My service is always amazing every time I go. I’m from out of town and I make it a priority to go to Anthony’s every time I am in Brooklyn. All their food is amazing but my favorite is The Bay Ridge Special! I would recommend Anthony’s to anyone who is looking for great quality meats and amazing staff.

Five stars for fantastic subs and even more outstanding service. Anthony himself is usually around to help customers, but all of the staff I've encountered thus far is friendly, competent, and clean. Their meat quality is great, but perhaps my favorite thing is their sausage links. I'm not really a sausage person (insert innuendos here) but the husband Loves them. Since we discovered Anthony's, I've stopped giving him a hard time when he suggests sausages for dinner. Also try their Primo Italiano sub. Yum. Edit: Actually, try The Italiano. Even better! It's hard to find a butcher (especially in Brooklyn!) that is always friendly and positive, who answers the phone when slammed, and who takes the time/has the patience to give you exactly what you needed (for a weird recipe you've never made before).

I am so glad there is what I can say is relatively an old school butcher shop near me. Update: Whenever I run into a lasagna I have to try it. I have had many in the neighborhood and I have to say that Anthony's is top notch!

Found this place randomly while working in area and wow i walked into a gold mine. I was super impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. Very friendly man behind counter who was eager to provide with a meal that i would enjoy. Steak sandwich with peppers and onions not the least bit greasy. Perfect potato salad. I cant believe im the first one to write a review. I am not from this area but i sure ill make my way back.

High quality and large variety of meats, pasta, soups, sauces. Outstanding sandwiches and prepared foods. The people are friendly and professional and glad to share their knowledge. The facility is clean and well laid out. They did an excellent job catering a family event. I come here for meat for cookouts and I've learned a lot. Anthony knows his stuff and practices top notch customer service. This is a neighborhood gem.

Rosemarie was super kind and the guy behind the counter was very accommodating as well! I had the eggplant parmesan and it was amazing! I sampled the vegetable soup if the day as well and it was good! Thanks for keeping customer service alive. Great food, great customer service = great business! I wish I lived in the neighborhood.

Parking is a PAIN! Store is okay. Not a crazy selection, but okay for a last minute drop by. Rather pricey, quality of meat is good, but same quality in shop rite is significantly cheaper and more options (yes, butcher in shop rite will cut what you ask). Service is alright. Decent burger, sausage, and pre cooked selections if you're into that. Got a few rib eye steaks, good quality, but as mentioned, pricey. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here.
