The entire experience was outstanding. I have bought many cars in the past and this was by far the best experience that I have had. Rick the Sales Manager was great he was very personable and was there to help out if needed. You can tell that he really likes what he does. I read reviews, research online and when it comes to cars watch youtube videos from both professionals who tell you about the car and also just normal owners of the cars. And I have to say that Angelos knowledge of the product was outstanding. Everything that I had read about and saw the videos he mentioned and explained. As I stated previously I have bought a lot of cars and this was the best experience. I didn't have to fight to get a fair deal as I always have to do this. The experience was great I didn't have to argue and fight to not get ripped off but it was actually pleasant and fun. I actually had a good time while at the dealership. I mean that is the way it should be but I have actually never experienced it probably in about 15 times of buying a car. Top notch experience.

I have owned 4 Volvo's and have had all serviced at Viti Volvo of Tiverton. I had a 2007 and it seemed that I was always bringing in for service. After just spending $3K something else just went wrong. You would think that Service would contact Sales and have them contact me. But no! So I contacted Sales myself on June 2nd. Spoke with Chris in Sales and he assured me that he will help me find a Volvo, S60 for me. He also said he would email me some cars that were of interest. After not receiving anything I called Chris and he assured me he would get it to me. As of today, July 29th, I am still waiting for some correspondence. Sooooo.....I headed over to Herb Chamber Volvo of Norwood. Well let me say, this is a classy, upscale place that really knows how to treat a customer. As of July 1st, I am a unbelievable happy owner of S60 2017 Volvo. Sorry Viti, you lost my business. Hello - Herb Chambers!
