Shopped on line and showed up at the dealership and met Michael Boney, we arrived about 1:45pm and looked at three vehicles, test drive two and drove out in a new Sonata at 5:10pm. Quick easy and painless, no high pressure sales antics! Great experience overall! Not to mention I love my new car and will definitely recommend them to everyone. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change as well as getting a turn signal bulb replaced. Appointment was confirmed via email as well as telling them what my appointment was for when I dropped my car off that day as scheduled. Received a call about 5 hours later letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up but they wouldn't be able to get to the bulb replacement today. That was half the reason for my appointment. My husband ended up replacing it in about 20 minutes that evening. They ended up not charging me for my oil change which was a nice gesture however it is unacceptable to me that half of my service was not performed as requested. I also did not get a statement of service so I have no idea if my vehicle was inspected as it normally is. I will be taking my Genesis elsewhere next time I need service.

And their monthly email with service department discounts on common services for the average owner is appreciated. Dealerships get a bad rep for being overpriced, but not only is the pricing competitive here, but I know that it’s done per manufacturer standards, and they aren’t going anywhere. Forget an appointment and waiting! Called for an appointment for an airbag light advised I would wait. It took over an hour for them to start diagnostics and 2.5 hours still waiting or idea when this ordeal will be over. Very poor service

I own Equus flag ship of Hyundai. Went in for a simple oil change. I was there for almost an hour and a half...yeah kind of long when you have a appointment. After I paid for service I went out to my car to leave and I noticed the door had dirty hand prints. I looked around and the center console was also dirty, I keep my car pretty clean and I expect better service when I take my car to the dealer. I showed the service person the the dirty door, he said he will take care of it I told him never mind I did not want anyone there touching my car. I'm done with this dealership I have been dealing with them for 6 years and it its going down hill... I will go to Norman next time hope I have better luck.

I’m just here to warn others to hopefully save someone else from wasted time and unappreciated service. They advertise one price and then when you get ready to purchase, you will notice a line that has no specifications for about $1600 added to your total. That’s right, they add more money to the price they advertise AND they don’t tell you. You have to be smart enough to look at your itemizations before signing. Contact the BBB and the FCC. Enough complaints will trigger an internal investigation for false advertising to lure consumers to the dealership. The finance manager Marcellus and sales rep Billy both agreed and said that it’s wrong and the car should be listed appropriately. If that’s the case, why would you work for a company that encourages this behavior then? I guess when you need a job, it doesn’t matter. Upon reading other reviews, several consumers had this very same issue and many complaints about the GM. So don’t be alarm by the response to your reviews that he actually cares. His team is only as good as the management that leads them, which isn’t saying much. Be smart, ask questions, and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Be prepared for aggressive sales tactics, long hours with Finance, and unethical business practice. Please, purchase elsewhere.

Made a 9:30 appointment for September 4 for an oil change. It’s a Wednesday and with an appointment, I figured I would be in and out in maybe a half hour. When I checked in my car, the tech said they had been overbooked and had booked five people for the 930 slot. At 1118, I was finally told my car was ready. Tech apologized for how long it took and I told him I didn’t think it would take so long since I had an appointment. I booked this through the app. He said when you do that, it doesn’t ever close out the time as full and just allows people to keep booking that time. He gave me a discount, which was very much appreciated. Not his fault that time was overbooked. Probably will just be going to Hibdon’s going forward for my oil changes. Nearly two hours wait when I had scheduled an appointment.

Loved working with these guys to buy my new car!! They post really fair prices for their internet price and then will negotiate just a few hundred to give you a great price. You will get a better price than anywhere else in town. I tried everywhere else in the OKC area. Also I really appreciated that they would negotiate part way online. Other dealers wanted me to go to the dealership before talking a real price, or else they post a ridiculous price online, but when I really talked to them about a real price it was much more than the Bob Howard price.

Got my car here after a long and arduous time of going from dealership to dealership trying to convey that I had a specific budget and wasn't going to do financing through anyone else but my bank. The salesman here was VERY chill and kept everything short, didn't pressure me and took my asking price without trying to talk me into anything. He answered my questions clearly and addressed any concerns. I get my oil change and maintenance done here as well and the Lady (can't remember the name) is always so nice and gives clear explanation of prices BEFORE they take the keys. I live in Northern Oklahoma so it is a drive but for me it's very much worth it because they seem way more trustworthy than the Hyundai dealership in Edmond.

Absolutely amazing experience! I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else! As a woman car shopping alone, I had all sorts of negative preconceived ideas. I expected, and accepted, it would be an awful, but necessary experience. To the contrary, it was quite pleasant and not the least bit overwhelming. Marcus, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and treated me with kindness. Within the next day, some concerns did arise. Marcus and John, a manager, were very receptive to my concerns and immediately came up with a plan to rectify the situation and insure I was comfortable with my purchase. Making my final update and revision to my post. This will be the third update over the course of three years we've been coming here. One update per year has been what I've done, and I'm fairly comfortable that this is the last thing to say. I had a good experience in the sales department when I purchase my new vehicle. The experience transitioned to their service department. We have worked with John there, for now going on (as previously mentioned) three years. There has been some bumps along the way that has discouraged me from leaving that final five star rating, but the effort made on John's end to make up for issues has been apparent enough, that in the long run, earns back an additional star from my 3/5. This place is good, and the service department runs in a fair and friendly manner, for the most part. In the event you have any issues, remain persistent and I'm sure they'll work something out with you. 4/5 stars from me!

If I could give Bob Howard Hyundai SIX STARS, I would. Our vehicle purchase this past (very hot!) Fourth of July was absolutely smooth as glass. There was NO back-and-forth haggling. The purchase was simple, courteous, professional, AND we were given a GREAT PRICE! Earlier that day, we had gone to the Hyundai dealership on the EAST side of the metro where we had picked out a car and were experiencing the dreaded ping-pong price negotiations. After getting down to the near-final price, the dealership informed us that “THEY had made a mistake on the stock number” and that the car we had already spent so much time dealing with was “actually $1,000.00 MORE” than they had originally quoted us. (Oops, how convenient.) Needless to say, we walked out. We then drove all the way up to the Hyundai dealership on the NORTH side of the metro only to find them CLOSED for the holiday. Finally, we made our way to Bob Howard Hyundai and were greeted with cold drinks and the friendly smiles of Ali and Mike who treated us with genuine kindness and respect. We got the EXACT car we wanted at a GREAT price. If we had known that Bob Howard Hyundai would make the purchase of our car totally painless (with no hocus pocus), we would have made it our FIRST stop, and saved ourselves a LOT of time.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I bought a 2017 Limited Elantra there in 2016. The first problem we had in our car buying experience was it was a 6 hour ordeal (no exaggeration) and I still had to take documentation up there another time due to them losing the first set of my proof of income. The second issue I had was when they did my financing they did not turn in our insurance coverage like they told us they would so the bank automatically took out twice what they were supposed to for my loan payment and caused me to have a dramatically smaller check. The third problem is the sales person told me they were “giving me” the extended warranty and other things and bc I signed papers for a loan company and then they found me a better finance option and I already had the car and had to go back and sign another set of papers I realized that though my “payments” were the same it was for a year longer and I ended up financing more than the sticker price! It was the first time I bought a car on my own and they definitely made me regret my decision. I am now completely upside down on my car and hate it. Do not go here. They are nothing but lying crooks!!!

Horrible experience! Long story short- the vehicle I purchased was not equipped with what I was originally told by SEVERAL people. New car manager told me he would make it right- then told me I needed to spend another $2,000 to actually get what I was told I was actually getting. I spoke with the General Manager 4 days ago, and was ensured I would receive a call back- I have called 3x and left messages each time, and guess what! I went and got my car serviced on Thursday and I’m not pleased at all with the rush job that was done. I dropped my car off at 1:30 for a 2:30 appointment. My car wasn’t ready till 6. I had 2 things that did not pass the service check and no one called or came to the lobby to see if I would like them fixed. No one went over anything with me. My tires passed inspection but Friday the tire pressure light came on. One of my tail lights is out and somehow that passed inspection as well. I called and spoke with the manager about my complaints and he seemed unbothered. I will not be returning unless I have a recall. I guess since I’m a woman they didn’t feel the need to treat me accordingly.

My motor on my 2011 Sonata went out due to a known issue. Hyundai extended the warranty to 120000 miles. I have always used Bob Howard Hyundai for my oil changes and haven't missed on scheduled oil change. My vehicle has 133000 miles. The service writers advocated for me and were able to talk to Hyundai and have them warranty the motor. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I have told friends at work and they have advised me that a new Hyundai may be in their future. Thank you!

I purchased my vehicle from Bob Howard Hyundai in 2016. I spent a year going back and forth with my salesman to get my car mats they’ve left out of my vehicle. I’ve attempted to get them throughout 2016. I live a couple of hours away and even made attempts showing up physically to get my mats and excuses such as “we have to order them” or “they were here, but not here anymore.” I was told they weren’t in yet or some other excuse. I was finally told this salesman isn’t even there anymore and I won’t get them because I waited too long. I literally tried ALL YEAR and I did NOT WAIT TOO LONG. I’m sorry, is this how you treat someone who bought a 25k car from you? I will never recommend anyone to this dealership nor will I ever come back for my next vehicle I get. Thank you for not giving me my mats.

I bought my car from Bob Howard Hyundai in 2015. I absolutely love my car, however I think that the staff at the services and parts department are lazy and unorganized. First of all, my car did not come with a spare tire, which I did not know upon buying my car and this was very frustrating as I would not have bought the car if I had realized this. Subsequently, I had a blow out on my way back from Colorado earlier this year, and had no spare tire so it was a huge ordeal to find a tire and make it home. In this event, my tire pressure sensor on one of my tires was damaged. When I got home, I called bob Howard to buy a spare tire from them. They gave me a price, I agreed and they said they would order it. A few weeks later I did not receive a call, so I called them myself. They said “uhhh yeah a spare tire will be $X” I said I already knew that and I ordered one and I wanted to know if it came in, they said “oh yeah we have a spare tire here that’s been here for a few days. It’s probably yours.” Seriously?? It’s dangerous to drive around without a spare tire and they didn’t bother to call me when it came in. I went in the next day to pickup my tire, showed them my broken tire sensor, they told me it couldn’t be fixed so a new one would need to be ordered. I said that’s fine, let’s order it. They said they ordered it and would call me when it came in. That was over three weeks ago (23 days ago to be exact), I just called today and they AGAIN said “uhh we have a tire pressure sensor here, but we don’t know whose it is, we will have to run some stuff through the system and give you a call back” I really don’t understand. This is the second time I have had to call THEM to check on a part, several weeks after ordering it, and they don’t know if it’s mine?! They should be calling ME telling me that my part has come in. I am driving around with a broken tire pressure sensor which does not make me feel at ease while driving. It seems like they truly don’t care about customer satisfaction and I am VERY frustrated and disappointed. Will not be buying another Hyundai from bob Howard mostly because of the poor service from the services and parts department. My mom’s dealership from Joe Cooper Lincoln treats her much better than this and much more organized.

My wife and I had a great experience here at Bob Howard Hyundai. Our salesman William was very helpful and had a lot of great information on the vehicle we were looking at. The finance guys where also great and work with us throughout getting our loan and we got a great deal on our vehicle. The manager was also very nice and willing to help out which in my previous experience at other places is not normally the case. Overall we had a great experience here and will definitely be back if they have the car we are looking for in the future. Definitely ask for William when you go though! He’s great!

Technician greeted me just after I pulled up to the service door but my real post I will wait until they finish my repairs because I took it in for a brake repair they had done less then a year ago because it was doing the same thing. Will see if the will fix at no additional charge...or want me to pay for it again....I have just talked with the technician he is telling me the exact same thing I was told on the last repair and now the want me to pay for the rework again...not a happy camper right now.... I would give them NO STARS IF I COULD...

I had bought a car from them a few years ago and within a week the intake manifold went out costing me an extra $850 on top of what I had already paid them. Now I'm in the market for a new vehicle cash in hand with trade in on my current car which runs fine and I found what looked to be an alright deal on a 2016 Kia Rio and told them what I could manage and that it would be Friday. They instead tried to get me to finance after I confided I'd like to cash in hand and giving them a budget on what I had saved up and could do comfortably. When I tried to walk away stating that instead of financing I would rather save up I asked for my key multiple times, and instead of giving me my keys the manager came out and talked to me about trying to meet my budget and come to a middle ground. We agreed to a price a trade in on my current car cash in hand to be free and clear. After shaking on the agreed upon price we started to do paperwork and he pointed to the price (which was supposed to be the total including the trade in) and they started to say that was the cash price I would have to pay on my end only after I had signed stating there was a miscommunication trying to get me to pay more than was agreed. I tried to walk away again and they tried to convince me again saying they were taking a wash on a car they had just reduced the price on. I declined again and asked to have the paperwork to be shredded since I had signed it under false pretense. They didn't give me the paperwork, wasted 2 hours of my time I won't get back and suffice it to say left a bad taste in my mouth a second time.

Bob Howard is usually the only place I go to get my car serviced but I will no longer be doing that I felt very uncomfortable today I usually don't feel that way customer service is usually very good but today not at all at first they did not even act like they wanted to service my car and then when I came back to get the car the receptionist was very rude and I will not be coming back and I will not be buying a car from Bob Howard again.

When I started looking for a new car the only place I was going to buy a car from was Bob Howard Hyundai! I had filled out a request online and Scott Carmack called me the next day to set up an appointment. I went in ahead of my appointment since I had free time and he had Ross Barton take me out to test drive the car I came to look at. The car I originally wanted was not the best for me so they got me in the right car which was a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! I am extremely happy with my purchase! I couldn't have asked for better people than Ross and Scott to help me with my purchase! Super helpful and very honest. They didn't put me in something that didn't work for me. The car I wanted wasn't very practical so they brought me back to reality. I would definitely recommend these two guys to buy a car from! The service department is great as well! I didn't buy my last car from Bob Howard but I still used their service department instead of the crappy place in Midwest City. Only place I will go!!

I bought a used car from them September 2018 and also bought a set of four tires for the car. Was told at the time that the tires came with road hazard warranty. Last week, one of the tires got a nail in it and needed to be replaced. I went to a dealer in Texas and they could find no record of the warranty. After spending the ENTIRE day with both dealers, it finally got replaced but this was after me making 10 calls between both dealers and having to practically yell and beg someone to handle this situation. I'm not very happy and even after tweeting about it, I've not gotten a response from either dealer.

From the receptionist, Beverly, to the young man that came along to help us get out new car home, my husband and I experienced 6 star customer service. That's right, 6 stars, for going above and beyond in caring, understanding and meeting my needs. I am nearly 58 and this was the first time that I, personally, was selecting and buying a car. I went into it with some apprehension because of the unknown and came out wondering how I could have ever worried. Michael Boney, my salesperson, is a fine man whose caring nature shines through in everything he does. He walked me through every step and even saw to it that we got our new car home, even though it meant them having to follow us as I couldn't drive that night. The financial aspect was made simple and easy to get through, all due to Jarrett, the finance manager. These men spent the time, they walked the walk after talking the talk. I recommend them highly to anyone seeking a new vehicle. You will be treated with respect and whether you walk out having bought or just still undecided and looking, you will have not wasted your time. Go, see them, you will be glad you did!

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, test drove the car and liked it a lot. I then noticed on the sticker price the dealers "extra fees" Lifetime tint and nitrogen for $499.00 (unnecessary dealer markup). Also a "Professional package" for $999 which the salesman couldn't tell me what that was for.. (so he said the car would come clean and full tank of gas...) It already should come with both of those if I am paying 25k for a car.. I then proceeded inside and sat down with the salesman. only 2 customers where in the store at the time (me and another couple). I waited for over 15 minutes for a manager to come (there were 3 there per the salesman). My salesman kept looking in the office waiting for one of them to come but they never did and I finally got up and left. I asked the salesman to give me a call if they were interested in selling me the car at a reasonable price. I still haven't received a call...that was 4 days ago... I have since gone to another Hyundai dealer in the city to get the car I wanted. I would not recommend or go here again. Beware of additional dealership fees added to the car that aren't really giving you anything in return. Those should always be a warning to you when purchasing a vehicle. 2 stars because the young salesman tried his best but didn't look like he was getting any support from management.
