Everything on the surface of Bedroxx is fine. The food, atmosphere, and facilities were acceptable. Our lane broke down several times during our two hour bowling session, but the mechanics were able to fix it quickly.

Went in with 2 kids to bowl last week and the whole building was rented out. I was talking to the girl at the counter and she was helping me just fine. The owner came over and butted in very rudely with a passive aggressive how can I help you. And I said I'm talking to her, she's doing just fine, and he said well I'm the owner so talk to me. I asked him a question since he seemed to require the attention and he just shook his head as an answer and walked away. This place has almost closed down a few times over the last few years, and I'm honestly surprised it hasn't. The ownership is garbage and they don't care about their customers, just about trying to stay open. They just permanently lost my business, and won't get any from anyone I know, ever in the future. Don't go here, it's junk, was much better 10 years ago... only gets worse every day.

The bowling area is discusting. The tables anand floors are incredibly sticky and moist, making it impossible to bowl when your shoes get wet and sticky you constantly trip on the wood when bowling. Extremely over priced, you can get the same deal at Fiesta or Golden Pin Lanes, the music videos and lights when bowling for much much much cheaper. Staff was messing around alot. Ive been in multiple times and nothing has changed. I would not recommend. Just go to Fiesta or Golden. The arcades have better games and the bowling ally is much nicer and much cheaper.

This place used to be nice I went last night and half the games were out of order. I had to wait ten minutes at the bar for a drink each time I got one because the bartender wasn't there-- I later saw him standing there texting in blue 42. I don't want to single him out though, I saw a lot of employees on their phones. Since half the games were broken, I shoved all my tokens in one machine, and even had someone give me all their tickets because there wasn't anyone at the ticket counter. They took so long I just took 2 toys and left my 42 tickets on the counter ( not stealing, I took what my tickets could pay for).

This is an excellent place for the whole family to have fun! Bowling, arcade games, food & drink all good quality. The house balls look like normal house balls, they have plenty ranging from 6-16lbs. Party packages are a decent value. Restrooms are clean, if a little smelly. Sound system sounds great.

I was there for a birthday party for my nephew and they would only give us 4 plates at a time for our pizza so I to keep going back and asking for more plates when the kids went to play the video games most of the games were stealing their tokens and when we ask the lady she said oh well I guess you have to play a different game but never gave them the tokens back

Went on Wednesday evening. Was very disappointed. Employees were rushed, not friendly. I waited at the food counter for awhile ( employees, and i believe mgs), kept walking by, nobody acknowledged me until i asked if this is where I order. The place was messy, lids not stocked. Then the restrooms, they were filthy. Looks like they hadn't been tended to all day. I have a all daughter, the thought of her using the facilities, disgust me. This place seems to have gone downhill. I don't believe we will be coming back.

Worst Customer service we have had. Two different times we attempted to have a birthday party here and they "could not find the reservations". I understand that things happen and it's not always going to be seamless. The biggest problem is that they showed zero care about the situation and just shrugged it off and ignored us. We stood at the counter for 10 min after requesting to speak to the manager with no one coming up to us. The agent behind the desk kept helping other walk in customers and getting them lanes. On top of all of this both times we've been in there it was unbearably hot with no air conditioning or fans on. When we request this change we are met with utter disrespect as if it were asking for a mk million dollars. This plavlce use to be fun and lately you can see it's on its death bed. Treat your customers better, make it easier for them to spend their money here, and remember that you once were a great bowling alley and maybe just maybe you'll start to get business again... just not from me or those I have influence over.

This place went downhill years ago, and has continued that path. So much potential for a great place but it seems staff at ownership doesn’t care much? Be prepared to track down workers, receptionists, and bartenders if youre lucky. It seems there are only two people working the whole facility these days. Shame.

It was fun for the kids, groupons DO NOT WORK SUNDAY!! Their soda machine tasted like dirt, even the women behind the drink comped my drink. The arcade needs a major vamp, some say 2 tokens but it take 4. Some didnt give us our tickets for prizes. Some didnt work at all. Hint for the hockey air table if the puck doesn't come out hit the table literally that's what we were told

First let me start by saying I was leery to book my 14 year old Birthday party here. I read the good and the bad, the bad was pretty scary!! I took a chance and I am so thankful I did we had lanes 3&4 very comfortable we had two great tasting pizzas and two pitchers of soda and we brought cupcakes. We went on a Saturday and it was entertaining good music, DJ and the lighting was great colorful. We sat under fans so I couldn’t complain of being warm. All the video games were up and running. Now most importantly that needs to be mentioned was the staff everyone was beyond helpful and friendly especially Ms Rebecca she wears a big smile and so knowledgeable and handled customers quickly and satisfying. And a Big shoutout to the bartender she’s awesome

I had my son's birthday party here. There was a mix up on what day it was scheduled and I was panic because the place was packed. It however was quickly resolved and smooth sailing rest of the night. The service was great and our party attendant was awesome! I would recommend a kids birthday party here to anyone. The kids had a blast!! Thank You!!!

The arcade is pretty outdated and broken. But I'm there to bowl so that does not matter. Lane 30 is a bit iffy, I feel like the lane is not flat. I know that lane 23,24 or 25 had a problem with the pins. Had to restart the machine pin line up a few time but maybe they fixed it? I have not seen that problem again. The young staff is very nice. They recognize me and my bf when we walk in. And know what we want. Super awesome!! The wings are good and the pizza looks ok. Simple menu is great. Not strong a.c. but I understand if they are saving money. Running a bowling place can be pricey. As long as you have a cold drink and wear something light then you are ok. If you bring your kids, please make them wash their hands before eating or leaving. And don't let them lick the ball or crawl on the floor. I've seen too many kids do that. (Probably should do that for every public place)

I only go when I use a Groupon because it's an amazing deal. The kids had a great time, pizza was delicious, fun music, nice family atmosphere. My only complaint is about the arcade games, a lot of them were out of order and falling apart. I wish they'd fix up that area.

We went into the fecility to plan a b day party had paper work done and on the day of the party nothing was done. They lost the paper work and had no idea on what we had ordered. Not satisfied. All in all the experience as a whole while there was great! But, talk about lacking customer service from an hour's perspective, their signs and their website state they are open until 9pm on Sunday, and the staff kicked out a full house by 8pm. I do mean a full house, we were a party of 10 and waiting on 2 more to be off from work at 7pm ( of course thinking 1.5 hours for them would be good enough) 3 additional lanes were being used by families, and 2 large parties showed up at 7:58pm, only to be turned down! Of course we chatted in the parking lot and to our surprise 2 more cars pulled up to meet that already large party of 9! Whoever the owner is you are being screwed over by your employees or maybe just by yourself! What a shame.

Blue 42 is a great place to be. It has a really nice comfortable area to watch games. The food is all made from scratch and the cook has a lot of experience and is always trying to perfect the menu. Big screens everywhere. And if you want to go bowling it is right next door, they are part of the same company.

The only good part about this place is the bowling is cheap. They keep it 500 degrees in the building. The front counter workers dont do anything and have an attitude when they have to work. The snack bar manager just barks orders at other employees and spends the whole night with what I assume is her spouse who bowls. The only person that works is the snack bar employee, she handles all the game issues the ticket counter and cleans the lane area she is the best part about the bowling alley. Half the games dont work so I feel super sorry for her. I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to go bowling here. If I could give them half a star I would

I was told that my son only had 280 tickets from the arcade. Then my fiance counted it my son had over 600. They did the same to my brother's kids. Just make sure if you go to the arcade to personally count the tickets and do not let the people weigh them. They will rip your kids off..

There is no upkeep. They charge double the price of any other bowling alley. They nickel and dime you. They even charge for the ramp to help kids bowl. Dirty, understaffed, falling apart. Go somewhere else with your money. Somewhere that the owner actually cares.

The construction is really doing a number on the business. You can tell they've kinda given up on the upkeep to the place. It's kinda sad. The employees were really nice. It would have been nice if they didn't make last call for alcohol at 7:30 at night. There were a lot of people arriving about the same time. They could have made a lot more money! Also they only serve pizza now which is a bummer. They used to have a much bigger selection. Hopefully once the Ina bridge construction is over they'll start putting more money in to the business. My family and I came to this bedroxx to have a good time for New Years Eve and my cousin is vegan and wanted some fries and all they had was pizza or products with cheese on them. They explained they would be turning the friers on soon within the hour for the a reservation for New Years Eve and they refused to make fries. Management and the supervisor were all rude spoke to her without authenticity, respect and responsibility she was saying they are going to refuse to make her food though the friers will be on within the hour? Bad service and unprofessional as we have came here for years and we believe it’s the management and supervisors lacking.

I bowl quite frequently at other alleys so I thought I'd mix it up & go to Bedroxx since it's been a few years...needless to say I will never be going back. I've NEVER been to a place where they walked straight up to my table to tell me to put my toddlers snack bag & sippy cup away bcuz outside food & drink is not permitted. I understand that rule but for a baby/toddler (1yr old). How are you guys going to provide her breast milk or the ONLY cookies she'll eat to entertain her?? So frustrated but we put it away to play by their the rules. As for the arcade area: Counted more than 10 out of order games. The prize area was nearly empty. They let us pick whatever cuz they didn't wanna count the tickets. And no station (prize area, bar, snack area) was manned...you had to go to the front to summon a human. On top of all that....very unprofessional...the lane attendant walked on the actual lanes alllll the way across EACH lane just to turn the projectors on. The lanes are supposed to be oiled and not disturbed but thats a bowling nit pick. Ok I'm done ranting! Thanks!

Bowling automatic score keepers were consistently in error, needing manual correction. Staff is young and customer service is not in the vocabulary. Went to the video games after bowling and I would approximate half of the games didn't function. When little one tried to cash in tickets for games she could actually play, no one could be found to help. Very disappointed.

Where did the pool tables go?? After moving back to Tucson I toom a date here because she said she wanted to play pool. I took her here at first because I remembered there were tons of pool tables the last time i was there a few years before (I was in the military and had not been here since before I joined) when i got here, I noticed that all the pool tables were gone and that whole area was reserved area. When I asked the peoson at the counter ablout it I was looked at like I was stupid and told in a snotty voice that they dont have them anymore and then told me I could bowl though. We played a couple games but it was nothing special. This place used to be amazing and THE place to go on the northwest on a weekend night. Now, im not sure ill be back.

Horrible experience! Over priced even with a groupon. The guy behind the shoe was hard to find (usually in the bar) and any request seemed to annoy him. Most of the arcade games were out of order. The pizza was pretty good and the girl working the snack bar was very sweet and the only one outside of the bar who was actually working. We definitely won't be back though.

We waited for 15 minutes and look for somebody to try to get us some rental shoes and a lane to no avail. no one was working a kitchen or the game counter in the arcade... this used to be a great place to go, but it's probably this bad because of the construction on the main road.

The customer service is good when you get service. They have promotions to get people in, but then not enough staff to really do it well. Signage on wall is old, mentioning that you can't bring food over from Hooters (why not, you shared an entrance, almost as if it was the go-to food spot while bowling), which has been closed for months. (Wonder why). Overall fun for the kids, they had a movie playing for Family Movie Night. Bowling Technology seems up to date and staff was friendly.

AWESOME!!! We have been here with family and friends several times. We have also had 3 company parties here in as many years. Cyndi and her staff are great to work with. We recently had our 2017 GSPC Christmas party there. They provided a package including bowling, delicious catered food (homemade by Cyndi herself), drinks and plenty of room to roam. Went there 2 days ago and it was just horrible, I couldn't finish the water I had, I had to either throw it away or they would hold it behind the counter. The pinsetters were acting up by coming down again after they had already reset the pins and me and my friends were warned we need to wait for it to go up or we'll need to leave. I would not recommend this place at all and the staff were rude. If I could I would give it -5 stars

We just left the place. My friend bought the groupon for us to celebrate My Birthday today bowling. We drove 1 hour to get there. For them to tell us we couldnt bowl because they were closing in 30 minutes, when it says it closes at 10pm on google and everywhere else. We got there at 8:20pm. Still 1 hour and 40 minutes till closing time they lied about. So aside from lying about their closing time, My friend spent money for nothing.

Awful for a League bore bowler. No lane etiquette at all. Extremely noisy with all of the little children. The movie, I think it was a movie, does not help the atmosphere at all it is not able to hear it or properly see it so why bother? One other thing. How the heck did you get my email address? Bedroxx was THE place for arcade video gaming, birthday parties, shooting pool, bowling and a great snack bar. Now, its a ghost town with just a bowling alley and out dated video games from years gone by, and no pool tables. What a shame. Pity.

This establishment has really taken a plunge. The staff was rude and unhappy to be there. There were like 3 games in the whole arcade that worked. The lane we were on has continuous problems, and it was dirty. Hoping they can turn it around soon. Used to be a decent place to have fun.

The people who work there are very nice. My grandchildren love to bowl there. We had lunch, pizza was very good. Cheese burgers were good but a little pricy. The grandchildren had a blast at the arcade, and we got enough tickets for them each to get something nice. With the construction on the freeway, there wasn't very many people there. I would recommend this place to others.

Totally mediocre. The "arcade" doesn't have much and the cost to winning ticket ratio is terrible and the prizes overpriced more than anywhere I've seen. Also went to the new sports bar there and the food was so so. Not impressed. Bowling was fine, kids enjoyed it.

Birthday party for grand daughter, and she enjoyed it, Hostess was wonderful. Would recommend it for party's.

Waiting in line for 15 min and then getting bypassed by a "guy who works here" waiting another 3 min after that transaction. Was the first straw. The hour of bowling was ok. Went to play games and currently while I was here 1/13/18 nine of there 15 or so games were out of order. Its been like this for years. What a shame.

The place is run down. It needs $50k-$100k of work. They have 2 17 year old boys running the place and they're completely overwhelmed. The restrooms were dirty and not maintained. There were several video games that weren't in proper working order. I'd bowl there again but I'd go to Peter Piper to play games with my kid.

My guy, da food was ight and the waiter was good but lemme tell ya! I damn near dropped a rack on 4 chips and a pickle. PSH! Smh.

I love this place. The arcade is amazing and the price isn't too bad. All the staff is amazing.

Showed up at 5:57pm for the Monday night 6pm $30 special which includes shoe rental and pizza and we were told that they didn't run that special anymore. The kids wanted to bowl so we spent $38 for the rentals and only got an hour to bowl. Then shelled an additional $20 for the pizza that should have been included and soda. We brought it up again and the worker said that since we checked in before 6 we didn't get the special, but that next time to mention the special, which we initially did already. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere. The worker didn't even offer the special. We felt taken advantage of. Too bad cause it's a good time when you're not getting ripped off.

Don't waste your money! My family and I took my mother here to celebrate her birthday. As soon as we walked in the manager sent me back out because I had a water bottle. He was extremely rude and demanding. After I took the water to the car. We paid OVER $70 to bowl and the guy at the counter was extremely rude too! The computers were glitching and skipping turns and in the middle of our game they asked us to move tables so that my family of 6 sat at a table for 4. If I could give no stars I would. The customer service was horrendous and so was the overall experience. My family and I will NEVER return.

This place can definitely use some cleaning. I went on a Tuesday 4p.m right when it opens had the place to ourselves that was great. Pizza was good. Games a lot of them didn't work and some don't say how many tokens it takes. Employees definitely have some down time and they should use it to clean anything and everything. I have options for bowling and sorry you are on the bottom of the list. If you all decide to clean up il will come back. Really love love the theme like o so much.

I went there the other day and as the automatic doors OPENED and old man shouted " ma'am we are closed!!!" In a very rude voice. I said "oh I'm sorry the doors opened for us." And he continued to be rude and walked off. I will not go back again!!! I had been there a few times before and the service is scarce and it's old and smelly in there, not as nice as it was many many years ago!!! I had small children with me when that old man was so rude so I will not take my children back there ever again! It's sad that it's hard to find nice service anywhere in Tucson these days!!

I come here with my friends a lot even though its almost an hour away from us. It's kind of expensive, but if you want a colourful bowling experience it's worth it. They have a cool arcade in the back (where you can win prizes with tickets), a pretty okay snack bar, a really cool lightshow, and a GIANT aquarium. They also have a VIP section for parties

The bowling is awesome but the arcade is ancient....none of the games work. Not to mention the food taste like day old warm up meals.
