Go see Dan! He helped with my negative equity trade in for a new vehicle. Easy to work with and honest and upfront about what he can and cannot do.

Love our car...freindly staff...i do think they could have cleaned the car a little bit better then they did. It was cleaned but not a good job. I will say we picked up the car close to quitting time for the detailers so maybe thats why..over all experience with car was good.

If -2 were an option then that's what this dealership would get. When I bought my car the transaction was exactly what I would expect from a volume dealer…added fees, ridiculous add-ons, dealer installed options, salespeople who didn't know their product and had serious attitudes ect, ect. I told them the price that I was willing to pay for the vehicle (cash) and they could take it or leave it. They kept stalling with the 'ol let me talk to the sales manager again routine until I simply walked out the door in frustration. However that's when things changed radically. All of a sudden they couldn't do enough to sale the car. Finally made the transaction which included the so called "cook cares for life" and free oil changes. So give them a 1 for a very weak effort. Now as far as the follow up care and "free oil changes for life" goes, well once Cook had my money, I ceased to exist. Call to make an appointment for an oil change…nothing available, they told me to call back in a week or two. Not to mention that EVERY single time they washed it, the vehicle had new scratches all over it. The car wash lackeys must have never changed the water and dropped the brushes in the dirt! Whenever I would point the new scratches out the service department manager would run it through the detail shop in a weak attempt to buff them out which usually worked. Then they decided that even though the owner's manual called for full synthetic oil, they would just use a synthetic blend without notifying me until I caught them in the act. The final straw was when at 60k miles when they told me that THEY and THEY ALONE had to do all the 60k mile maintenance and that if I did the work myself or took it somewhere else that I would void the lifetime drive train warranty and that I would be disqualified from the free oil changes for life. Uh, has your service advisor every heard of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act? Additionally, I was told that I needed new brakes all around the vehicle, an air filter, a cabin air filter (which my vehicle doesn't even have), a rear end service, possibly new wheel bearings and that the transmission would need to be replaced soon (which was a complete lie!). The total that they tried to fleece me out of?...$6500.It was bad enough that I caught them trying to rip me off, but when they lied to me, that was it! Service department and after care…-3.

READ THE OWNERS APOLOGY AND PROMISE BELOW. He is a LIAR..WHY DID HE SELL THE SAME CAR TO SOMEONE OTHER CONSUMER WITHOUT REPORTING THE ACCIDENT TO CARFAX... I had no choice but to buy a new car...they didn't do me any favors. they DECIEVED ME AND THE NEXT PERSON WHO BOUGHT THE CAR Before I bought my car....Cook made all the arrangements for a major body work repair on the car a later bought. The repairs looked perfect...Then Cook took the car as a trade in.... Then sold it to me...No One reported this to CARFAX . So when I asked for the CARFAX, I was decieved. Long story..i will try to keep this brief. I shopped for weeks for a Mazda CX5. I found an offer on line for exactly what I was looking for 2016 CX5 /low mileage/basic model/White...at COOK MAZDA in Aberdeen MD The car was 2 1/2 hours away. I called and asked if the car had been in an accident. They said 'No' We will give you the CarFax. The car appeared perfect. The CarFax showed no accidents...only oil changes. I bought the car. 2 months later it became evident that the passenger side of the car had problems. the biggest problem was the door wasn't closing properly. So i took it to my closest New Jersey dealer...the auto body manager showed me the indicators of a major repair. Silly COOK personalle who sold me the car accidentally gave me a paper with the previous owners name and phone #. So i called her. So much for privacy. She told me the whole story and is assisting me.... she hit the side of her car on a large pile of cinder blocks. The lady originally bought the car at COOK MAZDA... She took the car to COOK Volkswagen for the body shop repairs as it was closer to her home . ....The COOK Service Manager "Highly Recommended" a specific auto body shop. (I do not know the name of the Shop yet).....The COOK service manager took care of all the arrangements to have the car repaired and even gave the lady a loaner car. Shortly after this she traded the car in for a Volkswagen at COOK Volkswagon.... COOK VOLKSWAGON KNEW ABOUT THE ACCIDENT..... The accident was never reported to CARFAX ....Cook Volkswagon handed the car to COOK MAZDA to sell....So when the car was sold to me I was decieved. Don't be CROOKED......and you cant really trust CARFAX

Is there a way to give a ZERO! I had and continue to have the WORST car buying experience ever! Ladies STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE unless you want to be harassed and degraded! The management staff does NOT honor their promises or paperwork, take your your money, close deals by any means necessary and phone calls about needing service or utilizing extended warranty go into a black whole. They promise to call back and never do. And to fix a problem, they offer you a new deal, which is to their benefit, instead of make right what was wrong!

denzel Joseph

searched almost every state for my truck many people had it but this place got me the best deals. couldnt be happier :)

Purchased a Ford Transit from Sam @ Cook Auto. I had a wonderful experience. Sam was knowledgeable and friendly. Car buying can be stressful, but I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The vehicle I ultimately purchased was as described in the listing. Thanks Sam!!!

MUST READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Would not even give a 1 star! Have been dealing with an issue on a title for nearly a year now. Cook Auto erroneously placed the title to a vehicle in the name of someone other than the loan holder. Which is malpractice. I have spoken to nearly every person in the dealership from salesmen to GM, the owner, Robert Cook I have been emailing/calling for over 8 months with no reply. I even did a conference call with the credit union who the loan is through, because they have raised the interest rate to over 17% since the vehicle title is not in loan holders name as per the requirements of the credit union and State of MD. The GM Evan, Told us “take it up with legal” and hung up on us, and this is the type of service we have received over this entire process! From everyone at this dealership! When all they would have to do is assist us with the correction! They haven’t even offered. So now, I have to go the route of filing complaints on every platform known to let others know, but also get this situation rectified! This has caused my 62yo father, a 35 year Retired Army SARGEANT MAJOR who is still working full time to delay his 2nd retirement that was supposed to happen this year. This has nearly ruined his life and Cook Motors has zero empathy or compassion to even assist us!

There was negative review on here about 10 months ago. Today is 07/17. The review stated the advertised price was about $17,000.00 after test driving they told him or her it would be an addition $1200 to get it to pass inspection plus other ridiculous fees. My wife there last night to look at an Enclave. I wasn't there. They had it listed at basically full retail. They then proceeded to tell her it need $625 to pass inspection and another $400 for reconditioning fees among others. The engine was dirty, it had paint chips so it wasn't reconditioned although it was in good shape. If you read the small print on there adds it does state that it doesn't include inspection costs plus fees NOT required by Maryland. They're excuse was Jones Junction and other city dealers are advertising this way so this is the only way they can compete. After some research I found this to be UNTRUE. Jones and every other dealer I checked does not charge additional for inspection and necessary repairs. If your selling a car at retail price that price means it's in good shape, no mechanical issues, and it's ready to go. technically the reconditioning fee should be included in the sale price but your probably not gonna get around that although it may be negotiable. On top of that they where going to bump the banks interest rates 2%. I checked what I could get the loans for myself through the same banks. These guys are typical dealership snakes. I worked at a dealership for 10 years and have seen this happen but it still blows my mind you go in to make a deal on a car and the buyer is the one negotiated up on price! PEOPLE! KNOW THE VALUE OFF THE CAR BEFORE YOU GO IN AND PUT A PRICE IN YOUR HEAD YOU WILL NOT GO OVER NO MATTER WHAT! There's plenty of other's out there. Just a note, they never even offered a discount at all. Walk away!

Wow! Such a great dealership! I am so pleased and amazed with the service and deal I received when I went to Cook. I never was rushed or pressured into anything. The staff was extremely friendly. I got a great price for my truck I was trading in. My experience with Cook was one I ever had any other dealership. I left in what I wanted and felt like I mattered to them as a person and not just a sold truck. Go to Cook and see Dan and Tom P. Thanks to everyone at Cook. I love my new Dodge Ram .

I am not a Crystler guy. But like Motel 6 Ricky Howe left the light on for me... or is that Red Roof Inn? Anyway thanks for the service with a smile, Rick!

I Recently went into cooks automotive in Aberdeen just to get a estimate on my vehicle. I was not planning on getting into a new cx5. I worked with the sales guy Jared and the general manager John. Awesome guys! They worked their magic and were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted at what I could afford. I have been going to cooks automotive for the last few years and have never had any problems with their service Dept or Staff. . I would buy again from them and will use their service Dept when needed. Thank you!

It was my first time buying a car so I was not only nervous but cautious hoping not to be taken advantage of. My experience at cook automotive was reassuring as they willingly worked with me, the manager himself took time to help me out despite having little to no credit history they got me the best deal for my situation. Another plus is that I get life time oil changes for FREE! You cant beat that. Thanks Cook.

Rebecca Madden

Update: Though my first experience was not fantastic, I was emailed and attempts were made to make the situation right. This was greatly appreciated and I will consider working with a different salesman for future purchases. --------------------------- The first time I called I was treated like I wouldn't be able to afford the car because "sweetie, the advertised prices include every possible discount so there's no way anyone gets that price". Maybe I sounded young on the phone but I'm 29 and this isn't my first rodeo... Like most people, I was shopping around. My salesman gave me a price and I told him I was getting more prices and would let him know. Several hours later, another dealer finally gave me a price which was much better so I took their deal. Before I had time to call Cook, the salesman called me. I explained the situation and the salesman said "well thank you for letting me know so I could tell everyone it was available to sell to someone else since you did say you would call and let me know". I apologized and told him the deal had just happened and I was going to call him. He smarted off again and followed up with inviting me to call him if the deal fell through. I told him, based on his attitude it was obvious he didn't want my business and hung up. I honestly had planned on keeping this dealership in mind if my deal did fall through and for future purchases, but not anymore.

Andrea Fletcher

My car buying experience was awesome Sizmon is very professional,he made sure I understood everything made the process all whole lot easier.I'm extremely happy

Terri LoPiano

Stopped by low air pressure sensor was on. Sam got me in immediately. In and out no issues great service.

Brian Reiber

Horrible service department. Tech guy took my challenger for a joy ride doing 123mph. He was fired. They wanted to win back my trust, took it back for an oil change and free inspection. They missed a clear as day bald tire (they marked that tire as being in good condition), yes I was testing them.

Danielle Wolfe

Highly recommend Cook Auto! We have bought 3 vehicles there over the years, the most recent being our new minivan two weeks ago. Mark Nebo provided excellent support and service and was patient and extremely helpful through the entire process- and we got a great deal and fantastic interest rate. Will be looking forward to working with him again in the future!

Larry J

I was impressed with my salesman, Imad. Imad took the time to provide me the one-on-one attention I needed to make an informed decision. He is not pushy and will help you make an informed decision and not just to make a sale. Highy recommended.

Joe Markowski

I recently visited cook auto to purchase a car, The employees there are very polite and hard working. They made purchasing a vehicle short and sweet. I worked with a man named Brian he made sure everything was quick and at my convince. I would strongly recommend to anyone that you visit cook auto when its time to get your next car!

Brianna Pearsall

I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone’s future purchases. Jared, one of the salesmen, helped me out extremely during my visit. He made sure I received the car that was right for me and met all of my needs. On top of all of that, he worked extremely hard to make sure that I received the best deals possible once I made my decision on a car. Just all in all the best dealership around!!

THEY REPAIR CARS THAT WERE IN ACCIDENTS AND THEY DON'T REPORT IT TO CARFAX ....And they don't tell the consumers who buy the cars from them vin#JM3KE2BHYXG0784746 ..... sold the same car to me and to some other unsuspecting consumer look at the CARFAX. DON'T BE CHEATED .... THEY HAVE NO ETHICS

Absolutely loved the way we were treated here at Cook's. If your looking for a new or used vehicle I suggest using Lacie Sadera, she was our salesperson and absolutely listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle. She made us feel like family, even after the sale Lacie made it a point to contact us and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely buy again from here. Thank you for everything.

Great and courteous auto company. They are not pushy or there to make money. Chris freyer was able to help me buy the perfect vehicle.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service department at this dealership. I am currently here for business from another state. Today, my driver side window got stuck in the fully open position. I immediately searched for a dealership in the local vicinity and called Cook's. I explained the situation to the service manager, Chris, who asked me when I could get to their location - I was there in 15 minutes. Upon arriving, Chris immediately engaged me at the front desk, and told me he would help by either repairing/replacing the window controls or getting the window up. I was a bit anxious since I am staying at a hotel and didn't want to leave my vehicle outside overnight with a window wide open, especially with the number of summer storms that have recently passed through. Chris was very patient and reassuring, and immediately took my vehicle into the garage to assess the options. Since my vehicle is a bit older - 2008 - the part was not in stock but Chris was prepared to order it. His research showed a delivery time of three days, and he realized I would be back home before the part arrived. He then proceeded to ensure the window was fully closed (I have no idea how he was able to do this!!!!) and told me there would be no charge for his assistance!!!! I have never experienced a more capable, caring and professional dealership service department. Chris was just exceptional and Cook's is very lucky to have him in their service department. (To Chris - thank you so much for everything you did for me today - I cannot imagine trying to drive 150 miles on the Interstate with a wide open window. You are the BEST!!!!) I highly recommend this service department and I am certain they take care of all their customers in the same caring and professional manner!

Lisa Johansen

Every car I've ever owned came from Cooks. They were all completely reliable vehicles. The service dept has always been courteous, fast and accurate. I will be back!

Aurora Hawkins

Mike was great. Made it super easy and I left with a 2015 Nissan Altima. Great service. If I need a new car in a few years I know who and where to go!

Jean Robert Jr. Brutus

I have been taking my 2009 Ram 1500 there for years. Sean, Ricky and Bill from service always take good care of me. Had an issue with warranty once and Sean went out of his way to make sure that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Greg from parts complements the team there as he makes sure that everything needed to do the repair are ordered and delivered promptly.

Traded a 2014 Durango for 2 vehicals. Great communication with Tom! Used vehicals don’t come with a full tank of gas :( and it was dark when I bought the truck and it had a good ding on the front fender that I couldn’t put in paper work to have repaired. Check everything real good and make sure you get it documented. Also took 3 hrs worth of paper work to complete. Try to speed that up and we are golden. Need a vehicals see tom !!

Da Kid Gowie

I recently purchased an used vehicle from Cook Auto and I don't even know where to begin. My experience was nothing less than perfect. The salesman, Ron, was extremely professional and didn't make me feel forced into purchasing a vehicle. Every promise Ron made when pitching me the sale, he kept! Honestly, I only went to Cook Auto just to look at a vehicle that I saw online. The very next day, I was walking away with a new-used vehicle. I could go on and on about how great my experience was, but this would be too lengthy. I'm going to end this by saying, I highly recommend Cook Auto. Not only do they know how to treat their customers, they also have awesome perks for those who purchase vehicles from them. Can't beat that.

Beware of fraud . on 2016 we bought a certified used car from this place, 2012 Honda Crosstour with 29000 miles. This week I took the car to trade at Car Max and I was told car was in moderate accident on 2014. when I bought the car I remember asking and was told this car was in no accident. When I went to question them about it yesterday first I was told I was signed a paper that I knew about it. Then not sure if I was told about it and finally no paper showing that they told me. I was told its our policy to tell the customer but we can bent the policy not to , to sell the car. Also its called dealer fraud by Consumer protection agency if these information aren't disclosed to buyer to make a sale. Just beware of this dealers fraud if buying car from them. It is strange that you have the option to respond but customers don't and they have to add their response to their original comment. If there is a car fax report why i didn't see it and you don't have a copy that i signed saying I did. If you show it to your customers, Then why I am not the only one bought a car that dealer claimed no accident. If you have a paper i signed, Then show it me. If you check your comments, You will see others complained about not knowing about the past accidents. If i knew my car was in accident. I would not buy it in a first place. Still waiting for that signed copy you claim you have. If there is one , then show me. Smells like a fraud. Buyers, Be aware

tracy Varendoe

long story short, my credit sucks, every dealer i walk into kicked me out and never bothered to help. This place got me into a car and put me in a position to re establish myself. Couldn't be more grateful!!

I've changed my review after recent events. Looks like new staff, different attitude. I'm not thrilled about my last visit.

Had no problem buying my truck. Jake was very helpful with everything. Needed some work done to the exhaust made a appointment. Went in guy at front desk was very rude asked if i had a appointment. Took my keys and waited a hour. Told me they were gonna keep the truck but didnt seem concerned about having another vehicle. Jake came and helped us out with another car to take home and all i got from other associates glaring and attitude. Im so dissappinted with all that happend. Ended up taking my truck and saying nevermind. Im almost 7 months pregnant and am not gonma walk home with my 6 year old bc they wouldnt take the time to help me. I wont be back to buy another vehicle from this place! Only person that was helpful and concerned was jake. Thank you jake for everything you helped with.

I applied for a loan with Cook Automotive online and received a call within a half hour of my application. I live an hour from them, but the drive and experience was worth it. I spoke to Greg on the phone and he was very pleasant and understanding. I was not sure at the time what I might want to buy. He told me to come in and look because my application was not a problem and I was approved When I arrived I was greeted right away by Greg Hudson. The whole process of purchasing my new Dodge Dart was excellent. I would most definitely recommend anyone to Cooks Automotive. The process of the financing was as well just a breeze. I felt like I was being treated like family by the time I left in my new car. Thank you everyone at Cooks Automotive for the best buying process.

Michael Henry

I had a terrific buying experience at Cook Dodge. Jake was very professional and understanding of my situation. He was able to get me into a journey for a reasonable payment.

Angela Frank

Mike and Jacob were great. They gave me a great deal and the sales experience was awesome! It was worth the drive.

Calvin Stewart

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, Dakota Denton and Chuck Schulze will definitely work for you! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle go see Dakota at Cooks Chrysler Dodge Ram!!!

Richard Chenworth

I used to be very happy with my service experience. However, the last 2 times they have tried to sell me services that they had performed in recent prior visits. This makes me second guess the validity of their service recommendations. I will say I had a conversation with the new service manager. I appreciate him reaching out to me. However, it was only to defend himself and place blame on other people. Then he accused me of always turning down services they suggest on a spur of the moment. Interesting considering this appointment was to address an issue they pointed out last week on a previous visit, which was their opportunity to turn this 1 star review into something more. Excuse me for being old enough to remember when dealerships had bad reputations for over charging and selling services not needed. This turned into another up sell. Last week it was front brakes and wiper blades ($400+)and now it’s brakes all the way around, wiper blades and brake fluid ($800+)which was not mentioned last week. These services may need to be done but the inconsistency at which they alerted me to the problems is still unnerving. I understand that someone driving around in a base model 7 year old Jeep with 148k miles on it probably has loads of cash in their pocket. I know everyone can just spend $800+ at the drop of a hat, right? The previous service group may have had issues but as a customer they were always consistent and detailed with services needed and services that would need to be done soon. The new service group has a long way to go to gain my trust back. That being said, I have never had a problem with any of the services they have performed. So I changed my rating to account for that fact.

Renata Myles

Extremely disappointed in the service department. After taking my car to be serviced for a faulty ignition switch, the service department is still unable to find a fix. When I picked up the vehicle (after them having it for a week) we got it home and the windows, AC, nor the radio would come on (this issue was not occurring before). Paid for a tow and returned it to Cook... another week went by, they called to tell us the vehicle was ready. Get to the shop and guess what, car starts and immediately turns off. $440 later and they say oh it is possible that it is this and that will be roughly $1500. If that was the case then why in the world would you charge me to fix the other things if that was not the issue? Why would you call if the vehicle was not fixed? Why not even mention that you saw a possible issue and give me the option to fix it rather than having me come to the shop to discover the original issue is still occurring?!?! I am really trying to have a lot a patience with this issue but I am a little more than frustrated. I was also told, "I had to get you a new key because I misplaced yours, that was no charge to you because it was on me?" WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD IT EVEN BE A POSSIBILITY OF BEING A CHARGE TO ME IF YOU CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE KEYS TO THE VEHICLE THAT I GAVE YOU. Highly Highly disappointed in this entire encounter! I am really hoping they can fix the issue and regain my faith in their ability to fix cars the right way but it is looking very dim.

Kika Kelly

I am just not satisfied. I won't be returning.

Nicole Rollins

My husband bought a truck from here about 3 weeks ago. As part of the deal, they were to install a trailer hitch on the truck (had it put into the contract). Was told they had to order the part then he would receive a call when it was in, and would take a few hours to install. Each time he calls, he gets the run around, bounced from department to department saying they don't know what he is talking about. The salesman "Bruce" hangs up on him when he calls. Horrible, horrible service and would NEVER recommend buying a car from here.

Ihor Bundz

Service department is top notch. Always explain everything and work with you. Even work on my other cars.

Steven Litwin

Just bought a used car at Cook' dealership and had the good fortune to work with Derek. Overall experience was great. Derek made sure all went smoothly from the moment we shook hands hello to the time we shook hands goodbye. He even went out of his way to replace a small missing cap/cover that goes over the wiper arm AFTER the sale was done and I was ready to leave. Sounds silly but small details like this says a lot. It could have been just as easy for Derek to have said sorry dont know if it was missing already and I'm out of luck but instead he didn't hesitate to find one and replace it for me. Buying cars is usually not a fun experience but thanks to Derek and Cook dealership it was smooth sailing.

I had my timing chain recall work done at Cook Auto within the past year. Sean and Ricky were great at helping me! They gave me a free loaner, they were very nice and knowledgeable, and they got my Challenger back to me quickly! I noticed that sometime after the recall work was done that there was coolant leaking between the water pump and the timing cover. I took it to Midas and they made me aware that it was caused by Cook when they did the recall work. I just called Cook and within moments they guaranteed me an appointment on the same day, another loaner or a local rental, and they would fix the damage that was done if they determined it was their error. I have never seen such courtesy to customers from an Automotive dealer ever! I love this place and very soon I am going to buy a vehicle from them! I would highly recommend you get all vehicle services and vehicles from Cook Auto! Cook Cares for Life!

Calvin Gibson

Great Service department, friendly and very professional. I purchased my truck from them and it's the only place I take it to be service.

Nick DiCarlo

Mike at the service center was a great help and very knowledgable. He helped me better understand my cars issue and gave me advice on the best possible actions moving forward.

Cait

They make buying a car an easy, painless process! It was low pressure and everything was transparent. Our sales professional Jared was very helpful. They even looked out for us when it came to financing and got us a better deal than we originally thought. Great experience! We love our Durango

Kirsten Sadler

I'm a new mom and VERY busy. I needed an oil change at the last minute and they were able to squeeze me in without any hesitation. Oil change was done quickly and for FREE since I got "Cook Cares for Life" when I bought my car :) Everyone at the dealership is always so friendly and welcoming - my Civic is the 3rd car I've bought from Cook. THANKS GUYS!

Caitlin Gallaher

Thanks Sean for taking great care of my van!

3 hours and hadn't even started my oil change. Even asked and was told it was being worked and would be done shortly. Don't think I'll be back.

We bought a new vehicle this past weekend from Chris Freyer. He was amazing considering we were tough customers shopping around with a budget. He was the main reason we returned to Cooks when it was buying time. Chris is a great asset to the company and highly recommended. Gotta give Evan a shout out too. The whole experience was great, even the finance and service team. Thank you guys for everything!!

Miracle works....love them...when you have given up think again and head over to Cook...Mark was so good when he helped my husband a couple of months back that I made sure I went back for my personal vehicle. Dan was amazing from financing to me pulling off the lot!!!! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Fred Thompson

We cannot thank Cook's Aberdeen enough! Szymon (Go Vols) and the staff's customer service, personality and charm helped seal the deal! This is our 2nd RAM 1500 from Cook's and would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks again!

Anthony Ingoglis

Cook Motorcars are number one in customer service. I had a flat tire and could not find the jack. I called the service dept. Explained there was no jack with the spare. Mr. Sam Cook came to my location brought a floor jack showed me where the jack was a changed my tire. Now that's what I call customer service

JoeyG Jgg

Good job and kudos to the detailing/prep group for washing n keeping my truck looking good. Well done!!

I visited Cook Automotive last month and I am very satisfied with their service. I will come back for the next time. I would like to thank all staff here. They offer a wonderful space for all people. They take care of the cars as if cars are their best friends :)

Today 6/21/2017 ... I was shopping for a new Dodge Ram 1500, I stopped in Cooks Dodge Chrysler RAM, I was greeted by no less than three sales associates and the sales manager himself. My sales experience was awesome, I got a great trade on my old truck and an excellent deal on the new 2017. My sales associate Chris was very respectful and very helpful, he was also a great listener. The sales manager assisted all the way through the purchase. So in a nut shell, outstanding experience today! I will be back for service. If you're in the market for a new Dodge and you want the best deal -> go directly to Cooks Chrysler Dodge RAM! I am one satisfied customer!

I struggle to post any thing about cooks instead I don’t want cooks to contact me in any shape or form. I would not recommend this company for service. Dishonest and untrustworthy service department

Austin Bigham

Great prices, great service, and I really like that they check in with you even after you but the car to make sure you’re happy, most other dealerships I have dealt with are done with you as soon as you buy from them. Also, the salesmen aren’t pushy so you don’t feel pressured into buying before you’re happy.

Danielle Evans

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The advertised price for the car I selected was $17800.00 when we got there they said it was $21000. I started to leave and they talked me into staying and buying the vehicle. I told them to hold the vehicle until my home loan went through and they told me to that they would hold a check. They had me sign papers. THREE DAYS LATER they submitted my info to 6 banks. This messed up my house loan which cost me more money. . The next day they charged the PRICE OF THE CAR TO Chase. I never received any paper work or warning they were going to do this. I originally told them I would pay cash and gave a check to hold until my closing. I tried to return the car and they were very hostile with me. These people are liars. They will tell you one thing and do whatever they want. DON"T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Take copies of paperwork first to YOUR LAWYER. Beware of these despicable people Christa Hamm sales, Gerald General manger

We just bought our new used vehicle here, and out of all the places we visited and called, this was the BEST place! The next time we go looking for a new vehicle, we are starting here. Everyone was super nice. Ask for CHRISTA HAM, she is SO sweet, she knows her stuff and won't let you down. She got us the car we wanted and made it work for us. <3 :-)

I worked with Mark Nebo on receiving a quote for my dream truck. He was very attentive and knowledgeable . I highly recommend Mark if you are purchasing a vehicle.

Katherine Thomas

Had intended on buying a used car but after speaking with salesman from the new car center we were able to get a great deal on a new car. Better interest rates and work with us on our complicated trade in. Sales Manager Tom P was great and gave us an excellent deal. Would recommend you go see Tom, he and his crew will take good care of you.

Joanna Marinovich

I've been treated great here and I love my new Chrysler 200. They were a great help with my vehicle inspection for Lyft too, but it's not free, so be aware of that.

Bruce Hope

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 RAM 1500. Our sales person, Greg Hudson, had the truck ready for us to test drive when we walked onto the lot. Greg and I had discussed the exact truck I was interested in ahead of time. When it came time to discuss pricing and financing, Greg got us a fair price, explained all the details in an efficient manner, as we had told him we were not interested in spending any more time than necessary. The finance manager went through the paperwork quickly and explained it clearly. All in all, I feel very positively about Cook Auto and the 2 people we interacted with. Cook Auto is a pretty good distance from my Home, but I would certainly consider coming back to Cook for any other new vehicle we were interested in purchasing, presuming the brand and model were in your offerings. I haven't had the need to use the service department at this point, but am looking forward to receiving the same great experience from them. Thank you Cook Auto for a painless buying experience.

Kim J

I would definitely recommend Cooks used cars! I haven't had a car payment in 13 years and needed something reliable that i could afford. I hate car shopping Jake was great to work with, I am very happy with my purchase. Everyone was nice but not the fake "used car salesman" type! They were even able to bring my payments down twice! If you are looking for a used car you should stop by.

RVentures

Cook Automotive Service Department rocks! I am a regular customer there and I always take advantage of their service deals like three oil changes for the price of two, etc. Today I took it there at lunch time to check out my quicky brakes, which had been serviced a last month or so. They had it up on the lift while I waited and found that nothing was wrong but decided to add some grease to some parts near the brake pads just to be safe. NO CHARGE! I love this place. It pays to be a regular customer with Cook. They are a class act and they know how to keep returning customers happy. THANKS GUYS AND THANKS GREG FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Christina Magruder

We had the pleasure of working with Greg Hudson from Cook Auto, who made our purchase experience easy. He had a "give it to you straight" attitude, which was refreshing & was willing to work with us. I would highly recommend speaking with Greg at Cook Auto. You won't regret it!

I dropped my car off on Wednesday, May 8, in the early afternoon. I had previously taken the car to another mechanic but the sensor they were trying to replace was stuck and they suggested that I take it to a dealership because they would have the specific tool it would take to remove the sensor. When I got to Cook, they told me that they couldn't get anyone to look at my car until after 4 pm so they gave me a loaner vehicle and said that they would call me that evening. As closing time approached, I decided to check in on the progress. They told me that they had really said that they would look at the car in the morning. Ok. Whatever. I know what I heard because I confirmed it twice. The next afternoon, I called to see if they had checked it out yet and the girl who answered the phone said that the parts were ordered and would be a couple of days. Imagine my surprise when Saturday they called to tell me they had just finished the diagnostics and were going to order the parts if I gave the ok. The parts would be in Monday. I called for a progress report on Monday evening and they said they would be working on the car Tuesday and that it should be finished Tuesday afternoon if all went well. I called in the morning, afternoon, and evening and they kept telling me that the car was on the lift as we spoke and they would call when it was done. They finally called me Wednesday and said that, now they believed that the fuel injectors needed replaced too and it would add $500 to the estimate that they initially gave me. The car had been running smoothly before this and none of the other mechanics who had helped me get it ready for inspection had said anything about this so I said just to fix the two sensors and I would have the fuel injectors done at a later date. I picked my car up a little less than an hour ago and now it is stuttering and shaking and 6 new codes have come up on the diagnostics in just a five minute drive home!!! The car was running smoothly and had two codes, both of which were the sensors they replaced and, now they want to say that my car is "old" and "things happen"?!?! NO! Now, I have to take my car to the original mechanic (who can attest that the car was NOT running like this minutes before dropping my car off at Cook) and have them see what the mechanics at Cook have done to it. Paying who knows how much more to fix what they broke! This is ridiculous! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!

Alysse Gapsis

Ill never buy from here again and i wouldnt recommend buying from here. They dont care about their customer just their sale. They’re very rude and unprofessional especially my salesman bruce. If you want *buying a car* to feel like an extra week of work with no pay then enjoy. And good luck contacting their managers. When we initally saw the car the salesman seemed befuddled that we didnt buy it THAT DAY as is with (windshield wiper fluid in the radiator) confirmed by THEIR mechanic. Bruce arranged to meet with me to purchase the car twice about a week after the initial visit/ deposit. when the car wasnt ready yet. Wasting my entire saturday and then my fathers weekday later that week. The funniest part is that after the first screw up and wasting my saturday Bruce tried to do some good and bring the vehicle to us. So he met with my father and should have headed to my work to drop the car and 30 minutes after our scheduled meet time i called him to find out he wont be coming because they hadnt flushed the radiator fluid meaning he drove it 40 miles with whatevers in there. Finally on the day we bought the car, after Bruce the sales man agreed to meet at 330 the day before shows up at 5:30 at a tertiary location after 7 phone calls during my work day to give me absolutley zero information just excuses. I got my car and i dont want anything else to do with cook ever again.

My experience with Cook auto has been nothing but great. I was looking for a car for my daughter that is in college. The search was a headache going from place to pla've. Once I went to Cook auto the salesman Tim Austin gave his all finding me the car suitable for my daughter. I should have went there from the beginning. I purchased my vehicle from there as well a couple of years ago. The customer service from the staff is incredible. Not only did I not have to sit in the dealership all day, Tim made sure the vehicle for my daughter was top safety rated and very suitable for her. Cook looks out for their customers and I will there again for my next vehicle.

Joe Spinelli

I drove an hour to the dealership for a car listed at $15,900. After test driving and getting my trade-in appraised, the used sales manager said it would be $18,600, including my $500 trade-in. It was a bait and switch. They advertised $15,900 but added over $3,000 worth of bogus charges. The charges included $1,295 for a MD State inspection and $495 for a reconditioning fee for getting the car ready for me. I was extremely disappointed in the hours of wasted time. This is why people hate buying cars. **This is a reply to the owner's reply. I understand there are costs to get the car ready but that should be in the cost of the car, not so you can advertise a low price. Your dealership was trying to charge me $1,295 for a MD state inspection then other fees for getting the car ready on top of that. I have been buying cars for 20 years and never had close over $2,000 in charges added onto a car. The honest thing to do would be to advertise it for what you are selling the car for minus taxes, tags and registration.**

Cheyenne Mitchell

Amazing Staff, Bruce (salesman) treated me so well !!! I would definitely go back and work with him again.

Joshua Altman

From start to finish--a great experience. I had to drive quite a distance to get to them, and it was well worth it. Sales, management and finance were all top notch and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. In this day in age, it's refreshing to work with a family-centered business who goes above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Bruce Dill

Went down on 6/21/19 to have a oil change and tire rotation down ask if they could look at a tire because it keeps going low all service where done get in the truck look over the paperwork says they didn’t find a leak next day get in the truck low tire comes up so I look over the tire and found a screw in it easy to see very disappointed now I need to go somewhere else and have this problem fixed

Mark Nebo, #thedmvcardude is FANTASTIC! I will never buy a car from anyone else. Tommy, the sales manager for the new cars, has been there since before I bought my new Mazda 4 years ago. He is why I came back. He is awesome too! Now, my husband bought a used Pontiac on the used car side about 3 years ago, if he had reviewed it then, it would not have been so stellar, and that's likely the reason for some of the negative reviews. I have been told, and have seen in action, the major changes they have made to the used car sales side. Great job everyone on the used car team for recognizing the need to change, and for following through! Tommy and friends, stay awesome

gavin leppo

I was very pleased with the service I received. It was quick and everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have the Mopar oil change package so I can go anywhere. I wanted to give Cooks a try since it's fairly close to me. Last time I will ever go here. After the service my truck had oily handprints all down the driver's side of my truck, on top my hood, under my hood, oil spilled on the engine cover, and my interior windshield where they placed the sticker. Then there must have been grease on the mechanics pants because there was grease smeared on my driver's seat. As if that wasn't enough once I got home I had an oil puddle left under my truck once I moved it. Surprising everything was tight underneath the mechanic was just to lazy to clean off after the oil change. So expect to clean your truck inside and out and scrub your driveway after the simplest of services you could get. I will never go back here again.

Tommy Mayhem

first car i ever bought from a dealer. i can honestly say i was scared of getting screwed over every where else but this place put a lot of peace in my heart and the transparency behind there work assures you a great deal. Thanks Cook you guys are the best

Thomas Aviles

ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Thank you so much to everyone who played a part in our deal. could not have asked for a better family oriented dealership to call home

albert anderson

Wish I would have never bought from them. Been two years now and I’m still irritated that I did. Only one key fob came with the car(which now is acting up)., tires were bald , seats had some kind of fake leather tape hiding rips. Rust spots inside door painted over with spray paint. Internet price bs to get you to come in. They got this sucker.

Oksana Merryman

Came in for the second time. Was scheduled to come and see what the problem was with the dodge caravan. Come to find out, the part that was needed, has been ordered and is on back order. Okay. But why couldn’t someone tell me that on the phone instead of scheduling me again for the same problem and telling me the ticket was voided and canceled? Yeah. Communication is horrible. Wasted my time. Had to bring both of my kids for this appointment issue twice. Very disappointed in this matter.

Ryan Lenardson

My parents have bought a car from these people for many years. My wife and I just got a 2018 Dodge Charger a few months ago, and we absoulty LOVE it. Ask to talk to Ron Jackson. Ron Jackson works miracles.

Leonel Campos

Best car buying experience ever!! Thank You Evan And Jacob.

Richard Herzog

Didn't have the parts I needed but provided me with the part number so I could get it on line. Really went above and beyond to help me. Exceptional customer service.

Erina Streibich

Bought a used car at Cook Auto Aberdeen a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with the car and the experience. Bruce Demby, my salesman, was very helpful and friendly. He had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I would recommend him and Cook Auto highly if you are in the market for a used car.

Sheridan Fields

Very helpful service. Team was experienced, quick, and checked to make sure that my purchase was the best they can do. Zach provided honest service and quick follow up, he was even reachable while off shift. The finance team called my bank to endure I received the best rate, and the management team ensured I had an easy customer experience.

Daniel Roane

I feel like I got a good deal and a great truck. I couldn’t be happier,

Cooks are con-artists. I bought my car from them a little over 2 years ago. When I first bought the car, I told the sales person that the brakes sounded bad. He said the whole car was just inspected and it was just because it had sat without use for a while. He said to ease my mind, when I brought it in for the first oil change, they would check them out. They never did, and when I made an appointment specifically to have them checked out, they said the rotors and brakes were all bad and needed replaced. They said "too much time" had passed and they couldn't honor what the salesman had told me, So I would need to pay over $800 to have them replaced. I went somewhere else. Then comes the "free oil change for life." After 100,000 miles, they said I needed to have my spark plugs replaced to comply with the maintenance policy of the oil changes. They have to change the spark plugs, not anyone else, and they charge a non negotiable fee of $157. For 4 spark plugs, that cost $14.99 each(which is on the expensive side for spark plugs anyway). I understand a business has to make money. But this business unapologetically rips off it's customers. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

My experience At cooks auto started out with a lie from the salesman. I had drove from NJ to look at a used car. I was greeted promptly by my salesperson and then left to sit at his desk in attended for about 45 min. The car I was coming to look at would not start so the salesperson decided to tell me some one else was looking at the car. After about 45 min he finally got it jumped and brought up front. The lack of knowledge of the car the salesperson had was almost comical. Luckily for cooks auto I really liked the car, but then came the sale. The salesperson did not give me my credit score like I asked and tried tacking on a 2000 dollar inspection fee after the initial price. I put up a fight and magically I didn't need to pay that fee anymore. After I left the dealership I felt uneasy about my experience. I the. Didn't receive any of my paper work or license plates for a little over a month (well after my temp tag expired). I called numerous times and was told it was being taken care of but never received a call or got answers until I called myself. Shady. I then found out that all of my information and tags were sent to the wrong address and then was told by the salesman to go knock on the door of that house and get them myself. These are the most un professional people I have ever done business with. I may not be from MD but myself and my family (from MD) will make this be known to everyone. Oh and you would think they would call me to follow up and make sure everything was okay it is now 3 months and never got a call or email they don't even know that I got my license plates, nor do I think they really care.

jjtIII333 .

Salesman was nice that the nicest thing I can say. Would not recommend it was so for the most horrible experience at a dealership I had When I visit the vehicle I want was not on the lot they said it was at another location and someone was looking at it and they would let me know if it was still available this was a Saturday on Monday the salesman did call so I called him he said it was getting inspection two weeks later they got the parts and made the repair I went back to the dealership and got a test drive and then had to renegotiate the price which was more than I had first negotiated the salesman said they would make up for it with the interest rate then I waited for close to three hours for the finance guy to finish up then he told me that he could only find one bank to finance the van and to get a loan would need to buy a warranty and depending on what level would determine my interest rate with in a month I found a better rate after a couple attempt I got it touched with the finance guy to cancel the warranty and he told me I had to go back to the dealership to sign the cancellation paperwork he was not there when I arrived was told he should be there in a couple minutes 30 minutes later I signed the paperwork I waited for 3 to 6 weeks and no refund of the warranty I have been trying to calling and I have left voicemail and message with people for him to call and never get called back I try to use contact on the website and the only salespeople call me back and they cannot help 9/12/19 I have called and email left voice mail and left message and never get a call back form either Michael Simpson or the finance manager

David Brown

Not really sure what to rate this place. My sales guy was fairly nice. A few issues with him was he told me the SUV I was looking at had a back up camera which it does not. Ok no big deal really. I told him I didn’t see it when I test drove it and he said it was in the rear view mirror. Which it wasn’t. Again it wasn’t a big deal. I ended up leaving with the vehicle. First issue, it was sent to be cleaned and it wasn’t. Not sure what they did to it but i had to wipe it down cause it looked like something splattered On a few spots on the inside. Second, that night I started having issues with the vehicle and took it back the next morning to get the problem fixed to be sent away in a loaner for 3 days. While dropping it off I told my sales person that it was filthy inside when it was suppose to be cleaned and he said he realized that( Alrighty than but you let me drive off the lot) and would make sure after it gets fixed and before i picked it up that it would be detailed. Well it wasn’t. I’m not one to fuss and make a big deal so ok whatever I’ll clean it. Well today ( has been a month now) the same issue from the first day I bought it and took it back to get fixed is happening again. The staff was very friendly. I’m just disappointed cause I expected better in a vehicle coming from there not to have issues that same day and than again a month later. I expect that from these little off the wall dealerships not at Cooks. But again, the staff I encountered were very friendly.

Thomas Eichelberger

Have been servicing my car here for two years they are the most honest friendly dealership I have encountered in 47 years the switchboard Megan and Debbie never miss a message are always friendly the service Manager Sean has always been there for me in a time of need while in Florida I had an issue with my challenger and they spoke via conference with the Florida Dodge dealer to aid in trouble shooting. The bill most times comes in less but never more, service adviser Katlin has been with cooks starting as switchboard where I learned to trust enjoy her and her repeated helpfulness is heartfelt. The manager Tony always greets and assists me, Mechanics are phenomenal, detail guys treat clean up as if it is there own car. I cannot say enough good about these people truly a family and truly make their customers family.

James Dark

I had a great experience working with Cook Dodge. We were in the market for a new Dodge Grand Caravan R/T with all the bells and whistles. I have bought many cars over the years and did my research. I contacted numerous other dealers and got the bottom line price where they were at. I then reached out to Cook and got a price on an R/T that had a few more options than the other R/T's and where they could not get it to me for the price I wanted, Cook did with even more bells and whistles. I literally called them on a Friday after work and negotiated for 15 minutes over the phone and then drove up at 8:00pm when they had closed. I worked with Ryan Lueckert on this purchase. I expected to get up there and have them do what most dealers do and give you a run around and not be where we discussed, but I was wrong. Ryan was straight forward and everything was as we discussed. We were in and out and no time flat. We even had our newborn with us. I can honestly saw we love the vehicle and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Ryan did a GREAT JOB. We are the proud owners of a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T and LOVE IT. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car or truck. In the future I plan on getting a new truck and it may be a Ram 2500. If it is I will be stopping by Cook first.

josh miller

I would definitely recommend this service department to everyone! I brought my 2016 Mazda CX-5 in for maintenance and Ricky Howe made the whole experience from start to finish as easy as it could be. He was very educated and very informative about everything!

Joseph Graham

Was the best vehicle buying experience I have had to date so much so that I went and have bought 2 from them in a week’s time. I usually hate buying a new vehicle due to most dealerships make you wait all day waiting on paperwork and what not. But not this one I was in and out in a new vehicle in 3 hours flat and the salesman was nice and made you feel welcomed with no pressure. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle

PLEASE SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM. Initially I was satisfied with my purchase experience at Cook Chrysler Dodge Ram Mazda in Aberdeen 1136 S Philadelphia Blvd. The staff were friendly, and quick to make the sale. My assumption was, that making a purchase from a reputable dealer meant that I would be covered. I could rest assured that a reputable dealer would help me out if I had any issue. I signed the 30 day warranty, and thought that would cover me. I thought that Cook would stand behind their product, and stand behind me. Well they did not. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I noticed the door molding on the passenger side was coming off. The sales associate assured me that they would fix it. Made an appointment for the next week, easy enough, but the car had to stay at the dealers 3 hours, a minor inconvenience. I was told that since I wanted to test drive the Caravan so quickly they had to get from their other store and only brought the one key. I would receive the other key when I brought the van in to get the molding fixed. After having the 2017 Grand Caravan a few days, I noticed that neither the uconnect radio USB or the heated driver seat worked. I thought that since the van was in the shop they could fix the few items. I received a call from the service department after the car was their 7 hours and was told that they would not fix the additional items. I talked to the sales person, and hearing the sales manager in the background mumbling , I was told that I got such a good deal on the vehicle that they would not cover the broken items. Oh, and they also could not find the other key. Asking about the 30 day warranty, they said that 30 day warranty just covered the power train. (Wait, I was told that I had a 5 year 60k warranty, then what did I sign?) (The car has 44k on it, by the way.) After bringing the vehicle home, I noticed that the door molding was still loose. Lol! They say that buying a car makes you feel young. Well, I do. I feel like an ignorant 18 year old that knows nothing about cars and buys a car full of problems from a stranger, only to realize his mistakes when it is too late. Hey, it is not a bad vehicle, but it is the point. I thought that Cook would be better than this, but I was wrong. Thank you Cook for Not Caring! NEVER again… UPDATE 02/21/2109. After seeing this review, the General manager, Frank Shaffer, responded. I contacted him and he really turned the situation around. He fixed the heated seat, fixed the side molding, and gave me a spare key fob at the cost of programming. ($50). He also set me up with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs at no cost. Because of Frank, I have faith that this dealer will work hard, in the future, to make their customers happy. I will not hesitate to give them my business in the future!

Dan Dubell

Howard was very friendly and very helpful. He got me the deal I needed to get my daughter in her first car! Thanks Howard and Cook Automotive!

Skylar Moore

I bought a 2014 Buick Verano a few weeks back. I worked with Phil, a salesman, and JT, a manager. They made sure I was able to test drive all the cars that fit my price range and wish list. The process was easy, transparent, and enjoyable. Prices were all under MSRP. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Allie Falvey

Dan Marechski was very friendly and helpful

Aaron Gamble

My experience was AWESOME ! Jared was my salesman and he was understanding , reliable , fast and most of all HONEST!!!! He made sure my experience at Cook Motors was awesome! I appreciate everything and you guys will have a loyal customer and I would definitely refer my friends and love ones

sharlene Chamberlain

Love this place. Second car I bought in 2 months

Anna Richards

Went in to buy a Mazda 3 after shopping a number of other dealers. They had the best price and was a dealer who gave me what I asked for without being pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership! Love my Mazda 3

Chris Kotula

Bought a new dodge ram today from cook great people to deal with. Went to a few other dealers and cook was by far the best to deal with. Was very happy with the transaction and customer service.

Patty Bennett-Fox

Purchased a used car from this dealer. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I practically fell in love with Howard, our salesman. When we were driving home (I'm an hour away in PA), the check engine light came on. We called them back to let them know, and they're going to do the necessary repairs. They even gave me a loaner to drive until my vehicle is repaired.

Danielle Lawrence

Beware of deceptive pricing. We saw a 2016 Nissan Altima at Cooks. The online price was $11,900. We went to Cooks and asked how much it was. We were told $14,400. Ok that's reasonable considering taxes in fees. When it was time to close we were told the out the door price was $15,900! Almost $4000.00 more in taxes and fees from the online price. We already had a deal from another dealer for $15,000 out the door, but I thought the $11,900 from Cooks would save us money. Cooks was not willing to negotiate. Their fees include $1400.00 for MD state inspection. That's a lot. A destination fee, handling fee, etc. Then the general taxes, which as we know are standard. The manager at Cooks took an hour to call back and was only willing to come down $300. Not worth it. Long story short, we went to the other dealer. They're willing to lose business over fees. They're fees can be negotiated, taxes are not. I shared with them that their reviews show customers are dissatisfied with the deceptive pricing. I was told good luck with my buying experience. My advice, buyer beware go somewhere else.

I drove 70 miles to see a 2016 Charger Scatpack. I got Bruce as my salesman. Bruce put on the paperwork that the car was $48,000 when the car was listed for $38,365. I brought in a 2016 Charger RT for trade that I owed $10,000 on with 33,000 miles. I was not initially approved, so I drove home. I was told to call back the next day to check the progress. I called and spoke to Bruce for days in a row. Bruce said that my car was probably worth more than they initially estimated. So instead of being worth $19,000 it was now worth $21,000, according to Bruce. I was told for days that Bruce was working with the sales manager on my deal for the new car. After a week of back and forth with Bruce, my wife and I called the finance manager directly. This is when we learned that Bruce lied to me the entire time. The finance manager had not spoke to Bruce about my deal or increasing my trade in estimate. The finance manager said that he would work on it and let us know the next day. After waiting over a week, we went to a different dealer. I contacted the bank that they requested for my loan approval. The bank stated that they could not approve me for a loan for almost $50,000. Just wonder how we got from $38,000 minus $9,000 for my trade to $50,000 with my trade. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE

I had engine problems with my truck only 61k miles on it.. and took it back to the same dealership I brought my truck at which was cook. It took a month to fix this issue, the service tech told me repeatedly he would follow up with me regarding the progress of fixing the issue and never did. I found myself having to constantly call to get a status update. Next time I will get my truck serviced at another dodge dealership. I recommend don't get your vehicle serviced here.

Came in on a same day appointment to have a few things checked out. Then they offered to do both service items right on the spot. Even performed a recall item that was lingering as well. Terrific first experience at Cook!

I brought my 2015 Dart last year and love every min of it! The service department here is the best I have been to and it makes me feel like I can trust they wont screw me over with unneeded repairs. Overall I love this dealer/service center and will continue with them in the future.

This dealership was wonderful! Had to have my van towed in, they made sure my family was comfortable and knew what was going on with our van. We were traveling and knew very few people in the area. They squeezed us and in as quickly as possible had us back on our way!! Thank you for making a trying situation bearable

Haven't had any issues with my car since I took it here and the price for me to get my car fixed was really decent compared to what others paid for the same issues that I was having. Thank y'all so much

The service desk is by far the worst service desk I been too. I had to take my car back repeatedly for the same issue, they had it for a total of 17 days. Afterwards, the same issue arose again, I skipped this place cause shame on me for going back there that many times. Went to a Midas, and they fixed my issue for free, they had a wrong battery in my car. A Dodge dealership, had a wrong battery in a Dodge car. I honestly would rather pay extra to go anywhere else. The two techs they had Bob and Brad were clearly cheats, and will just try to take your money, be careful of what they say and do to your vehicle. I had free oil changes for my car awhile ago, when I went there they were out of oil for my car. A dealership was out of oil, I went to Walmart got my oil and changed it myself. Sadly a few years ago this place was 5 Stars, but they're just getting worse and worse. Do not take your vehicle here for service, or buy any vehicles here. Once you buy the vehicle, you have to deal with the service they give you, and that's a hard pass. I will be spreading the word on how awful Cook motors is and make sure people do not spend money there!

The car drove fine, but didn't pass emission. A Dave person told me that they can't replace the converter because it was caused by engine problems, and its gonna cost close to 5g. I did not want to spend that kind of money, so I just decided to pick my car up.
