then to be told that someone took my keys home with them. Really people this is supposed to be a business. Anyway after finally finding my keys. I go to leave then get chased down and accused of trying to leave without paying. Really I have walked around for 20 minutes with my recipe pretty much showing it to everyone to find my keys and now apparently the one person I didn't show thinks I didn't pay. Anyway by this time I was so aggravated I hadn't even looked at my car. But hey everyone has bad days. But as I am driving back to work I start to notice the sloppy job they had done. Half of my car still has wax on it. I mean big spots how did they miss that. Plus my windows look as if they spayed them with oil. And they didn't wipe the center console at all. The they shined my dash and doors with a few little wipes that missed big spots and looks horrible. And appears to have done it over the dust. What did they spend like 10 minutes at the most on my car. I want to call and complain but after looking at these reviews I don't think it would do any good. I had always in the past thought they had done a pretty decent job but apparently they have gotten to busy now and it has become about making money instead of doing good business.

Worst place in town to take your car for a full deatail charged me 150 for a full deatail and it was awful even left the truck there the first time and pointed out all the dirt they missed came back the second time and it was no better felt completely ripped off by these people

My car was particularly nasty after driving through snow storms up north where they use road salt. I did have to wait quite a while for the undercarriage procedure, because there were a number of people having it done. It had snowed in Huntsville also. The wait was worth it, however. They exceeded my expectations! My car looked fabulous inside and out! My husband brings his Dodge Challenger here and only here to be cleaned once a week. You know they've got to be good for him to trust them with his car.

My car was pitiful! And it came back shiny and new! I got the managers special and it was well worth it! I have 4 children and you can image the sticky icky fingerprints everywhere and these guys did an amazing job!! Some of my windows weren’t cleaned but I don’t think it was part of the package I chose, however, I am still very grateful and I most likely will come back here to have my car washed and cleaned!

Experience today was a disaster. Pulled in and the attendant was taking the order of other vehicles. As I pulled in, the older white lady pulled in next to me. This means, I pulled in first. The attendant went to the older lady first as I rolled down my window to greet and tell him I was next. He apologized and said he was trying to keep the traffic out of the street. I understood but what I didn't understand was why he continued to place this older white lady ahead of me. So we had a nasty confrontation as he told me he was going to tell the older white lady that I was being impatient. I told him that was fine! I asked him did he tell her that she would be behind me and he said no, you'll be behind her and I said I'm going in after the red car, which was in front of me. He proceeds to yell at me and say NO YOU ARE NOT and I said YES I AM!!! He then switched to tell me we can look at the video to see who pulled in first and I declined because I knew what was happening at this time! He brings over the "manager" and I explained what happened. The "manager" walked over to the older white lady and came back to tell me that TWO people said she pulled in first and that was her and the attendant and that he was NOT going to argue with me and I can leave! You can obviously see that the attendant lied because if she were first, why would he have apologized and told her I was being impatient?I'll leave the thoughts up to you but I know exactly what that was about! I have been a loyal customer since I've been driving and have never experienced such unprofessionalisn! I WAS a paying customer like this older white lady and pulled I first but I refuse to give incompetent people my hard earned money! I will let everyone I know that supports this place, know about this situation and will NOT patronize this "business" any longer! I also found a better spot and they do a better job!

My car was horribly covered in dog hair. Went in for a full service wash and my attendant went above and beyond to help clean my vehicle as best he could. Very impressed consider the reason I went is because I didn't want to do it myself.

I worked for these people and they fired me on the third day because I didn’t meet the requirements for wiping windows and I was too slow. It takes time for people to get used to their job. There were only 4 people out of the whole group of co workers who were nice to me and praised me.
