I bought 6 cupcakes. They were nicely decorated but unfortunately they were stale & crumbly. The lady who assisted me was very polite, and everything on display looked great. But handsome is as handsome does, and these cupcakes didn't. I brought them as a guest gift, and wound up apologizing to my host. Not a happy ending.

I've been going here for over 20 years now! Being a student at Sunnyslope High School, we even took a physics field trip with Mr. Forsman to "study motion" by walking to get some treats from Karl's one afternoon. I love to see the success of a small business in our community. Starbucks has nothing on their baked goods!!!!!

I stopped in there to get cheesecake. It was a big slice and I asked for a smaller slice. That's how they sold it. It was about $9. Would never get it again. It was lousy. The cinnamon roll was really good.

Haven't been there...but I tried. And they aren't open on Sundays (anymore). Not sure if that is temporary or permanent. But it was a sad day for me. I was planning a surprise for my girlfriend who has been craving Cronuts. And she got sad too. It says it's open on Sundays. But it isn't :/

I’ve probably tried half of their pastries and cookies and they are all amazing! It’s so great to have such a good quality bakery in the area. The staff is always very nice and helpful. If you have a craving for something sweet definitely check out Karl’s instead of just getting generic cookies from the grocery store. So good! And great prices!

Very nice little bakery... Reminds me of a cool LA bakery but on the edge of Sunnyslope, AZ. Definitely worth a visit no matter what part of the valley you live. Very delicious artisan treats. The designs on the sugar cookies are amazing. Valentine's day is coming up, great place for that special someone and the kids!

Heard good things so I dropped in to give it a go. I was NOT disappointed what so ever! The staff was friendly and quick. The bakery was clean and tidy. The baked goods were absolutely amazing! The spinach and cheese croissant was fantastic! The chocolate croissant was excellent as well. Probably the best sugar cookies I've ever had. And they were decorated beautifully too. I'll definitely be going back!

Karl's Quality Bakery is the best around town. I have dependably visited this current Karl's Quality Bakery to eat bread and varying organized stock. I truly love essentially hanging in here drinking some coffee with a bread as a pinch of knowing the past. Karl's Quality Bakery have for each condition fresh and hot breads and warmed stock average. They are great and I revere them. Best bakeshop around the territory. They keep the coffee ordinary and clear yet paying little mind to all that I like it. The place is also shocking. The scene and the smell. It really evacuates up you when you go there. The place is in like way sensible and smooth. The staffs were stunning. They were sensible and satisfying. As anyone may expect for a bakeshop. 5 stars for Karl's Quality Bakery. Will genuinely endorse this bakeshop to my accomplices.

This is one of the best bakery’s in the Phoenix Metro area. I travel 30 minutes one way to go to Karl’s Bakery. The staff is well informed, friendly and they serve a first rate product. I’ve tried several different bakery items and none have disappointed me. The cherry cheese strudel is so good, I can’t tell you how good it is. The danish rounds, the lemon bars, and the tortes are some of my favorites. I haven’t tried their cookies yet, I’m working my way through the pastry section, then to the doughnuts and then to the cookies. Oh, by the way the filled Croissants are amazing. Yes, you have to go here.

We have been going in on Saturday mornings to grab a dozen of donuts. I was beyond excited that I finally found my spot for donuts. The donuts are soft in side and out. We figured if the donuts are good why not order a custom cake. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. The cake was a hit and it tasted amazing. Not only are the items in the bakery delicious, but the ladies we have encountered are amazing, helpful and beyond hospitable!

Christmas Eve My mother in law paid these people $62.00 for 3 dozen cookies and the cookies absolutley sucked!! We ordered 1 dozen peanut butter, 1 dozen oatmeal and 1 dozen choclate chip. I never knew you could go so wrong baking a cookie!? They were extremely dry and had pratically no flavor. These cookies had to be days old but they claimed they were made fresh. My mother in law called 2 times to iether get the cookies replaced or get a refund and both times that she called they said to come in and they will work somthing out. After working all day on Christmas Eve, she drove her car in the cold rain to bring in the cookies and they were nothing but rude. They told her the cookies were fine, they broke one in half and they told her that they wouldnt exchange them or provide a refund. They told my mother in law that she must have talked to a trainee on the phone because they do not provide refunds. As far as im conserned this place is a SCAM! Mark my words you couldnt pay me 60 dollars to eat these damn cookies! They simply suck! You know who has great cookies? Any grocery store! Go buy a dozen for 3 dollars! Or take 10 minutes to make your own! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Super friendly service and awesome baked goods. I first came across Karl's when I was looking for decent buttercream frosting. Folks, look no further. They have excellent buttercream frosting. Personally we went with a chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Do what you want, but they treated us well. This is the spot, if you're really looking for a solid bakery.

I have not had an experience like I today, ever at Karl's Bakery. The staff acted like children with ADD including the owner! They tried to check us out before we finished order. When we finally finished and told them we were ready to check out, our order was set aside as the cashier walked away to do something else leaving us standing at the register waiting. They misplaced an order for a cake that was due today and obviously not ready. I don't know if we will be returning customers. I gave them 1 star soley because their pastries taste good.
