If you are looking for a high quality real barber shop, you've found the right place! The shop is clean and filled with fun old time barber shop decor but also boasts modern amenities like flat screen TV's and free WiFi. I received the hair cut I asked for and did not feel like my haircut was rushed. Prices are extremely fair and with the bonus of a shop that's open Monday through Saturday, they've earned my business. Look no further than Courtney Brothers Barber & Shaving Parlor if you want to experience a classic barber shop for today's well groomed gentleman.

There are 5 barbers here and normally there's atleast one person in line with everyone being busy. That alone should speak to the quality and skill of these barbers. I've personally gotten my hair cut by every barber there and they all do phenomenal work. I haven't found a better place to go. Be it other barbers or the chain salons. Fast, cheap, and incredible service.

I walked in, one 1 out of 5 guys barely said “hello” and that was it. Not one other person greeted me or asked how they could help. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something and nothing. There is zero customer service and no I would not go back to this place. They only had 2 other people waiting so it’s not like they were slammed. Also, the one closest to the door finished up a client and walked right by me twice when he finished his client and walked to the back lol. So if you are looking for a place where there is zero customer service and everyone with a scowl on their face then you will fit right in. Obviously the other reviews are “regulars” so they give a great review. Me, being a potential new client, would not recommend this place at all.

It's hard to find someone that can do a good military tapered haircut. The Guys here are spot on, they know their stuff. Another good thing is that they are open on Mondays which is hard to find a barber shop open on Mondays.

Vintage old fashioned type barber shop with skilled barbers that offer today's hottest haircut styles. You may have to wait a pretty long while at times due to high number of customers & since the barbers take a LONG time at times cutting your hair (they take their time to get it right). However, there are about 7 barbers, a little arcade type area for kids, & multiple TV's hung around shop (usually with sports on) to keep you occupied. The often long wait is worth it once the haircut is finished. I've been looking & looking for an old vintage style barber shop that's reasonably priced where I can take my sons to get the type of haircut we're looking for. I finally found it! Price isn't too bad. Wish it was a couple bucks cheaper but for the quality & look of the haircut (which is the best I've seen) it's definitely worth it.

Thank you Mike, for fixing my husbands hair! He doesn't usually give much attention to his overall looks and therefore typically chooses a discount hair salon. Which.... Usually turns out terribly. After being butchered last week by a woman in a salon who's face was swollen post oral surgery and clearly hopped up on pain relievers, it's relieving to hear he had a fantastic experience! I get the feeling he'll have a standing appointment with your place after this.

AWESOME group of talented Barbers! ALWAYS a long wait- well worth it. The wait is due to high volume of clients AND the personal attention each guest is given. I honestly don’t think I’ve even seen any of the barbers take a break, they are constantly working and not rushing through the clients with sloppy hair cuts just to make more money! They have a video game room to keep the kids busy, but bring a book or something to occupy them- they’ll be VERY pleased with their hair cut experience! GREAT WORK GUYS!

Review update: they close at 530pm but if you get in before then they'll take care of ya. Also 2 of their guys take appointments til 8pm 2 days a week. All their barbers are excellent. I have some favorites but they are all good. One of the best shops I've ever been to.

If your not local, you will find this shop worth your while to go here. Prices are reasonable. On a positive note, you will have a waiting time, for the quality is excellent, and the barbers are always on their feet. Mike does his best to retain only barber's meeting a standard quality enough to double the shop in staff and occupy two storefronts next to its original location. The staff works 11 hours a day weekdays, including Mondays and at present 7 more hours a day on Saturday. **Applause** At the end of their day, they go home to family, and I'm sure they are recliner ready.

Came in right after open, and there was already a small wait, but I can definitely understand why. It was my first time in, and they have the classic barber shop witty banter, a cool atmosphere, and even a game room for the kids. I came in as a long haired hippy and came out with an awesome skin fade and classic cut thanks to Gerardo. Can't reccomend this place enough if you're looking for a relaxed, fun experience and a great cut to go with it.

Courtney brothers is an awesome small town barber shop in the "big" city. Extremely clean and very friendly. You will not only leave with a top notch shave and hair cut but a wealth of knowledge from the many friendly and funny conversations swirling about. These guys prices are so low, and even lower for Vets, I don't know how they stay in bushiness, no doubt from the many, many repeat customers! But don't forget to leave'em a tip cause they will earn it and your business!
