Shady Dealer. Bait and switch scam. Internet price was listed as "$XXXX Final Price". After a test drive, I'm told that there is an additional $1500 that needs to be added to that price for maintenance work performed so the car would be ready to sell! So why not include that in the list price?? Total bait and switch. Their final number for the "maintenance work" and taxes/title/tags etc was $1800 more than what they advertised on their website. I'm not the only one with this experience....read the other reviews.....Buyer be ware!!

Well me and my granddaughter walked in and met our salesman . He took us to a room and we explained our situation and the amount we wanted to spend. He looked into several cars and came back with a deal to offer Nd made it very easy and relaxing. It was my granddaughters first cat Nd it was really the kind of car she wanted a Chevy. I hope to bring my other granddaughter in . She's so proud if her car going off to college. She drove it all around Thursday until right back tire light came on We will have to check into that. Chelsea at the dealership is amazing. Great sales person, wonderful personality; all around great. IF I do come back, which is doubtful after this run around, she’s the only one I’ll deal with. I referred my brother to buy a vehicle almost two months ago and was told I’d receive a referral bonus- great. Not a big deal, just wanted to share the good service with my bro. Tell me why it’s been over a month and I’ve yet to receive my referral and they want to constantly give me the run around that it’s in the mail, there’s no estimated time of delivery, etc. I wouldn’t care at all had I not been promised and had I not convinced my brother to by a Honda instead of the BMW he was looking at. He should’ve went with the beemer. I bet they honor their word in a timely manor. Don’t make empty promises to your customers. It’s bad for business. Doubt I’ll ever see this check, but I’ll update my post if I get it. It’s just been so long maybe it “got lost in the mail.”

Excellent customer service! We recently purchased a van from this location and we are very satisfied with the products and staffs. We first went to the Honda Dealership near St.Matthew looking for a family van but received bad service so we decided to look for another dealership and found Jeff Wyler online. We were greeted upon entering the door. Our sales representative Robyn did an amazing job assisting us in finding a perfect van. She was patience and informative and we are very happy with everything. Thank you for putting up with us. This is not the first time we purchased a Honda, in fact this will be our family 3rd Honda. Excellent service! On the 4th of July we were driving from St. Louis to Cincinnati and my Pilot ran over a blown truck tire on the interstate. This caused a loud rattling noise from the chassis afterwards. We did not feel comfortable to keep driving so we called AAA which did not help a bit. At the time, all the auto repair shops were closed because of the holiday, so we had to book a hotel suite for the whole family that night. The next morning we called several nearby shops and none was going to open before 9 am. However, Wiley Honda’s courteous receptionist and service department were able to get us in without an appointment so that we may continue our journey. The manager George took my car in and the crew found the problem immediately and in less than one hour they were able to “bend” the rattling part of the muffler back to its original position, and because they did not change any parts, they did not charge me a dime. I am so grateful for their honest, efficient and hospitable service, which was really a godsend. Mr. Wiley, if you are reading this, my deep appreciation to you and kudos to George and the team! God bless you.

We got an amazing deal on our 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and we will forever use Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda! We drove the extra 30 minutes to go to Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda after receiving terrible service for the second time at Louisville Honda. I will never go to another Honda Dealership again. Bought my Civic in 2015 an just about every time I need anything done to it I go to Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda and the customer service is never lacking. As soon as you get there you pull up to the door an they hit the button to lift the door and you drive right in. When you get out of the car there is someone to greet you right away and find out what you need done. Recently had and oil change and transmission fluid change and I was there less than an hour. Great timely service with a smile!

The only thing good about this place was the cold soda. They showed me a car out of my price. I liked the car. They said 19500. Too much for me. I told them I wanted a car with under 50000 miles. They went to a related dealor and bought me a car to drive with 98000 miles on it. I declined to drive it. I said I would llke to look at a Civic. They found two Civics. One was sold The salesperson went to look for the stats on the Civic. I examined the car. Clearly a wreck. I showed the salesperson the cracked fender and scratches He asked if they could get the first car under the price range if I would look at it. They brought it back with a 72 month contract. I told them I would have to think about it. Then I noticed the sales price had a $1500 reconditioning fee tacked on. Of course I confronted them . A sales price is a sales price. The only time I was presented the 1500 reconditioning fee was on the credit contract not before. I got up and walked out.I may take an Consumer Protection Complaint against them and ask that their license to do business be suspended.

18th June 2019 What a bad experience. Not only did I have to listen to some younger salesmen complain about buyers never wanting to pay "realistic" prices for cars, but I was lied to by the Sales Manager. I wanted a 2019 Honda Civic Touring edition. I was offered $406 a month for a 12,000 miles 36 month lease with $4,000 down. They tried the dealer added accessories scam on me as well. $2100+ extra for nitrogen filled tires, wheel locks, a few all weather mats, mud guards and paint protection that is actually done at the factory. Total scam. We walked away after the Sales Manager said he was only making $300 with the price he offered me. 100% false. Today I've been on the phone with other Honda dealerships and the best price I've been given so far is $296 a month for the same car with 15,000 miles per year for 36 months and $4000 down. Stay away from Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall. They will screw you out of your hard earned money.

Hmm , I spent 6 hours at this location just to be told that I would receive a call on Monday to come and sign and pick up my car.. Never did I receive THAT call. I did how ever receive a call asking me about my experience was. Which I am giving now. I have tried to call multiple times to speak with someone, The managers are not answering neither the business or cell phones that I was transferred to , my sales man will not return my text or call. very disappointed I am very strong about my credit and them running it THREE times and wasting my time is beyond me. I recently purchased the 2019 Honda Civic Sport, earlier this month and I am in love! After having a not-so-pleasant experience at the Honda World dealership, I came to Jeff Wyler. With only an hour left until the dealership closed, I simply came to make an appointment to come back. My salesperson David was AWESOME!!!! He took his time and explained each component of the car, again with only an hour left!! He allowed me to test drive the car, and even went through the safety aspects with me. David introduced me to Steve, the manager, who was also amazing! He too was patient and honest! I came back the next day and purchased my car, which was $2,000 LESS than what the other dealership was selling the exact same car for. EVERYONE that I've come in contact with at Jeff Wyler has been great! Even the finance department was patient and upfront. Erin calmed my fears and patiently walked me through the final paperwork. I’ve been bragging about this dealership for the past 3 weeks!

Got setup from buying my car after I had been leasing it for three years. Went from paying $270 per month at like a 5-7% interest to $350 per month at 10.6% interest. Staff were rather pushy in processing when I thought it would be a simple, friendly process. Even after that initial bit, I experienced difficulties with regards to them saying they'd have the title and new plates mailed to me. Plates never arrived (they said they would be generous enough to pay for the replacement plates, but I honestly didn't want to revisit the business). Most knowledge I have regarding my title is that it was mailed out to me May 9th of last year, but with everything going on I don't even know if I even received it and lost it, so I'm going ahead and applying for a duplicate so I can get out of the financing situation I was put in and to not have any further ties with this business. Also made the mistake of getting the car worked on for some electrical issues which led to one of the technicians telling me one of my rear-view lights was out and would be an extra $50 to process, brings the final sheet to me with no record of the lights being adjusted, and goes ahead and says we fixed that for you for free. Pretty sure it was working properly in the first place, but obviously did not have time for more scheming after the previous situation.

Great job by this team at Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda! David was a good salesman and I love the fact that he did not try to fake his way through questions. If he didn't know, then he didnt know but he did take time to find out the answers. My only gripe in the process is that they did not send me out with a full tank of gas. The car had less than 1/4 tank of gas when I left the dealership but I did not realize until I was almost home. I am sure it was just a small oversight.

They have performed multiple repairs for me and even though this past time, they were unable to replicate my issue, I believe they put a lot into trying to identify it. I am grateful that they didn’t sell me on repairs that were just a guess, that may or may not have fixed the issue. The worst experience ever!!! First, I was sold a car with the carpet torn up in the back and the car sales man (Eric) knew about it but didn’t share this information, yes I should have check but I trusted him, lesson learned. Second, after i learned that my insurance covered a lot of the extra coverage in my contract this dealership gave me the run around trying to make me miss the time frame for where I could remove those extra expenses from my contract. I literally had to go in and wait for a couple hours until the financing guy were available to have my contract corrected because he kept giving me different and incorrect answers. Finally, I needed to get a new key and the dealership was no help at all, I called for days with no luck on being able to schedule an appointment and get a new key made. I ended up going to Honda World for assistance and they made me a new key that same day, they were seriously incredible and restored my faith in Honda dealerships. What’s wrong with Jeff Wyler Honda dealership? I will never shop there again, and I hope you learn from my experience!

I’ve always appreciated the service and professionalism I’ve received at Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda. They have been courteous, timely, and efficient in every experience I’ve had with them. Additionally, they’ve never pressured me into getting unnecessary services that do little for my vehicle while increasing their commission. My dad and mom went here to buy a truck. I called ahead to let them know that dad had altimers and moms health was bad. Also I wanted to be in the loop if they wanted to buy something. First they keep showing them trucks that was higher price range than they wanted. They bought a 2004 f150. I wasn't called. I feel they were taken advantage of. They ended up paying the asking price for the truck. No one buys a car at a lot for what the dealer is asking. No one. They over paid. The cost was 12,500 for the truck. Blue Bookwas at 9,800. Which they probably gave 7k on a trade. Not cool. I asked mom if they tried to talk them down. She said she mentioned the price but it was brushed aside. I contacted the dealer and only got the run around. They aren't to be trusted. Way to treat a senior citizen veteran with altimers.

Had appointment at 7:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Which to me means they start in it at 7:30 since we made appointment. Never received a call all day. Then when I called at 3:30 I couldn’t get anyone in service dept to answer and had to leave a message. Hour later still no response. Called again and receptionist took 10 minutes to get ahold of the service dept. and they said van was done. Why didn’t they call when it was done and why wasn’t it done around 8:30am. It doesn’t take 8 hours to do oil change and rotate tires.

It was alright, ended up paying a good amount more than advertised. Said it was stuff that was already done to the vehicle so it had to be paid (could of included it with the advertised price, since it had to be paid anyway). I was also lied to about getting a full tank of gas (it had 22 miles until empty right after I left). They also tried to price hike it with a $2200 warranty after everything was settled, thankfully I caught it early enough in the paperwork. I wouldn't really say anything was professional about this place, the workers kept talking about racial issues and it wasn't very pleasing. I would definitely watch out if you are buying a vehicle there. Ended up paying $4,000 more than advertised after all the hidden fees. $2,500 of that was "mandatory work that had already been done to the vehicle". The rest was taxes, doc fees, and registration (which I knew I would have to pay).

I am a longtime customer dating back to when the dealership was Bob Montgomery Honda/Chevrolet. They still provide good service on my Honda, and the staff is generally well-trained and polite. However, I've become increasingly frustrated with the dealership recently because some staff members don't seem to listen. We recently had a 2003 Honda Accord that needed expensive repairs, and my wife and I decided to donate to charity. But we received a form letter from the used-car salesman expressing interest in buying the vehicle--which frankly surprised me. So, o.k., I called, only to be told by the salesman that there was no interest, and he seemed to think that I was trying to pull a fast one--when I was simply replying to the form letter that was handed to me at the dealership. To make matters worse, I was playing telephone tag with the salesman for days to clarify this matter, and wasted valuable time. Additionally, I had said clearly that we were not interested in buying another car right now, but I've received repeated phone messages from the same salesman on both my cellphone and home phone. I felt utterly disposable to this salesman--a profitable means to an end, rather than a human being. Finally, to take the cake, I just received a letter from the dealer reminding me to get the 2003 Honda fixed--EVEN THOUGH I'VE ALREADY TOLD THREE PEOPLE THAT I'M DONATING THE VEHICLE. We've also received a credit-card offer and oil-change offer in the mail in the past few days, and anticipate more mailings in the days ahead. I've grown tired of this indifferent level of customer service and pressure sales tactics. This would never have happened with Bob Montgomery Honda.

Salesman Luna was a big help in my purchase. He did amazing, but the managers have cheated us out of included lock nuts because we negotiated a lower price than what they wanted to sell us the car for saying that they "gave" us the accessories for "free" even though you cannot remove any of the additional items listed for a lower price. Frustrated that everyone I talked to on the phone just avoided letting me talk to a manager. Chelsea (a manger the day of purchase) was very helpful the day of the purchase, but Kalvin (manager who kept refusing to help resolve the issue) was aggressive and we are not satisfied with his performance.

My experience is somewhat annoyed. The dealership has my contact information when it isn’t my car. It’s my husbands car. Since before the purchase they somehow got our cell phone numbers mixed up. I have asked them to fixed this more than a half a dozen times. So all notifications and phone calls for service, feedback, appointments etc. go to me then from me to my husband. It really shouldn’t take much effort to make a simple change to the profile. It’s not a huge deal, but annoying.... perhaps this will ensure it is resolved?

Don't ever do business with these jokers. We negotiated a price for a CRV and they said they would give us the $1995 extra care package for free. But they bait us and switched. I didn't realized until we got home that actually sold us a car that we did not test drive or agree on. Also they did not wash it before my husband took possession of the car. Dirty AF. They are crooks. Go to Honda World I have bought cars from them they are awesome. Ask for Scott Wood. We make a huge mistake by going to Jeff Wyler. Also while was there, I needed to use the restroom and a woman who worked there was going to the bathroom in a stall with the door open. When I walked past her she said "sorry, it's too small" I guess meaning the stall but so gross. Totally unprofessional.

First off I wanna say I got a phone call from a loud obnoxious "salesman" named Eric Carson. He was incredibly rude and pushy while on the phone. I came in anyways because they had the vehicle I wanted. During the entire time he kept stopping while speaking and rolling his eyes and keeping his mouth open. It was incredibly disgusting and rude. He acted like the typical Ghetto salesperson from some buy here pay here lot. Always rushing me and never listening to what I had to say. That might work for some of his kind of customers but not me. I left immediately and decided to buy my car at a much more professional place with better quality sales people. Stay away from Jeff Wyler and especially Eric Carson.

My spouse and I purchased a 2018 Civic about a week ago and were really pleased with the organization. They are focused on customer service and exceeded our expectations. The day we made our purchase, we had to wait on the finance person for quite a bit, but they were short due to staff illness. Regardless of that, they kept us informed about the wait and did their best to expedite the process. Our salesman was Kyle and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and listened to what we wanted in a car. He had a great vibe and wasn't pushy; just a really genuine guy.

Recommend to not buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda. This purchase was for a used 2012 Honda Odysee which we aquired Feb 18, 2019. Several reasons: 1) They attempted to let us leave the lot with our new to us vehicle with an almost empty tank of gas until I pushed the issue. They are not interested in your satisfaction. 2) Overall experience revealed very poor customer service-most likely due to poor workplace culture. A large part of my profession is people management, giving me authority to speak on this topic. After you purchase the vehicle if you try to contact them they will not answer or give you a return call after leaving message. 3) MOST CONCERNING: Vehicle was presented to us from this Honda dealership as though it had passed their multipoint inspection. One week after purchase I took it to our local Honda dealership a little closer to us for some known maintenance items needing to be adressed and they did their multipoint inspection. $3200 later the car is now back to reliable. There were mechanical issues extending beyond reasonable including items involving leaking transmission lines and oil gaskets. There were two broken shocks. This dealership is either completely dishonest or their mechanics are incompetent. The only reason they receive 1 star is because it will not let me leave 0 stars.

The salesperson did an okay job, he wasnt familiar with the vehicle at all, and we were told it was his first sale and first day on the job. So, his lack of knowledge isnt his fault. He was very respectful. As far as everything else, I am beyond ticked off. We bought a 2014 Nissan Armada, and less than 30 days later the starter is going out. We were promised the vehicle would be detailed for cleaning just to call and schedule an appointment. I tried for 3 weeks to do this and they gave me the run around transferring me here and there. Finally when I took it to the dealership for them to find out why it was having trouble starting ( that's how we found out the starter is going bad). Then they tell us it's going to be $1300 for them to fix it. Umm WHY? It's a $40 part, and I know labor isnt that much. Also while up there, since they gave me the run around about the detail, I went ahead and scheduled it while I was there. I had my husband take it up there first thing the morning of the appointment. By noon I hadn't heard anything so I called up there to check on it. No one could tell me anything! None of the managers answered their phones! No one returned my calls, with a voicemail left! Completely ticked off at this point I had my husband call up there. Then they proceeded to tell him that it was dropped off the night before and had no ticket on it. After he argued with them that he had in fact dropped it off himself that morning, they moved it to the front of the line to have it done by 5! Luckily it was done by 3ish. But when my husband got home, it looked barely clean on the outside, which I figured was just the drive home as it's about an hr away. I looked inside and the carpet is still stained all to hell, there is popcorn in between the center console and middle seat. There is something black in the cub holder in the 3rd row, as well as under the seats at the locking mechanism for the hatch! Their service SUCKS! Bottom line. They lied to us, and give us the run around. I've got pictures but it will not let me upload them.

My family and I have purchased 7 Honda’s. This dealership, by far, was the hardest to work with. Their general manager does not return phone calls and does not keep his word. They are not willing to negotiate and do not put their potential customers first. I ended up buying a brand new Accord, from a dealership that knows how to treat people and genuinely wants your business. If you want a good experience, I recommend Gates Honda in Richmond. They will offer you the best deal and will treat you with the respect you deserve. Do not waste your time with Jeff Wyler Honda, the general manager, or the salespeople.

I was interested in a car at Jeff Wyler Honda Dealership in Louisville. I drove 100 miles to look at it. They offered $2,000 less than other dealerships were willing to give for my trade. I came back to my home dealership and asked if they could help us secure the car. Our dealership called Ron Williams and was told that we could have the car, no problem. When we tried to reach him to schedule a pick up time, he would not return phone calls. His secretary told us we could come and get the car, but then she called and said that Ron Williams wanted us to wait until he was there the next morning. He again would not answer phone calls or return messages. They even lied and tried to tell us the car had sold the night before. I know this was a lie because I was looking at it until they closed. It is now 10 days later....... the car is still listed on the internet for sale. They are simply disrespectful and do not keep their word. It is almost impossible to get ahold of management and you will be given the run around. They will not return your phone calls and they do not keep their word. I have since purchased a new vehicle from my hometown dealership and would not recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone.

I wish I would have waited and just purchased my vehicle at Honda World on Hurstbourne Lane. My experience with Jeff Wyler has consisted of Steve pushing me to pay for their mathematical error in order to purchase my vehicle, they've never detailed the car as promised, never completed the meeting with a delivery specialist as promised (and necessary to explain all the bells and whistles of our vehicle) and my sales rep has stopped contacting me in order to fulfill promises made and now finally the dealership manager has yet to call me back to discuss my concerns. Don't bother going to this dealership they don't know how to treat their customers. Edit: I really wanted to be able to edit this review and say they have turned this experience around but unfortunately the calamities continued. I followed up with the Dealership manager, Ron Williams, again. He called me back and left a message asking to call his cell. His cell was a generic voicemail which I wasn't sure if it was the right number and the mailbox was full so I left him a message again at the dealership. He didn't call back so I called his cell again. It was Saturday so he quickly brushed me and my concerns off and said he would call me Tuesday after the holiday weekend. I never received a call back. When someone called to see if I was liking my vehicle it stirred up the process again. Ron didn't seem to want to talk and curtly told me that salesman no longer worked there due to broken promises. He said he would schedule the detailing and would talk to me in person when we dropped off our vehicle. I finally scheduled to talk to Ron face to face, have the van detailed and get the delivery specialist to inform us of the vehicle functions. I texted Ron to confirm the meeting time and he never responded. We did go ahead and met with the delivery specialist, David, who was wonderful and politely explained they had hired a salesman that made unattainable promises who was now fired. He also stated how they handled the price negotiation was a moot point now, so lesson learned. I should have walked away from the deal despite how rare it is to find a Honda Odyssey Touring. Ron avoided us the whole time while we were there at drop and and after waiting for about 10 minutes to talk to Ron we had to leave as our babies were melting down as it was bedtime. By this point we had been there 1.5 hours and he never came to speak to us at all and seemed to avoid at all costs. After 3 phone calls to see if the van is ready for us to pick up after it being detailed it seems it was being sent to Ohio for pick up, then finally it seems it was never detailed, had no idea where it was, who had the keys, nor if it had been detailed. Hopefully we will have a van to pickup tomorrow since they have asked for another day to detail it. In short: The Jeff Wyler way consists of niceties to your face until they get your 50K and then they stop wanting to fulfill promises and blame negligent salesman and won't take ownership of their poor hiring decisions which mar the dealership and the face of their customer service. Ron, the dealership manager, has had so many opportunities to make this situation better but has dropped the ball every time. Leadership behavior starts at the top down so no wonder you get poor service.

Upselling ( warranties and packages) during the business paperwork was the only negative, I’ve yet to buy a car where they don’t do that though. Wish I could give 0 stars. Said they would fix TPMS on Friday...was still on when we left the lot. Called service manager... was told they would take care of it. Brought it in on Thursday...waited 1:30 until car was looked at...told the sensor would cost $120...out the door 45 minutes later for $220. Called service manager and was offered a free oil change. Don't trust them with your car.
