My daughter gave Elle a $250 deposit for her wedding cake in 2015. Elle closed shop and we had to search her down. Since we couldn’t trust her to follow through on making her cake since she had no business, we asked for the $250 to be returned. She refused. She was then served a small claims from the police and we still haven’t seen the money. I wouldn’t trust her business.

Elle's makes cakes every year for my little girls birthdays. These cakes are amazing! The detail work is wonderful! My girls start planning their cake for the next year right after their birthday and Elle seriously does a more amazing cake every year. Everything about a cake from Elle's makes my girls feel special. The people that work for Elle's are so kind and helpful. I can't imagine using any place else. Elle is AMAZING!!!

I got engaged in July and elles belles was the 1st place I called, emailed Facebooked and instagramed and not once after many times to get in touch did I get a call back. I understand that bozeman is busy and also is she but not to even answer. Absolutely the most unprofessional place ever. It's just to bad I was really wanted to do business.

We LOVE Elle's Belles baked goods! When my daughter got married in May of 2017, we had hoped to have her wedding cake and cupcakes made by Elle's Belles, but it was not in our budget. Elle and her staff went above and beyond for my birthday cake that was a custom brown trout cake! Really?! It looked so real people at the party were afraid to touch it until they tasted it! And it tasted amazing!! The presentation and the taste and execution on this beautiful cake was a display of talent, care, and attention to detail. Detail that I cannot imagine finding elsewhere. I stumbled across Elle's Belles Bakery this past holiday season on Goldbely as I searched the web for delicious bakery items that could be shipped to my door. I was searching for the most delectable, mouth watering berry pie that I could find? The crust also needed to be a show stopper. I am not a fan of cherries! So that was out! Elle's Belles offered a 3 berry pie (blueberry, raspberry and blackberry) with the cutest pie top ever----STARS! I thought...well I am going to give it a try! I am thankful that I did! This pie came nicely wrapped and carefully packed so that not a crumb of the crust crumbled off. Once warmed in the oven...it is heaven! My guests loved the pie! I sent it home with one of the lucky visitor's and ended up ordering 2 more! I even contacted Elle's Belles Bakery to let them know that they had a sure winner and to never change a thing! If you are thinking of buying a pie online and are unsure whether it will be the best ever...I assure you it will! There is no question. :)

Insanely good and wonderfully beautiful cakes can be had here. Elle made a birthday cake for my wife and it was a huge hit. DON"T Believe where Google Maps put's Elles bakery, She's not up by Lewistown! (Too bad for you Lewistown) She is here in Gallatin county, but not a place you can pop in on, she works out of a remote kitchen. But call her and she'll make sure you get your amazing confection anywhere in the Gallatin Valley. For a super special cake, call her!

We were lucky enough to have Elle make our dessert table a total hit at our wedding in July. Elle is an amazing woman with a spunky personality, and she sure does know how to bake! Her goods are nothing short of scrumptious. The only reason I am not rating her business at 5 stars is because of the difficulty I had trying to communicate with her...in the end everything was executed on-time and beautifully. I would recommend this place to any Bride and Groom looking for a to-die-for dessert spread!

This is my second time ordering a milestone birthday cake from Elle....each time she blows me away. On this last order, I ordered the Lemon Love. I told Elle our theme and she called back with some fabulous ideas regarding design. Everything they bake is a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. Their service is second to none. I was lucky enough to have my son gift me with some of Elle’s wonderful gingerbread cookies. I loved them so much that I bought myself some after I’d finished the first ones. I’ll be trying more of their products in the future. Yummy soft, delicious cookies!

Paid $35 for a cake tasting in January - loved the cake. Heard nothing back in regards to an estimate - reached out to them at the end of February- was told they were super busy with Valentine's Day, but would get back to me soon. Once again nothing .. sent another email to follow up in March and never heard from them again. Cake samples were wonderful - but horrible office skills. Was very disappointed to pay for the tasting and them to drop the ball.

I tried to call Elle's Belles to get a cake made for my wife's birthday but her voice mail box has been full for two weeks. I have also sent several emails over those two weeks and have had zero response. This is obviously a poorly run business.

I tried to order a tiered cake for a 60th birthday. They were a bit too busy to accommodate even though I contacted them several weeks in advance since we were coming in from Ill. We communicated back and forth several times, but she never gave a final design or price. Must be nice not to need business. I was lucky to find Big Sky Bakery and designed/purchased a wonderfully delicious cake.
