Around two years ago I purchased a 2002 Porsche Boxster from Audi Stratham. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with warming welcomes; they treated me like a valued customer even before I test drove the vehicle. The salesmen I had was extremely knowledgeable in every area of the automobile. The way they presented themselves made the whole experience very enjoyable! The service was impeccable and still is every time I go in for a check-up on my car. Their Porsche certified mechanic was extremely knowledgeable on every area of my vehicle. Since then i've purchased rims, a Porsche Thule, center caps, tires, and a car cover. Audi Stratham has always given extremely excellent prices on everything and I have never had one complaint. It is because of this, they've made me a customer for life!

Service department seems completely disorganized. I brought my A6 to them last fall for a service and they forgot to do part of it so I had to bring it back and waste another 2 hours of my life. While they are very nice and have a nice waiting room I would prefer they do the work right the first time. Recently, I tried to schedule a service to get a recall done and nobody bothered to return my call or reply to my text message to make an appointment. I will try Nashua.

Recently, my son Andrews' car was returned to me following his tragic death as a result of a military training accident. After I mustered up the courage to pursue using his car, a 2010 Audi A4 that Andrew purchased after his deployment to Afghanistan, I called Stratham Audi. I wanted to build a relationship with Audi, so that I could get necessary repairs done as well as be able to maintain and keep the car. Andrew loved this car. The day that I called Audi, Jarrett from the service department answered the phone. I explained that I wanted to start the process via phone and email, so that when the time came to bring the car in to the dealership, I would be prepared and not fall apart emotionally. Jarrett was extremely understanding, caring and accommodating. I wanted Andrew's car to be in the right hands, and after my phone call, I knew that I had made the right decision. The vehicle is an exemplar of outstanding automotive engineering and is the best handling car that I have owned. There were a few issues that the dealership rectified. My service experience was beyond exceptional. The Customer Service Consultant, Mr. Blum, was expeditiously, very responsive to my requests and addressed them in a supportive manner. In fact, the General Manager, Mr. Hovsepian, was involved and addressed my concerns beyond my expectations. Simply amazing. My Audi A4 was burning too much oil and I heard about a recall. First I went to Ira Audi only to receive a curt brush-off. Then I remembered Stratham Audi and what a world of difference! Matt treated me with kindness and respect and he explained the process thoroughly. He gave me a choice of loaner cars and one morning when I arrived too early, he even unlocked the door and let me in. Talk about service! Stratham Audi honored the recall and fixed my car. The key word here is "honor". Also, Integrity and Fairness. Stratham Audi is in a class by itself and they have earned a customer for life.

Marking down 1 star because when I purchased my audi there were a lot of swirls on the paint. Guessing they high speed buffed or used a dirty wheel. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been a repeat customer for several years and was extremely disappointed at the service department, specifically the manager. I was subsequently charged to my card an extra $400. I took my vehicle in for an oil and was advised car was under a recall. Thus it would not be returned that same day. I informed them I would be out of town. I went out of town and upon returning learned of the additional outrageous charges. I have spent much more than that and feel extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and complete lack of customer service. I will be discussing this my colleagues of my negative experience and will certainly not be returning to have my vehicle serviced.

Want an Audi? Want to work with a young pro who is honest, attentive, and responsive and puts you first? Then ask for Nick Ciminera. Everything about the ordering and purchase process for my 2019 Audi A5 Cabriolet went smoothly. Beginning with Nick's responses to emails during the research phase, through the first meeting/test drive and then during the negotiation and finally through delivery were top notch. I won't hesitate to buy from Audi Stratham again because their management is bringing Nick along the right way. Sales management was direct and straight forward with me as well, which is very much appreciated. We agreed on a good deal (researched ahead of negotiating). I was considering a BMW or Mercedes in the same class, but after driving the Audi, getting advice from a friend who is an auto industry analyst, and working with Nick, I didn't even bother to look at the others. Why both when the perfect car was the Audi, I could order it with what I wanted, and the people I was dealing with were respectful and easy going? Even met the GM in passing and she was great - these people don't put on airs, they are just real people earning a living and representing an awesome brand of vehicle.

If this wasn't a dealer backed by Audi USA I would have cancelled my purchase after a couple of days. The incompetence at this dealership is unfathomable. I've had 5 vehicles from VAG (Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche), this is by far the worst. The finance manager quotes a rate, but the paperwork states another. There's absolutely no follow up to any questions asked to the finance manager. I was told by the sales person that It's a "no pressure" sale, but the sales person drives 3 hours each way to get the paperwork signed by the end of the month. I'm blatantly lied to about the status of my license plates (tags), since I live out of state. I was forced to drive around for almost five days with an unregistered car and expired tags. These were just some of the issues. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If you have to use this dealership because of location, just make sure you are documenting and watching everything.

This was my 2nd lease at Audi Stratham. I first contacted the dealership and Jocelyn was extremely helpful with connecting me to Robert Ouellette to discuss lease options. Service was scheduled at my convenience and I had a loaner car. The work was done timely. My only complaint is that the car was washed but covered with spots and smears. I suspect the soap was dirty and not thoroughly hosed off. Not a huge problem but I just wanted you to know.

Their sales staff is useless, today and back to 2013....I live 2 miles from the dealership, in 2013 I attempted tp purchase a Q5 but the sales manager never called me back with pricing after meeting in person as their stales staff never returned my calls. That was a Q5 and Q3 ago, purchased at another dealer. Fast forward to Oct 15th 2017, thought I would try again but alas after stopping in, being told they had only 1 Q5 that was being prepped, promised a call as soon as it was ready for a test drive, no call back. Things seem to have not moved forward in 4 years. Purchased a Mercedes 2018 GLC as the staff was great in Greenland!!!

I Recently purchased a 2014 Audi S5 Cabriolet from Audi Stratham . Although It"s been awhile since purchasing a car, I was pleased beyond expectation!! Mike Lewis worked with me at providing any and all information regarding this car from the the start . He is definitely NOT what used to be the typical "car salesman". I found him honest, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient and responsive to everything I needed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE Bought new tires from them last May. Service told me guaranteed over the tires life. My sidewall got a bubble in March after only 15,000 miles, went back expecting them to replace and they tell me its a manufacturer defect thats not covered. If I hit a curb, its covered. What a joke and just a crappy way to treat a customer.

Edit (01/09/19): 2 stars I've had a couple poor service experiences recently. I understand the company is working through upgrading their systems but the personnel I have spoken to have NOT provided the customer experience you would expect from Audi. Most recently I was politely questioning how the gas is measured when returning the loaner, as we were charged for $4.80 in gas after returning the car with more fuel (5/8) than we received it with (1/2). I'm not going to use names, but a service writer responded curtly to me stating, "You don't have to take a loaner car." I asked, "That's your response?" in a taken back tone to which he replied, "Yes, that's my response." After speaking with his manager I got no indication the individual would be coached on how to respond more professionally nor did I receive a sincere apology from the manager, rather a cursory "I'm sorry for that, I will refund the four dollars." Obviously they're missing the point of customer service. And he is correct, I don't have to take a loaner car, I also don't have to bring my car to Audi of Stratham for service, or recommend them to any of my friends, or write positive reviews or buy cars from them, etc. But that is why I bring my car to Audi, because you are supposed to get that great customer experience. Their mission statement from the website: "We are employee owned and customer focused. Our employee owners strive to exceed customer, employee and community expectations. We provide exceptional value with absolute integrity." Reads well, executes poorly. Original review: So... it's a car dealership. A lot of people think of old school car dealerships where you are approached by three or four people the second you walk in the door, and are handed off to multiple different people because maybe you're not interested in buying the $200k sports car. At Audi of Stratham there is a no pressure sales environment, the employees take their time to work with you and you won't be chased out the door. The parts department is always very helpful for those who like to DIY. The service department is great at scheduling you in last minute if something comes up. Yes it's more expensive for service than the corner shop, but the mechanics are regularly trained and certified on Audi cars. -1 star for loaner cars not being available the past few times we've taken our cars there.

Went in for routine maintenance. When I picked the car up it had a film on it as if someone washed it with dirty water. Not going to complain about a free, albeit bad, carwash. Once I got it washed properly I noticed tons of scratches in the clear coat (picture in the photos section). Makes sense if someone was using a dirty rag and water. Service guy was nice enough saying he'd have it detailed at no charge. Told them I don't want a detail, I want the scratches they put on it removed. They kind of assured me that they'd get them out. When they text messaged me to tell me it was ready I asked of they got the scratches out. They urged me to keep in mind that the car was 4 years old and told me it looked great but dodged the direct question which raised my suspicions. Picked it up today and scratches are improved after buffing but they're still there. Now I'll have to pay $1k to get the clear coat properly fixed. Very disappointing, I did a lot of research on this car and the family and I really enjoy it. These guys may have turned me off to Audi and Porsche for that matter because they use the same cleaning facility. Imagine if this was your $100k+ Carrera?! Sucks all around. I could see this happening at a bargain or discount maintenance shop but not at the dealership where you pay $200 for an oil change and new spark plugs.

Had summer to winter wheel and tire sets replaced. They store of the off-season set. They changeover and washed the car at a very reasonable price. On my way home the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked cold tire pressures when I got home and they were all about 6 psi below spec. I corrected that, reset the sensors and Bob's your uncle. So not a totally perfect service visit but still good value for money.

Tried buying a car here twice. First time i ended up buying through another dealership given their trade in was much higher and they put me in a nicer car for less money. Second time they priced me out, only to have my payments increased once they realized my car was in their shop with a serious issue. Sales rep said the first rep made a 'mistake'. Not sure if this is an acccurate statement or a sales pitch but other dealerships I have spoken to say this one doesnt do as much volume compared to other dealers so they need to make up for it in margin. Just keep that in mind and always grab a second quote.

Just bought my 2nd Audi from this facility and my first new car, the very last brand new manual transmission Audi they will ever sell. My first Audi from them, an A4, had 2 previous owners from NY who didn't take care of it at all. There was constantly an issue with it and often required me having a loaner Audi in the interim. Didn't really care that I bought a lemon from them but I can't fault them for previous idiot owners. Jared helped me tremendously figuring out a bizarre clutch pressure plate switch, contacting the headquarters in Germany to resolve that particular problem. The people there are fantastic, knowledgeable and I look forward to seeing them. Thankfully me being the first owner of my beautiful new A5, the frequency is waaay down

This was my first time at this dealership (I live out of state), and it was very easy to find. The whole dealership is under renovation, it does look very out of date, but within a few months it should look brand new. Matt was my service advisor and took care of all of my concerns. My car has been sitting outside of the service department for almost a month now. The SA I am working with has only contacted me 2 times in this month and has not returned any of my calls since and does not pick up the phone when I call making it evident he does not want to deal with my aftermarket warranty company to fix my car. Every time I physically go there he acts like he cares just enough to make me go away. I gave him my warranty info and he told me he would call them the next day so I waited two days and... no call, so I call him and no answer or response to the voicemail left. A week later I go in and he says he contacted them the day before and it should take 48 hours to hear back and now almost a week later he hasn’t returned any of my calls again and won’t pick up the phone.

So, for clarification because they still fail in this area, do not rely on this dealership for parts.

Horrible experience. Their staff is incompetent. Their management is worse. Found out my headlight was out two days after buying my CPO S5. What a coincidence. Now I had to waste more of my time and money (after they already wasted a substantial amount of my time by not being prepared for my appointments). From the day I test drove the car there were issues. I had an appointment at their dealership for a test drive that I scheduled a week in advance. Come to find out the car had no gas and I had to wait for the sales person to go to the gas station. Time wasted. When I finally bought the car I had to wait an hour after my appointment time just to be seen. More time wasted. And they had a week to plan how to deliver me the car and they decided to wait until the last minute. More wasted time and needless phone calls ensued. And their management still has not gotten back to me. So unprofessional and horrible customer service. You will end up wasting more money and time by buying here. Look elsewhere.

Wrose experience ever we were there for 45 mins and no one came out to help us and when we asked they gave us the keys and went back in and didn't came back out again! And when we got in to return the keys they weren't busy at all.

Inventory of new Audis was very low; there were literally no cars to look at in the model I was interested in. I was told I'd get a call when a S5 sportback(s) came in and never received a call. I later learned from a friend that some S5s did come in, I just never was contacted as promised. I guess they didn't want my business.

With his quiet enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of every detail about the vehicle and its features he helped us to see that the Q5 was exactly what we were looking for. I recently purchased a 2014 Q5 from Nigel Need at Audi Stratham. My car buying experience was the best I have ever had in 30 years. The staff, Nigel, Markus and Rui went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my car purchasing needs, making my experience awesome! First, Nigel scouted the Sea Coast for the car of my dreams (not an easy task). Second, all three staff members came into the dealership on a Sunday (not only on their day off, but on football playoffs Sunday) to finalize my purchase, brief me on the operating features of my new car, and to answer my endless questions. Furthermore, they registered my car for me. Not a small task, either since I live in Rhode Island. They drove to Rhode Island, stood in line (no doubt for hours) and handled all the paperwork :) Awesome! Wait, it gets better. I purchased Audi car care as part of my package and they offered to drive to my office in Newport, RI, pick up my car for service, drop off a loaner car, and return my car when service/maintenance was complete (with a free vacuum and car wash). Like I said, an awesome experience. Professional, dedicated and all about meeting the needs of their clients. I highly recommend Audi Stratham--Awesome people awesome dealership!

Purchased a used vehicle on February 16,2019. Mark Ames was a great, knowledgeable salesman that helped us through the process. We test drove the vehicle when it was dark out and took delivery a couple days later. On our way home we noticed a chip in the windshield and called Audi of Straham to see if the could fix it. We returned with the vehicle the next day and the used car manager, David Perry told us he would have his “glass guy” fix it at no cost to us. Since owning the vehicle for a month and talking with David on the phone numerous times we have not been able to get the windshield fixed. Also after having the vehicle for a week the finance dept. called us to inform us that they made a mistake on the finance paper work and we would have to resign the contract. After confirming with the bank that Audi of Straham made a mistake, the dealer sent someone to on our house at 830pm to sign the paperwork. I would not recommend buying from Audi of Straham due to the poor customer service.

I really tried again to keep my business local at Stratham Audi, but I wasn’t treated fairly and was let down.. The pricing is very uncompetitive compared to the Boston area dealers and Nashua. In addition to pricing, the sales manager misrepresented the car, giving me inaccurate information in an effort to sell it as-is so he wouldn’t have to provide the missing accessory clearly listed on the window sticker. I have no idea how the owner of the dealership thinks he can run TV ads with himself sitting in a chair saying “We want your business, we won’t be undersold”. They tell you to bring in written quotes from other dealers and when you do, they say “We can’t do that”. They shouldn’t run those ads if they don’t intend to honor the claim? In an effort to shop local I even agreed to meet them in the middle and pay them a few thousand more than other dealers, but they backed out of that deal the next day. My salesperson Crispin was great, but management is the problem. I’m a long time local resident and business owner and I left upset and feeling burned. Bummer. UPDATE: IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER COMMENT BELOW: You were not involved with this, and I've never spoken to you. Why don't you post your name? You got your one-sided account of what happened from your dealership. All was performed perfectly over the phone (except for the pick-up handled by my son-in-law and the initial delivery by tow truck). The car was towed 84 miles on Christmas and left in the secure parking lot. Next morning I got a call from Rick trying to find out more what happened before the car showed an EPS and yellow engine sign. Out of 12 error codes they picked the right one, had the part delivered and low and behold, the final bill was 20% below estimate. A first for me! Who would not appreciate service like that? Courteous, professional and timely. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review based on a bribe I was offered by Mike, a salesman at Audi Stratham to give a positive review which I agreed I would do if I felt it was deserved. I purchased an Audi Q7 through Mike over a month ago. Mike was not very good at following through with his commitments from the beginning. (Hence his offer to bribe me for a positive review). My Q7 needed to go back to work out some quirks. It would have been a great time for Mike and Audi Stratham to have earned that positive review by following through with their commitment of coming to get my car from my home and supplying me a loaner car. That was another problem, where Mike eventually asked if we could drop it off on our way out of town?! Regardless, they eventually followed through, and on the back seat of the loaner was a paper that outlined my responsibilities in relationship to the loaner car. One stipulation was that the amount of gas that was in their loner car when they dropped it off should be the same when they picked it up. There was a 1/4 of a tank, and there was a 1/4 of a tank when they picked it up. However, when my Q7 was finally returned, as that was another mess up and executed very poorly, it had at least a 1/2 tank of gas, and it was returned empty!!!! When I say empty, I mean warning lights and an automated voice message came on as I was driving to a gas station to say I had zero gas! I literally coasted into the gas station, but the car died before it reached the pump. It was 85 degrees out, I was dressed in a very expensive linen dress, which was destroyed, and on my way to an appointment I ended up being 20 minutes late for, and wreaking of gas that was spilled during the process of using a gas can to get enough gas in my car to get it to the pump!! When I texted Mike to remind him of the review he was looking for and what had just transpired, this is how he responded, "The general manager's name is Rob Carozzi. Please do not contact me further and please tell your husband the same." The fact of the matter is throughout this month of nothing going the way Mike said it would, my husband had been trying to work with him. On several occasions my husband asked Mike to have Rob Carozzi call him, but that never happened. When my husband called yesterday to find out why they left my car empty, he got a service guy who said the person that dropped it off should have put gas in it on the way, and that neither Mike, nor Rob were there. It was Mike's day off, and Rob was on vacation. Another time he requested directly to speak to Rob Carozzi was when we initially purchased the Q7 and were not going to be able to run the financing because the finance guy had walked off the job the day prior, and Rob was not in because he took the day off...the day after your finance guy walked off and locked up his computer?! BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure you get everything in writing, which we did, and then make sure you pick the person (salesman) that is actually going to work with you, and follow through with his commitments. As you are aware, a Q7 is a relatively large investment and the buyers should be treated with respect; in fact anyone who does business with Audi Stratham should be teated with respect. There is your review Mike, hope you realized it would have been positive if you actually delivered. Do not bribe people to give honest reviews, it taints the purpose of a review. They are here to either introduce people to a positive experience which would make them want to engage in a certain company or product, or they are here to warn people of things they should be prepared for or possibly avoid if they have the option. Do not mess with the integrity and the purpose of a of a review. Hope this was beneficial to anyone who has read it.

Purchased a pre-owned car from Audi of Stratham in February. I first went to see the car on a weeknight after work. It looked nice and I enjoyed the test drive and decided to make the purchase. The purchase experience was uncomplicated and pleasant, (salesman - Mike Lewis) and the next day I brought the car home. Then, in the daylight, my wife pointed out two rather nasty looking scratches on the back door. I called Mike and told him about the scratches. He said 'bring the car in and he'd see what they could do'. I brought the car back to Audi of Stratham. Mike briefly looked at and felt the scratches and then - after speaking with his manager briefly - came back and said - "We're going to get it painted and do it right". I was a little surprised at how well I was being treated. While the car was being repaired they gave me a nice, clean Audi A3 to use. A couple of days later the repair was complete. Looks great!. I couldn't be happier with the results and with the service. This has been (by far) the best car buying experience I have had. Thanks to Mike Lewis and to Rich McNeil as well!

They drove almost 1-1/2 hours to show me the car. It had an AC issue but I bought it and they brought me a brand new Audi loaner and took mine back and then when it was fixed brought it back to me! I bought a used VW Jetta, not a new Porsche or Audi. It was also the least expensive Jetta I found after looking for nearly 2 months! I will definitely be going back here for my next one.

I purchased a pre-owned certified A6 in the fall and had a service issue. It was unclear if the issue would be covered under the warranty, as it was a brake issue, which is considered a consumable. I felt fairly treated in this matter. Problems do happen, and it gives a company a chance to show how it treats its customers. Audi of Stratham is a reputable company that put principal ahead of profit and took care of their customer. I will do business with them in the future.

Second to none we are thrilled with our purchase from Audi of Stratham! I had done a search for a new car starting with the Audi Q3 & Q5, BMW X3 & X5, Nissan Murano, and the Ford Edge. They are certainly a diverse variety of cars but I really thought I wanted loads of bells and whistles - however, at the end of the day, I was willing to give some of those up for the quality, sports features, and driving experience of the Audi Q3. Overall the best value for my money with the most power to the punch of what I wanted in both a driving experience and a monthly payment. The sales support, financing department, and overall experience at Audi Stratham was a feeling of no-pressure, no-rush, and total customer satisfaction.
