Jim helped my wife's immigration case. She was on Administrative Processing for over 9 months. He took on the case and caused the USCIS and NVC to make a judgement or decision for my case using something called a 'writ mandamus'. It was done through the phone and email. I would highly recommend Jim Hacking. He filed a Mandamus lawsuit against USCIS and DHS for my long pending naturalization case. The turnaround time for him to prepare the lawsuit was 48 hours. He is highly knowledge in this area. We filed suit in federal court in Kansas City, seeking an order compelling USCIS to decide the case. The government, as they sometimes do, filed a motion to dismiss. They asked the judge to let them keep delaying my case. Jim filed a brief in opposition to their motion and pointed out the absurdity of the delay. We worked with Skype and conference calls (so your location does not matter). Hello everyone On Monday, 27th March Ii took my oath and finally became a US citizen, after 15.5 months of applying my N400. This is a brief story of how I got my citizenship with the help of James Hacking LLC (law firm). WOM stands for Writ of Mandamus, final option for all applicants who are waiting for N400 interview more than 1 year. I applied for my N400 on 15th December 2015, I gave my bio metric on 6th Jan 2016, after that i heard nothing from USCIS. mean while i applied for numerous service request and i took 3-info pass (June 2016 , Oct 2016 and Jan 2017), i also asked ombudsman and wrote letter to White House, absolutely NO help from anyone. all I got was a standard reply saying delay due to work overload etc....I know CARRP thing exist and its real, I knew my name is stuck because I had FBI visit my apartment back in 2009 for questioning my roommate and they also asked me few question, basic question. Nothing serious, there was no arrest but my name was on the file since their visit. Finally I called James Hacking on 1st week of Jan 2017 and setup an appointment, we went through my case and filed for lawsuit on 15th of Jan. He told me that lawsuit can be flied from anywhere and they usually have 60 days to respond so my case should move by end of March. Good news, on 17th Feb 2017 my local USCIS Detroit office called me and asked for a time when i can appear for interview, I asked them to call my lawyer and he requested a date for 20th March, He flew from St. Louis to Detroit for my interview just in case if anything goes wrong, luckily everything went fine and Immigration officer recommended my case for naturalization. They immediately gave me oath letter in 40 mins and i took oath today. now here is the most important part, the cost: 1) $100 Skype interview 2) $400 to file lawsuit 3) $2500 for lawyer fees 4) $1000 for lawyer fees to visit Detroit 5) $300 for air-fair from St. Louis to Detroit 6) $16 for parking ticket James is a very nice guy, i personally met him. I strongly recommend to everyone who are stuck with pending N400 for more than a year because they are either (Muslim, FBI interview or any other unknown reason) to get in touch with James Hacking. wish you all the best in life regards

The USCIS took forever to make a decision on my n400 case, so I wanted to know what my option are. I kinda stumbled on Jim's website by chance and I watched most of his YouTube videos.
