Will not do business with this dealership. Talked to an individual, then got an email confirming my appointment with that individual saying to ask for them directly. When I did I was told they just set up appointments and you end up dealing with someone else. If that’s the case say that in the email. Dropping 20 or 30 thousand dollars on a car should start with a better experience than a bait and switch.

Autofair Hyundai Service is horribly over priced. They were to charge $1200.00 for repairs. I got what needed to be done for$410.00. Autofair Service is way to expensive. You can get equal or better repairs done elsewhere.

Would not recommend coming to this Hyundai dealer if you’re looking for a new car. I went in there to try and test drive a vehicle that I was interested in and just because it wasn’t the exact trim or car I wanted they denied helping me, they could easily pull one in from another dealer they just wanted to make a sale that day and weren’t interested in my interest on the exact car I wanted with certain options. Every other dealership I’ve talked to said they could put one in for me just figured I’d try this one since my family has bought a car here from AutoFair. I now know that I would never purchase a vehicle from AutoFair Hyundai. If you’re looking for a Hyundai go down to Salem New Hampshire. Very unhappy with this experience. Following Response to the owner: Along with the reply from the owner below, he mentioned the wrong car I was looking into, goes to show how much they care about the customers. I decided to try another Hyundai dealer near me and they were pleased to let me drive a 2019 Elantra GT N line, even though it did not have the tech package that I wanted and was not the color I wanted. Once I decided I liked how it drove they were able to find one for me over 150 miles away in the exact color with the tech package I wanted. They had it brought up and now I OWN the exact car I wanted. Glad I did not have to make a deal with AutoFair as I was helped much faster and more reasonable elsewhere.

After having poor experiences at two previous dealers my heavenly father sent me to Manchester Hyundai . We know that God is good always good and I could not have had a better experience in Manchester ! My credit is not the greatest, and I was limited in my finances but the service I received was top notch. The manager jump through hoops spending hour to two hours on the phone with different banks to try to get me approved for a loan . He successfully put me in the perfect vehicle with the payment that was affordable. God use them to make the impossible possible. I am sure that they swallowed a good chunk of change to have me leave they’re happy and satisfied I will definitely be back .They also set me up Innoway that I could restore my credit I couldn’t be happier thank you Manchester!

I went to Manchester Hyundai because my 2017 Tucson started to have all lights on my dashboard we're lighting up like a Christmas tree and even my speedometer wasn't reading ethier. This happened when we were on the interstate and we were luckily only a few minutes from home. It was a very scary because we didn't know what could have happened. When we got home we called the roadside assistance number and they said that they would have to tow our car to the nearest dealership to us which was White River Junction in Vermont. So they had said that do to with the remote starter this was the cause. But because of Manchester Hyundai was we're we bought the car they would have to okay for them to do the work. Which they said would be very expensive because they would have to put the wiring back to factory. Never mind that my husband was sitting in White River Junction dealership for 4 hours by now. At that point I was calling up to Manchester Hyundai dealership and they said that they wanted us to get our car there for them to look at it. We used our AAA and brought it to them. Within minutes after diagnosing the car they found out that it was a vacuum pump that wasn't working. Nothing to do with the remote starter at all. The general salesperson Dale Cybulski and the service team of Alex Gould who did the work. They were so professional and kept us informed of everything. They definitely went above and beyond helping us. We are very appreciative to them. They saved us a lot of money and stress.

Excellent experience with buying a first car for my son. I met with Zach, who made it all very easy and painless. He was welcoming, courteous, respectful, and worked with me to give me the best deal possible. He patiently answered all of my questions. He directed me to David, the finance manager, who finalized all of my paperwork, and was absolutely wonderful with helping me get a warranty for the car. Purchased a used car with 23000 miles on it in October. They were great to deal with for the purchase. Service has been great..... Until a month ago. driving down the road my engine blew with 40,700 miles on it. Yes its under warranty but an engine shouldn't be going with such low miles. Communication with the service department has been horrible. i have been having to call them looking for updated. Its been about a month and they finally returned my call Monday and said i would have it back yesterday.... Drove by yesterday afternoon and my car hasn't moved. I thought maybe i should trade it in... after going back and forth i find out that my car is barley worth my payoff on it. then they start sending me used car options and when i ask why would i pay more than i paid for my car for a car with more miles on it no one wants to answer there phone anymore. bottom line. they are your best friend when everything is good but when something goes wrong you hear nothing!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Christian in sales and he made it a stress free experience and dealt with all of my questions, concerns and budget with patience. PLEASE DO THE MATH EVERYONE (payment*months).Worst dealership I have ever been to. We went to buy out our lease and they charged us $12,000 interest on our $18,000 car (total of 30,000 for a three year old car...ouch). Side note, I have 750 credit score! When we tried to pass on that deal then they “grounded” our car (grounding the cars means you can’t leave the lot) and was told we needed to sign papers if we wanted to drive the car home (we live 2 hours away and it was a Saturday).

1 stars for complimentary initial oil change. 0 stars for charging a diagnostic fee on a air bag light. $129 just to tell you what’s wrong and why the light on the dashboard came on...before they even attempt repair. $129 just to plug in the code reader whether it takes 15 minutes or an hour. An the fee sticks even if they do the repair. Needless to say the work will be done someplace reasonable. Took 5 minutes to find a dealership that would charge actual time for diagnostic and waive the fee if it’s quick and they do the repairs. Sales staff great. Service not so much.

Overall it was an okay experience. Our sales rep was good but was unable to answer some of the technical questions on the used vehicles. We went in for a SUV but came out with a car. Not my choice. The car we did get was advertised online as their "lowest price" which I know is BS but the sales manager tried to give me BS about why he couldn't go lower. Told him I would have to think about it and this is stressing me out. Went outside with my wife to talk and he came out a few minutes later with our terms. Was all the BS really needed? Would I shop here again? No, i don't care for Hyundai as I'm a GM guy but the car was for my wife. We got a 2014 Hyundai Sonata.

This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We had to drop off our 2018 Hyundai Sonata(which we bought from autofair Hyundai in September 2018) today for a wire harness replacement, which they can’t even give us an approximate date of when the harness will be delivered, leaving us without any idea on when we will ever get our car back. We thought it would be a good idea to have the service manager introduce us to one of the sales managers and explain to them our situation and see if we could just trade in our 2018 sonata, WOW were we wrong. After we gave the sales manager our information including total amount owed on the vehicle, credit score, monthly payment, etc. we were led to believe we would be able to drive away in a 2019 sonata and after 5 hours of going over number and test driving multiple vehicles, they told us there was nothing they could do because of the assessed value of the car we just bought in September and because of credit. Both of which we disclosed prior to looking at any vehicles. The sales manager told us they were already losing $2500 and couldn’t come down any more on the price. When I asked to see a breakdown of the numbers and how much they were willing to sell the car to us for, the sales manager disappeared and they sent over the “customer service” manager to basically kick us out and refused to go over any numbers with us. I asked about what the vehicle invoice was and they said they are not allowed to disclose that information. I had requested the original sales manager that wasted our time, come out and formally apologize to us and they refused and said they were simply too busy. They sent out some other kid who started taking a tone with my mother in law, again saying, there is nothing they can do and they are too busy. I politely asked him to watch his tone and he snapped at me sarcastically saying “I’ll watch my tone” whatever that means. I’ve never met such cowards in my life, not only did they refuse to apologize, they lied to us and wasted our time. Please take my advice and buy from a more trustworthy, respectable dealership. The fact some kid who claimed to be a manager thinks he can disrespect a 50+ year old woman(my mother in law) and then just walk away without any repercussion is sickening.

Do not buy a car at AutoFair Hyundai!!! They are ok when you are buying, but once the deal is done, they will not help you when your car is defective. The General Manager Dale told me my daughters car was going to be treated with Resitol inside and out to correct a rust problem on a car that is only 5 months old. They gave her a loaner car overnight, said they treated the car but would not give me a receipt as to the work that was done. I was given all kinds of lies and contradictions from Dale and Nick. Went back up today, this time they told my daughter that they could not give a receipt because the work that we were told was done was not. Liars, cheaters!!! Beware!!! Do not do business with this dealership!! I am not done with these people. I will continue to fight until they fix my daughters car that is under warranty. Stay away from Manchester,go to a dealership that is honest, they are not!!

I went to Autofair Hyundai to look at a used car. A friend recommended we ask for Josh Banks. He was a nice guy and tried the very best to get us into a car. He was young, but very engaging and helpful. Nick also was very honest and straightforward in the whole process. I originally took my 2011 Hyundai Tucson limited to their Honda dealership, but, found a 2014 Tucson that I liked better,so, I purchased it. Noticed I was charged over $2,000 for a warranty, I didn't ask for, so, I returned it within the 5 day period, and dealt with Matt S. and the sales manager Matt G. I was there until almost 10 PM working things out, but, in the end, ended up with a brand new Tucson! I am happy that I did business with the 2 Matt's, but, I had the worst experience with the used car purchase!If I ever go there again to purchase a vehicle, I am only dealing with those 2! They are really great at what they do, and even though I was very upset, and demanding, they took care of me! I have to give them 5 stars for putting up with me, and they are great guys! I would only deal with them!

I was getting a recall worked on and then when I got there I decided to ask if they could also do my inspection and although it was a Saturday and busy they did it with no issues. After 14 YEARS we decided it may be time to upgrade (*note, our Santa Fe was still in great working condition with 180,000 miles on her!). She was knowledgeable, LISTENED to our needs and wants, produced not one but TWO quality vehicles (a 2019 Kona and a 2017 Tucson) that we love and purchased. Unbelievable!!! I will not have my vehicle serviced here again. Autofair Hyundai let me drive away in an unsafe vehicle!!! My family, myself and innocent people could have all been hurt or worse. After receiving my vehicle, the most concerning thing I found out of many things, was my brake lines (both sides) were never securely mounted. This is a huge safety feature, my tire or anything could have rubbed against this loose brake line causing it to leak which results in loosing my brakes!!! Not cool Autofair Hyundai! You guys should be seriously investigated!! What if I never went through the vehicle, or some innocent old lady who knows nothing about cars drove away like this??? Approaching 1 year waiting on wheel locks and floor mats for which I paid. The GM defers to Hyundai Motors and Hyundai Motors defers to the GM. The floor manager threatened to sell a car I had put a down payment on out from under me because he wanted to steal his staff's commission and I wanted to wait for my sales rep to return from vacation. When I was going through this experience, I recall googling for their phone number, and Autofair had fewer than 2 stars on google reviews. I seriously question the legitimacy of this 4+ score now. Hope it's that they're truly doing better, but that means there would have had to have been a drastic overhaul of their business practices in a very short time.

My suggestion: just dont. I traded in my car over a month ago. It still has not been paid off. Left multiple messages for the Sales Manager and Finance. No one replied. So then I emailed my sales rep. He never replied to me. Nope, he took my email chain and sent it to my boyfriend with a reply instead. Super unprofessional. Basically just wanted to make a sale and then were done. They really don't care about their customers, at all. Edited to Add: Now Dale replies here, but whenever I call I can never get a reply back. Also, checked in with the bank and the car has still not been paid off. They are a bunch of scam artists.

Service department has a lot to be desired. Check in was quick and told to help yourself to coffee.... coffee machine was broken so no coffee. Told would be there an hour, did not have the correct part, made do with an 'off' brand. After two and a half hours, went to check on my car. The two male workers in service were totally enthralled with a female sales person who was talking to them. Could not stop their conversation long enough to ask what I needed. After about 10 minutes (zero other customers were there) another service guy waled in and said he would go check on my car. When he came back, he said they were just finishing up. Then he could not work the computer to get me a receipt and had to interrupt one of the other men from the salesgirl. After about 15 more minutes they said my car was ready and outside. My car was not 'pulled up' it was there the entered time I was in service, they just neglected to tell me it was done or help when I arrived. Go to Grappone in Concord. Not much further and right off the highway.

I've never felt more disrespected as a customer. Ladies - please do yourself a favor and take a man in here with you because the male managers will treat you as if you know nothing and out right lie to your face. I came in here knowing my stuff and they didn't like that. They prefer clueless customers who will just hand over money. The management guys (Nick Graves) are outright disrespectful and don't know how to keep emotions out of negotiations. They use the same beat down phrases we've all heard a million times, "I can't waive doc fees", "I'm already losing money on this vehicle", "This is the best deal in the area." Long story short....I had a complaint about a shifty sales manager promising to waive a 539 fee, which he said in front of my girlfriend and I. Which he snuck in on the finance papers. I got a phone call from a person wanting to resolve the issue. To which all he did was try to defend, instead of give credit to the actual facts I was stating. Positives and negatives. I have been going to AutoFair for almost 10 years and I have bought 3 cars now from them. Last year a sales person tried to tell me my car I had serviced there for years wasn't safe to drive anymore, when indeed it passed inspection and I was able to drive it for another year. For this reason, I was hesitant to go back to buy my third car but after going to various dealerships I decided to give them a try one more time to see what they had for inventory. Oddly enough, the salesperson who was a bit pushy a year prior found a car that was just what I needed. Their motto is Make It Happen and I can say that is exactly what they did for me when purchasing my last car. Their finance department really wants to help you purchase a car you are comfortable with at a payment you are comfortable with. I was appreciative of their efforts. he sales person who was working in conjunction with the sales manager did not know much about the car but was nice to work with. The service department, however, has me not wanting to return. Since their finance department was so good to me I decided to give their service department a try one more time as well and I wish I hadn't. They have changed quite a bit over the years. They have an almost all new staff and there is no loyalty to customers like there used to be. I went in for an $30 oil change and the service provider instantly tried to up sell me to an $800 service package. There was no multi-point inspection report given and the sticker regarding my next oil change was not changed. If you are shopping for a car, check them out for some great deals but you may want to find a local mechanic for the care of the car.

And when she brought in the manager, I believe his name was Nick, I thought "oh boy, here comes the pushy salesman and guilt trip", but it wasn't like that at all. He remained calm and simply explained all that Hyundai had to offer and made one last attempt at making an offer we couldn't refuse. After the deal was accepted, even the gentleman in their finance department, John, was phenomenal. He had a great sense of humor and didn't try to force us to purchase any extra coverage we didn't want or need. He went over all the paperwork before asking us to sign and assured us that he was there to help if there was ever anything we didn't understand. All in all, I had a great experience at AutoFair Hyundai and would recommend them to anyone I know!

After a horrible experience at Honda Auto fair, I decided to go to Hyundai to see if I can make a deal to trade in a CRV. my father has done business with auto fair for years. when I approached Hyundai I was welcomed by Leo. An employee that was new but was welcoming with open arms. Leo was willing to help in any way he could, he spoke to the manager to give us the best deal and have a great experience, better than what I got treated at Honda. I leased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe and I am very happy with the customer service that Leo gave. He also has been following up with me to make sure my vehicle is running good and to make sure I was happy with my decision. I am giving 5 stars but it’s only for Dave who was in charge of repairing my car, not Hyundai corporation, they stink. I will never buy another Hyundai. Dave was kind, diligent and professional. He explained everything to me and did what he could to get a satisfactory result for me but unfortunately the Hyundai corporation saw things differently and suffice to say, after having owned 4 Hyundai’s and never having any trouble with any of them this is my last one. The 100,000 mile 10 year warranty means nothing if you buy a used Hyundai or Kia. To me it’s either warranted or it’s not, and it shouldn’t matter if two people have owned it. A warranty is a warranty. No one was able to or wanted to tell me why my engine failed at 89,000 miles. Do not buy a used Hyundai or you will be $3,000 out of pocket for repairing the engine. That figure is one that’s shown up quite a bit on complaints I read about them.
