Fun place. HORRIBLE service from a girl named Destany. She was so rude, acted like we were an inconvenience to her working, didn't ask us if we wanted anything to eat or drink until we were 5 minutes away from ending our bowling game. Grabbed her check without asking if we wanted anything else and forgot half our order. All Star, do yourself a favor and let her go.

We had a great time...it did cost us some $$ but we had some quality family time. Note that the different locations have different pricing and amenities. This location had bowling, an arcade, snack shop, bumper cars, and more. They charge bowling by the hour, which is always good to know. I like that the tickets in the arcade are all held on a card, no rows and rows of tickets to hold. Air hockey was my favorite. I might need to save up again for our next trip since I spent about $100 for me and 3 kids but worth it for that family fun time.

The options they have for bowing with younger kids are awesome. I took my 5 year old and selected a much more simple bowling mode where each pin was worth 1 point and it had cute cartoon animations. She had a ton of fun.

Love bowling here. Especially in the more private area. More expensive but you have more privacy, more comfort, service is great. Worth it if you're bowling with friends or with someone else and you don't want to deal with people.

I set up a birthday party at pins and Ales for my wife this year. Not only did I have service that was above and beyond the booking team, but I had plenty of space for 20 people plus we had show up. We originally had reserved two lanes but quickly discovered we needed a third and they were able to accommodate with our numbers, food orders, and drinks. I would definitely go back.

GORGEOUS bowling alley, great prices on Sunday. We had a problem with our lane and had to wait 15 minutes for help, but they gave our time back which was really good. I'm so glad to have found such an amazing alley. It's nice that there's an adult section too - Pins & Ales, because it makes for a more chill, relaxing environment. This is honestly a wonderful alley, and if the service had been a bit faster, they would have 100% gotten five stars.

This place has so many activities! I only participated in bowling, but they have an arcade, bumper cars, laser tag, and more! They have food to buy, and great music. The bowling alley was pretty impressive and very updated.

Tons of room for activities. All of the games are modern and fun - the VR system is top of the line. This isn't an old arcade/bowling alley that's seen better years - this place is top notch. Atmosphere is a mixture of families teens and adults. It's big enough to not feel chaotic when there are lots of kids running around. Enough games for all ages to enjoy.

$50 for 2 games with 3 people on “Family night” On the worst lane I’ve ever used in 20 years. This place is poorly maintained with current management. The facility was filthy. The floors, the accumulation of dirt on the lanes, and the touch screens was just disgusting. It’s hard to see it in the low light. But I noticed. The lane hadn’t been oiled or maintained properly in weeks it seemed. I brought up my concerns with the front desk and nobody seems to have any authority or care to properly address them. Simply left and said I will not be returning again. There are better facilities in the area. That are better maintained and offer a far better value and customer experience.

We have been here a few times before, but today we had my daughter's birthday party there and it was amazing!!! I couldn't believe the value I received for my money. The host, Marissa, went above and beyond for us. Every girl in our party said that was the best birthday they ever went to. We want to do this same birthday every year.

Took my kids here to use our Wasatch savings card. Although it took a while for someone to be at the desk to help me (it was a slow afternoon though), I was very pleased with our experience. We played miniature golf for my son's first time and he loved it. The sets were really well done and he especially liked the Frankenstein. We also played a game of bowling. I loved the dinosaur ramps. It made the experience that much more fun.

Super fun place. I take the family here quite often. I signed the whole family up for kids bowl free for the summer. It's a one time fee of $50 per adult but you get to bowl two games everyday after that for free between certain hours. All you have to pay for it are your shoes. The staff are always amazing an eager to help with anything.

For a bowling alley, the conference room is amazing, spacious, and elegant. It’s a great room to use for business meetings where people can go and have great fun after. The staff is professional and nice.

This place looked good from the outside, but when getting inside and ordering food it was absolutely terrible!!! When ordering food the service was terrible!!! We finally got to the point where we ordered and they said our food would be out shortly and we waited over 45 minutes!!! They finally brought our food out and there was a (long black hair) on it!!! I then approached the server and she was being snotty about there being a hair on my food!!! They said they would get me a new burger and i continued to wait an additional 30 minutes!!! They brought out the other burger and they messed it up again by putting a raw uncooked slimmy egg on it!!! They did the same thing to my fiance!!! The cooks didnt wear hair nets either!!! They would take care of it again!!! I highly recommend never eating at this place ever!!!

The arcade is such fun for any age and the bumper cars go pretty fast which I was surprised about. Ordered the Mac and cheese balls and they just tasted of vegetable oil....

Place is always packed and there is always a wait. Very frustrating. I think you have to be 21 to bowl in the adult area where it's peaceful so we couldn't take our adult 20 year in there. Although I do understand why. Just frustrated since all other lanes were packed except in the adult area.

I love this place! They have an excellent arcade that use the card system to store tickets and money on, so it’s easy to collect tickets from multiple visits. The bowling alley is great. The real secret here is they have excellent food, everything I have tried has been really good. Pizza to fish and chips all taste like you are at a restaurant with a waiter.

The bowling lanes are alwayd clean and the staff are kind and courteous. They have really good food and they will bring it to your bowling lane. It is a family friendly environment. They have bowling balls to use and you can rent bowling shoes there.

I Luv bowling here but I am limited to how often I can go based upon how expensive it is. $35 for just one hour on a lane is an awful lot of money not including shoes. When I go with just my girlfriend you're talking about almost $18 per person for just 1 hour. When I go to the movies even at $12 a ticket it's a two to three-hour movie. I would go more often if it cost less

The employees here are AWFUL!! Every question i asked gets answered with an eye roll. On their phones ALL the time, i paid $20 for an appetizer “combo” and it came with almost nothing. I love the arcade and it’s a nice establishment, but the employees are the absolute worst which is why this is getting one star

My daughter went here for a birthday party. The bowling was great, they have laser tag, mini golf, bowling and a pretty big arcade. They also have a couple virtual reality games, one geared more for kids the other more for older kids or adults. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. Restrooms are clean too which is a rare thing for places like this.

EXTREMELY disappointed. When we first got there it was like the employees were deciding who would come up and help us. The girl that ended up helping us was less than enthused. We got our stuff and spent $35 for an hour of bowling for 2 people. They don’t let you just purchase one game. Then we wanted snacks so we went to the bouncer at the bar and he said we can get fries from the cafe. So we walk to the cafe and stand there for 10 minutes. I made eye contact with one employee and he LITERALLY did nothing and just walked to the back. I looked around and the same employees that didn’t want to help us earlier were just staring at us. Finally someone came over and said “can I help you with something? This area is shut down.” Rude. We went back to the bouncer and went to the bar to order fries. The lady at the bar was the only nice employee in the whole joint. We got our fries and went back to our table. I needed a different size of shoe so I went back to the front counter and the employees were all sitting on the ground on their phones. We were so frustrated with the lack of customer service that we didn’t even finish our game of bowling and left. We are both General Managers of restaurants, so to see customer service this bad was extremely disappointing. We were left confused and frustrated and very disappointed. We won’t be back.

Enjoyed the adult area with full bar for bowlers; hated our waitress who decided to visit us twice in two hours, having to be hunted down once to ask where our drinks and appetizers were. No worries: the couple who came in an hour after us saw WAY more attention than we did. The waitress literally fawned all over them. I would have had several drinks but had a single beer that entire night and wasn't interested in making constant treks back to the bar for drinks (especially after the ball return locked for fifteen minutes forcing us to drag someone over to fix it). Way to treat your customers. Not coming back.

The arcade is fun and when things didn't work right, the employees were very helpful in fixing it or refunding you when they couldn't get it to work. Food was on par for what you would expect of this type of place. I love bowling, but I couldn't bring myself to pay what they were asking. Be sure to call a head if you have a group more then six. They charge per hour once you pay your hour starts. What if your party of six + is late? You still are on the clock. The pizza was good!

I liked the couch and table setup that is found at each lane (the cost of bowling was pricier but The setup was nice). I was disappointed with the waitress that came to our lane to ask if we wanted anything to eat or drink. She didn’t introduce her name to us and she seemed irritated when we asked to start with water (cups and a pitcher of water). I was thinking about getting an appetizer but she dropped off the water quickly and left. She didn’t come back. Later I flagged her down to ask for more water and she seemed really bothered by my response (she avoided eye contact and didn’t smile). She picked up the pitcher and start to walk off but turned around. She then told me it cost money for a pitcher of water if she were to bring it to me. But it would be free if I took it to the food area to ask for a refill. I asked a couple other employees about that when I took the pitcher up and one laughed and seemed surprised that one of their employees would say such a thing. He said, “she may not know, I’ll talk to her.” The waitress never came back to our lane the rest of the night and when she did come near our lane she seemed to avoid me when I tried to find out her name.

Service was good. We only came for indoor mini golf in the winter. It was a fun little course pretty flat nothing super cool and a little broken down and dirty (just the mini golf) but it was fun nevertheless. But mini golf is clearly a little side show here everything else was clean, modern and well maintained. Bowling is the main attraction with good food, plus and arcade for adults and kids. Overall great place for kids, adults and families. They have a separate adult bowling alley as well for those who do not have children.

Maybe I just went on a bad day. We went to do some bowling, but we're not successful in getting help to get shoes or a lane. There were several people at the desk, but it seemed another patron was having an issue the one of the employees was helping with and the rest of them seemed content to hang back but still exchange glances with me. We decided to look around, as it was out first time here and when we were done looking we decided to just leave instead of trying again. The place did look nice enough and seemed to have a lot to offer so maybe we'll try again when we are feeling adventurous.

This time we had my husband’s company use the the bar side I want to say Pins and Ale? . Modern look nice couches to hang out on big bar to sit at, big screens for music videos music banging/ everyone has s great time. The food and service was great! We basically had the place to ourselves on a Tuesday early evening!

The facility is nice and fun. We made a reservation and then still had to wait 30 minutes to get on a lane. Don’t see the point of reserving when we still have to wait for an extended period of time. The customer service was lacking... once we got on our lane we had to ask multiple times for someone to come and clean off our counter/bar area, which was full of the previous parties food and drinks. The women’s bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Seemed as though all the employees were taking an extended break that day! Three stars is a lucky rating... I would go back, but I would seriously look into different bowling lanes before doing so.

So as advertised in store and online it says that ON FATHERS DAY fathers play for free. That's games and bowling. In fine print it says that bowling maybe limited to 1 hour depending on availability. BUT that's an outright lie!!! When I get there they tell me that I have to pay no matter what. And that if I do hourly on bowling then I pay for a half hour. But if i do by game I pay for the first one and then i get the 2nd for free. Same with any attractions. So dads DO NOT play for free. Its a scam and a hustle and a lie to make money.

Fun environment and $9 for an hour of bowling including the shoes. You can do 2 games if you have 4 people or less. A ton of other games are available, but you would need to spend more money for that. Also the availability of a menu for food was cool too. Good place to have a birthday party.

They have a lot of activities here. We went to the restaurant inside. They had good appetizers and the main entre we had was pizza which was pretty good as well. They bowl by time instead of games which I didn't care for and the lanes are dark so you can't see the arrows on the lane which affected my score. It was fun though.

This used to be my favorite place to take my son. Over the last couple of years the prices are just a bit outrages. $30 for bowling. Before they would offer $3 a game now they only offer $30 plus shoes. Sorry but im not going to pay 50 just for a game of bowling. Food is okay but could be better. Service not so great. I used to come weekly here and now i dont. Its a fun place but over priced. The employees could have better service and attitudes.

We went here for a birthday party. There was plenty for kids to do and although it was loud it was a great place for kids and it was clean. They were extremely attentive and we're consistently checking in. The food was good and overall a very enjoyable place. Great place/atmosphere for parties, not just for children but casual get-togethers would be fun as well.

This is not a complaint about our waitress but rather the general manager. We had an amazing experience with our waitress Destany and she stayed on top of helping us and made sure we enjoyed our time here, but happened to hear this lady giving her a hard time while Destany was being sweet to her the entire time and it appeared the lady may have been unable to properly comprehend everything because she appeared too drunk. Sadly after hearing that we asked her about it and she told us how she had recieved a bad review from this lady and was fired by the general manager Jared because of a women who was actually quite rude to her the entire time. We do not plan on coming back here if she is no longer here.

A really fun place to go and a great option for entertainment. There is a couple problems though, 1. If you are thirsty and want water, there are no water fountains so that is a downside. The second thing is the game where u hit the hammer and try to get the perfect score is broken when me and my friend were here, my friend swiped the card in the slot, after that the game shut down then broke and didn’t start his turn. 3. Some of the staff is not great, when i was trying to get a pizza (which costed a lot)

Nice clean facility. We went for bowling and arcade. They had bumper guards and fun dinosaur ramps to help kids with bowling. Has a big fun selection of arcade games- good variety. Water games, target shooting, racing, a giant claw. We were in town for a family trip but will come back again if the opportunity arises! All employees were super nice and helpful!

I am very disappointed in the price to bowl there! Plus you pay extra to rent the shoes. They want $100 for a family to bowl for 2 hours so we only did one hour then they shut the game down and the last player didn't get to finish. For the price we paid we should get to at least finish the game. The staff was nice so I gave 2 stars but there was trash at al the tables and the lane sitting area is very crowded. We had skilled bowlers with us who said the lanes weren't in hood shape which effected there bowling(the shine?). I won't go back there.

I visited this establishment with a group of 6. In the bar area, seated at a table the service was slow. Additionally, we had a designated driver with us that ordered a root beer and when I brought up that he was our designated driver the waitress said that it didn't matter because most people "Ubered there if they were drinking anyway". I'm not saying an establishment must give free soft drinks to designated drivers - but you'll never get 5 stars if you're a bar and you don't. The other star losses were due to the service.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a business in the last year. They said it would be a 15 min wait. Ended up being a 45 min wait but there were at least 5-6 open lanes that whole time. Told us that we could add a 7th player but then didn’t. Our screen was all messed up and they took 30 mins to take it off. The staff said they would fix all these things and then turned their heads to all of our needs. I don’t post reviews very often. I love to post reviews for really good service and really bad service and unfortunately this we really really poor service. Hope they can turn things around.

Finally another good bowling alley! The all star lanes in west jordan is so busy we gave up on going there years ago. Today was aa Saturday afternoon and we only had a half hour wait and their video games and other games (basketball, etc.) are really high quality. They even have a big VR game.

We have been here several times and felt very disappointed with tonight's visit. The service here used to be great but appears to have gone down with time. When we got our lane, the area was a mess and so we had to ask for the area to be cleaned. We have always had a waitress come right over and take our food and drink order. When no one came over, we asked for a waitress to be sent over, and they refused to send anyone and we were told we had to go and order at their cafe and then someone would bring our food. Right after we placed our order, an extremely large group shows up, and magically a waitress arrives to ask them if they want to order anything. Once our food arrives, there are no napkins or condiments. Because of bad service I make a complaint to a manager who came over to our lane and we're told someone would be right over with napkins and condiments and that we would have time added to our game. We waited several minutes before anything arrives and I couldn't really tell if any extra time was added. While the manager was there, you would have thought that he would have noticed how only 1 person in a group of 8 was wearing bowling shoes but they were all bowling. Because of all the problems we asked for an extra 5 minutes be added to our game, since we had to take our time that we paid for to deal with problems. They agreed to add the 5 minutes but wound up closing our game out. This has been some of the worst service I have received from any company in a long time. I don't know if I'll be returning any time soon.

It was ok. We wanted to play some VR and it was broken....we ended up playing some pacman which was cool. And when we brought our coins to redeem...nobody was 100% on what to do w them.

Always a fun place for bowling respect around $10 per person per hour. I definitely recommend doing the adult side over the normal side and be prepared to spend money on arcades. Other than that best bowling experience in town!

Good place to take the kiddos. Would give 5 star rating if the games were a little less expensive. Also, one of the employees that helps redeem tickets for prizes was a little rude and seemed annoyed they had to do their job. Otherwise, good place to go.

4 Star Place Right off the bat...If you are planning in eating while bowling better ask to get a server to take your order asap. Due to how busy this place is at peak hours they take a long time to get your food...sometimes over $35 mins... Family environment Safe place to spent with friends and family Restrooms HAVE NO DOORS (why???) I recommend their wings and hamburgers Pizza is not bad Better than other bowling alley places This place can get really really busy between 5 and 7...I guess is typical This place has now Scape Rooms Arcade cards are expensive...your kid can easily burn a $25 dllr card in a matter of minutes per kid so I would not recommend to stay for the arcade games...

I took my family mini golfing here and we absolutely loved every second! They have such fun thems, its very clean, not to crowded, and its only $5 for a round. I would never play in the arcade due to how costly the games are but ill definitely be back for more rounds of mini golf!

Plenty of things to do for everyone in the group. If you forget to visit the miniature golf course, don't feel bad. Everything else is a hard 10. I very much enjoy this place when it comes to activities, obviously bowling, but the arcade is in point. Looks like they have a new VR area I need to try as well!

This used to be my favorite arcade, but I came here yesterday and was really disappointed. In the last few months, a lot of the games have been rearranged and moved to a different part of the building, or eliminated completely. It feels like they have half as many games as they used to. Of the games they did have, quite a few were labeled "out of service." Not a single ski ball lane was open yesterday! Maybe they were just having an "off" day, but I'm pretty disappointed that they seem to have gotten rid of a lot of their games.

Love this place. Gotta love the adult only area. No kids in there :-) you can bowl with freedom on nice lanes. Pretty clean and friendly atmosphere. Bar tenders are awesome, bar backs are just as friendly. A must go.

Amazingly, not as busy as you might think. Arcade could use a few more additions, but laser tag, bowling and mini golf are all fun. The bumper cars, however, are a joke. Not very much space and not very fun, either...

Great place for a family hang out for going out when some friends. There is a pub inside with several beers on tap. The pub also has its own sweet of lanes if you don't want to be around kids. There is several arcade games for kids to play if they don't want to bowl. The lanes are up to date so it's super easy to add bumpers for the kids if you want. If you are wanting to have a party, they also have rooms that you can rent.

What a disappointment! My husband and I took our son to celebrate his bday and brought one of his friends along. Majority of the games were out of order, most of the ones that were in order took majority of our tokens and were not functioning properly. They were out of numerous food items which happened to be almost all the ones my son wanted and to top that off there were only 2 people working. So we had to take turns with multiple parties before someone could help us! Why sell an unlimited attractions pass but not have enough employees working to operate all of the attractions! I have been here multiple times with friends and family as well as my workplace over the years. This place is not like it used to be! Not worth the money! The only reason I gave this a 2 star was because the workers worked with a smile which was appreciated

The employ that was working at laser tag never helped our kids put their gear on, he stood there and watched as they struggled. My daughter pointed him out to me. So than we went to turn in our tickets and when the first kid behind the counter scanned our cards we had 2,657 tickets all together, so the kids were looking to see what they wanted and than we go back up there to tell them what they want , they switched kid employees and so now the new one back their had to scan our cards again which the other one put aside and said these are your cards, so he scanned them again and we only had 1,657 tickets. I said what is going on we had more than that just a sec ago and all he said was go talk to the front counter, so we did and they said card error on one of the cards. They never fixed the problem no one cared there. So we went back to the ticket kid employee and I told him we had more than that and he just looked at me like he was half asleep . We asked him to check and see if this other card sitting there was ours and he just looked at us . It was the same kid employee from laser tag. Very rude kid and he was half sleeping on the job.

They redid the building and its really nice but get ready to have you wallet taken advantage of. The games and bowling are outrageously priced. The arcade games are mostly $1 or $2 each. Absolutely crazy

I wasn't very impressed with my experience here. We paid for a game of laser tag and our guns didn't work and we went to find the employee and she was nowhere to be found. She acted like she hated her job. The customer service was very poor. The arcade games are really expensive, most of them are $1 each or more. 3 different games took our money and they didn't even work. We lost $3 on 3 different games.
